LAWrider is an international youth initiative based on the proposition of highschool students is realised in the partnership of VOX NOVUM,Romania,SKWHAT,Croatia and Elephant Studio,Hungary with the continuous cooperation of young people and other associations between 01/02/2016 - 31/03/2017.Target group:First of all highschool students and highschool students who created 10 skatchfilm series (each episodes are 10­-15 min long) about human rights in an international cooperation and 10 lesson plans related to the films which was widely distributed online and offline format across Europe.Further target group:teachers, youth workers interested in human rights, human rights organizations who have contributed to the dissemination, sustainability and further development of the project results. They have gained competencies that help in adult life. They have learned to work in a team, their self-knowledge has evolved, their creative skills have strengthened. They have worked as part of an international team and experienced that borders are not an obstacle to cooperation. Their euroregional identity has strengthened. They became proactive, initiating people. They have been built relationships, which may later have an influence on their lives. They could deepen in the cinematic and theatrical career, and they could base their future career.Effect on Organisations:Get to know each other's activities, generating common projects, and helping each other in the future. He has gained experience in youth work and international co-operation. They have a voluntary youth base. Workshops were created.Effect on target groups:New methodological material was added, and teachers received additional non-formal educational materials. Members of the youth group understood the issue of human rights and became more sensitive to the subject. They were given opportunity, who interested in film making and acting, to join in a well-established workshop.Effect on others:Making more relationships,increasing the number of young people involved in their activities and increasing their profile,were part of a positive initiative that grew in the positive attitudes of their target group.Strengthening and strengthening of knowledge,attitudes and rights related to human rights.

Project is focusing on unemployment of young people (further: YP) with special focus on 3 countries from Western Balkans, Albania, Croatia and Serbia. Problem of YP unemployment is one of the biggest social, economical and demographical problems in western Balkans and this project has gathered partners from NGO sector and national institutions in order to offer a part of the problem solution. First we have gathered youth organization from all 3 countries active in field of working with youth and especially in field of YP unemployment. Through these organizations we have reach out to national institutions which directly work also with unemployed YP, notably National Employment Services (further: NES). We think that ICT skills are great option to fight unemployment, especially unemployment of YP. That’s why we have created program consisted of 3 mobility activities/training courses (further: TC) or: web design, graphic design and TC for trainers in non-formal education. Through these TC’s we will educate maximum of 30 with NEET background and create 30 new youth leaders capable of transferring knowledge to others. In that process youth leaders and trainers will develop 2 new toolkits based on web/graphic design techniques. These toolkits will be a practice and a guide book for everybody but especially for youth leaders/peer educators through their process of workshops implementation. From these 30 youth leaders, 6 of them (in majority activists of NGO) will work in partner NGO for at least 3 months thus increasing the capacities of organization as well as capacities of people inside the organization. Other 24 youth leaders/peer educators, each of them will have a task to implement 12 workshops during 3 months period for another 10 to 15 unemployed YP, thus reaching to the number of minimum 240 more unemployed YP who have received basic knowledge of web/graphic design. Project continues with a most important 2 capacity building events which will be organized together. First we will have an evaluation seminar where we will access is our project reach its goals and prepare a concept / plan for continuation of cooperation and inclusion of new partners. Second event in continuation is a final conference where we will gather great number of stakeholders, notably representatives of national institutions, diplomatic core, Medias, business/IT sector representatives even we will invite representatives of counties from where we already had an interest to work on this project, notably Portugal and Greece. The results that project needs to achieve are:- Build up capacities of unemployed YP;- Create 2 curriculums/toolkits for successful and separate implementation of web and graphic design workshops;- Create maximum 30 new youth leaders/peer educators;- Develop a pilot project ready for multiplying;- Create 1 test web page.
