"CONTEXTThe reduction of youth unemployment and the strategy to effectively engage as many young people as possible in Europe in the world of work they are at the center of the EU's political program. The economic crisis has led to high levels of youth unemployment and therefore to the disengagement of young people. Fortunately, according to data released on 31st August 2018 by Eurostat, there has been an improvement in the situation. Overall there is a progressive improvement in the employment situation in all countries, but there is still a lot of work to be done, especially to reduce the disparity between EU countries. One of the actions we can take is promoting youth entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship comes in many forms and different roles: it is a tool to develop talent and to stimulate innovation, bearer of good practice and promoter of social values, but in the current context also a solution for unemployment and a way to reactivate the NEET.OBJECTIVES-support Europe 2020 targets, in particular the employment;-developing basic and transversal skills, such as entrepreneurship (with a focus on social entrepreneurship) in young people, using innovative approaches;-improving quality in the field of youth work, in particular through increased cooperation between youth organizations and / or other interested parties;-increasing the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship;-improvement of the skills of Youth Workers.TAGET GROUP-Youth Workers-Young people-Disadvantaged young people-NEET-Youth organizations, local authorities, companies, employment centers, policy makers, professionals and researchers-Participating organizations PROJECTThe project consists in the development of a Toolkit addressed to the YW that will allow them to support and help young people who want to start a business idea, ""Toolkit on social entrepreneurship- O1"".In addition, to increase the impact at European level we will implement ""MOOCs on Social Entrepreneurship- O2"". IMPACTThe EnMind project will have a significant impact on the project participants, partners, target groups as well as regional and national stakeholders, and the project countries. The intended impact of the EnMind project on the participants is:- Increase of the capacity and competency level of the project staff (Youth Workers, employees of the project organisations, etc.) involved in the project implementation, encouraging young people to start a business in the field of social entrepreneurship.- Through the MOOC on social entrepreneurship, we will succeed in reaching all the young people interested in the subject, especially the disadvantaged ones who have difficulty accessing training.- The learner will be autonomous and the training will be authenticated through some exercises or self-correction quizzes, which will allow the user to evaluate the understanding of the topic and monitor progress. The project will create an Online Educational Platform, EnMind platform (O3), that will serve as an open education digital platform for the provision of the training material developed throughout the project (including the MOOCs implemented on social entrepreneurship) to the project’s Youth Workers target group (youth workers educators, teachers, etc.) and to the young people."

CONTEXTDisability from light to severe affects one in six people in the European Union, about 80 million people that often do not have the possibility to participate fully in social and economic life due to behavioral and environmental barriers. Too many people whit disabilities feel remote from their communities, civil institutions and policies that affect their daily and future lives. The poverty rate relating to persons with disabilities it is 70% higher than the average, partly due to limited access to employment. The full participation of people with disabilities in society and the economy is crucial if the EU wants to ensure the success of the Europe 2020 strategy. As regards the general quality of life perceived by people with disabilities, the Eurofound survey shows that the degree to which they feel isolated from society varies considerably depending on whether they have an occupation or not. Those who are employed report much less frequently than they feel excluded from society than long-term unemployed respondents or those who are unable to work because of disability.OBJECTIVESThe project aims to:- provide new skills to disabled people that can be spent in the world of work- to encourage and support public authorities, companies, associations, etc, to include persons with disabilities in their staff- equip new tools and skills to workers, in order to be able to work side by side with people with disabilities- promote equity and inclusion- promote innovation in the training sector- contribute to achieving the objectives of the Europe 2020 strategy- contribute to the promotion of European values under Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union- Sensitize society to disability issues and ensure that people with disabilities know their rights better and know how to exercise them.TARGET GROUPPeople with disabilitiesbusiness consultantsbusiness executivestrainersmentorscoachespsychologistseducatorssocial workersstakeholders PROJECTEFE will develop an engagement and participation tool co-designed by people whit disability, Staff of the participating organizations, Workers, psychologists, educators, social workers, to create ‘Work Days’. "<< Background >>The labor market is constantly evolving. The skills and qualifications required change over time. In order to face change, you need to be equipped with different skills. Europe's digital transformation will see an acceleration with the rapid development of new technologies, such as artificial intelligence, robotics, cloud computing and blockchain (""chain of blocks"").Digitization affects the way people live, interact, study and work. Although from the digital transformation many opportunities are emerging, currently the greater risk is given by a poorly prepared society to face the future.<< Objectives >>OBJECTIVES- promote a high level of employment through the creation of a competent, qualified and adaptable work force for economic change;- support and strengthen the development of key competences for all, starting from a young age and throughout life;- promote the acquisition of skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), taking into account links with economic sustainability and the environment;- facilitate the acquisition of skills by promoting multiple learning approaches and contexts, also with the appropriate use of digital technologies in education, training and learning;- provide support to all learners, including those in disadvantaged conditions or with specific needs, so that they express their full potential;- Provide innovative tools and skills to trainers<< Implementation >>In line with the most advanced processes in the world of makers, Arduino, 3D printers, digital manufacturing, and 4.0 industry, the project aims to provide high-quality digital skills, and to encourage entry or return to the world of work.To achieve these goals and focus on innovation, the partnership has identified a specific field of intervention: the recovery of obsolete machinery through Arduino.
