    Project „ Active senior” is a continuation of other our project „Look in the further – activity of elderly people 50+”. The basic and priority objective is to activate seniors in the professional and social life fields. Mature age is an excellent time for improving qualifications. Demographic changes associated with an ageing population are a major challenge for public institutions. It is estimated that by 2025, more than 20 % of the population of the European Union will have reached the age of over 65. The share of the target group in the total population is still increasing. This means that seniors will also play an increasingly and important role in the labour market. It is therefore necessary to do everything possible to promote among these people the awareness of the need for self- development and continuous learning in whole life. Involving elderly people in business and professional activities poses is a serious challenge for our partners alike. Our project is a promotion of the idea of lifelong learning, fight against stretches of disease, changing senior’s citizen’s awareness and valuable part in the society.Project „Active senior” will support the development of elderly people 50+.It will give the opportunity to take up the challenge that comes down to the highest issue such as methodical and substantive training activities for seniors. Detailed objectives of the project-Taking effective actions to increase self- esteem and self-improvement people 50+- learning a methods of stimulation inventiveness and provocation for further activities in professional career elderly people-Learning innovative methods of overcome the barrier “midlife crisis”-The need to strengthen European partnership cooperation There will be the participants of this enterprise who will take a part in international planned meetings and workshop on the subject of people 50+. Our team includes colleagues from Spain, Czech Republic and Poland- coordinator. We will discuss about activities of elderly people in our different country. Cooperation will be an intensive and successful. We also set ourselves the goal to investigate the situation of people 50+ in different countries (Czech Republic, Spain, Poland). The strategic international partners will promote new working methods and the project’s results. We will do absolutely everything to create and promote an ideas of self- development and necessity of learning new skills through entire life. The project also offers opportunities to promote our country and partners countries against the background of the European UnionThanks for partnership meetings , cooperation and exchange of good practises to be created a „ Catalog of forms of support for a people 50+”. Poland , Spain an Czech Republic , the partners will have the task of promoting and putting into practice the new common fruit of the work in their country. The catalogue will help all people regardless of their education, background and social status to be a valuable part of the European population.Duration of the project “Active senior is 15 months.

The objectives are:-To promote equality of educational opportunities, aiming to alleviate the needs of young people with lower socio-economic conditions.-To improve the financial education of young adults so that they can develop as European citizens with greater autonomy and efficiency in society.-To strive for a more prosperous and caring society and sustainable growth.<< Implementation >>-A training handbook containing: 1)Introductory guide to orient the participant2)Theoretical block divided into 5 areas: Banking, Investment, Basic Economics, Business and Labour Law.3)Series of 25 practical cases applied to real life. 4)Glossary of 60 economic concepts. -Multimedia content: 60 short videos that develop the economic-financial concepts and topics covered in the course.All content will be supported by a website designed by the partners.<< Results >>-To provide economy life-skills training for young people. Improving the situation of young Europeans. We hope that the ECONOMY FOR LIFE project will help young people to mature, to improve their financial skills, to know how to manage their resources.-To put the didactic resources created at the service of educational institutions and governmental institutions (city councils) -To collaborate in new ways and ideas for further projects to develop the ECONOMY FOR LIFE Project.

    The aim of the project is to develop the Training course on the management of European educational partnership projects for adult learners. The course will addressed to small non-profit organisations in Europe, that are not experienced in project management and would like to develop their own project and become the leaders and coordinators of them.
