It aims to strengthen the students' motivation to learn the German language and develop their linguistic competence in Business German. It also focuses on the use of IT tools for learning. Other important objectives are: the development of intercultural competence (Poland - Turkey), the acquisition of skills necessary to prevent and resolve conflicts, learning with the use of innovative methods, lifelong learning, interdisciplinary learning and, last but not least, getting acquainted with the current refugee problem in one of the countries involved (Turkey). An important goal of the project is to equip the students with the necessary language skills to facilitate their subsequent entry into the labour market. The activities planned will include classes for Polish and Turkish students held during short-term exchanges of pupils, workshops with experts and innovative lessons conducted by teachers of two different subjects. Foreign language classes and practical IT classes will be based on real-life business situations in both partner countries. We have also planned meetings with professionals active in the fields of economics and law. To enhance students' motivation and to strengthen the bond between partner schools we will create a Twinspace journal updated regularly by the students themselves. The schools participating in the project ""Richtung: Erfolg!"" will expand their educational offer and the teachers involved will develop their skills in teaching German, IT and interdisciplinary teaching. They will enrich their banks of teaching tools and materials, which on the project completion will be used during classroom work with other students from both schools. The teachers will share experience with their partners using the opportunities and funds the Erasmus+ programme provides. The experience and knowledge gained during the project will be disseminated among other teachers in both partner schools and local schools, who will be invited to participate in lesson observations and use the materials and tools produced during the project."
