"<< Objectives >>According to various unions, feminist and journalistic sources, companies currently do not comply with state regulations and European recommendations about the implementation of an equality plan in their organization. Because of this deficiency, and because of the positive aspects that the extension of the existence of these plans in companies will incorporate into society, we want to train VET students to design, implement and evaluate equality plans in the companies where they work.<< Implementation >>The activities foreseen in this project are mainly three: publication of a ""Guide for the design, implementation and evaluation of equality plans in the company"" and an online course for anyone interested to learn how to design, implement and monitor an equality plan in any EU company. Two transnational meetings and four multiplier events will be organized.<< Results >>Once all the activities described have been carried out, we will obtain as a result a VET student body trained in equality plans in the company, an approach of the student to companies in their environment, a clear vision of the European landscape as regards the legal and real equality of the business world and a frame of reference for those countries lagging behind that want to equate themselves with those that are more avant-garde in terms of equal conditions in companies."

<< Objectives >>The Project foresees to: - Develop cultural interactions and dialogue through sharing and exchanging of knowledge and expertise on natural products from origin and host countries, contributing to the development of inclusive, acceptive communities - Provide flexible yet comprehensive upskilling opportunities to young people with migrant background, and potentially other socially marginalised groups, - Support the continuous professional and personal development of trainers working in inclusion<< Implementation >>The partnership will develop:- The NaturalOrigins Training Package, Workshop and Training and Policy recommendations, which consist our results- Dissemination activities that will reach out to our target groups- Monitoring and evaluation activities, an important part of our project.- Multiplier Events that will be open for everyone interested- 2 Transnational Project Meetings- One intensive training in Italy<< Results >>- The “NaturalOrigins Training Package” will include two parts of five units each, comprising 30 hours of training in total.- The “NaturalOrigins Train-the-Trainer Manual”- The “NaturalOrigins Online Learning Space” that will provide instant access to both previously mentioned result- The “NaturalOrigins Workshops and Training”- The Policy Recommendations Paper for trainers and relevant organisations
