We will also take this opportunity to undertake research and needs assessment regarding the critical reflection needs of educators and the specific methodological needs of migrants in our partners' contexts.<< Implementation >>To do so, the consortium will connect two adult education services and two migrant-led NGOs to:1/ Develop a transferable methodology for the critical reflection of educators & counsellors working with migrants (via focus groups & a working group)2/ Manage an advanced training course for 25 educators & counsellors on critical reflection methods3/ Manage a program of critical reflection for 25 educators over 12 months<< Results >>1/ A transferable methodology for the critical reflection of educators & counsellors working with migrants2/ An emerging community of practice regarding critical reflection and migration - via the long term program of critical reflection of 25 educators. 3/ A network of NGOs, educators and migrants, working to improve adult education services4/ Cascading impact via local activities, and sustainable peer-to-peer networking and mentoring.

This consortium seeks to explore how to build upon these relationships (and the methods that develop them) to support adult education services to better engage groups such as LTUA, NEETs, new migrants, within the European Green Deal & Just Transition. Building the capacity of our organisations and adult education services to enagage vulnerable communities in policy-making on the EGD & JT.<< Implementation >>1/ One capacity building study visit of adult educators, researchers and admin staff to examples of participatory processes for marginalised communities 2/ One toolkit for adult education services to create participatory processes for LTUA/NEETs/new migrants/vulnerable communities within EGD & Just Transition processes. 3/ Local Pilots of these processes in adult education services in LT, DE, PT 4/ Dissemination through five sets of multiplier actions<< Results >>1/ A network of 30+ adult educators with the tools to engage marginalised communities via adult education services within the EGD & JT2/ A toolkit to support educators to apply our methods in different contexts 3/ Greater involvement of marginalised communties within policy-making4/ Grown capacity of our consortium to develop new actions in the important area of the JT and participation of impacted communities.

We will develop a community of young people and youth workers, supported by toolkits, who can act to develop peaceful societies.<< Implementation >>1/ Develop a Methodological Framework and e-Mapping regarding the role of youth organisations and youth work within reconciliation. 2/ Engage in two long-term capacity-building programs of YP and YW, capacity building of YP and YWs (incl. a YE, TC, and study visits)3/ Establish a transferable Youth Peace and Reconciliation Programme for Young People, Youth Workers, and Youth Organisations4/ Connect with diverse stakeholders to disseminate to YP, post-conflict communities, and institutions<< Results >>1/ A transferable Youth Peace and Reconciliation Programme for Young People, Youth Workers, and Youth Organisations.2/ An emerging community of practice regarding NfE and Peacebuilding, with a focus on creative and artistic methodologies of youth participation. 3/ A network of NGOs, YP, YW, and P&R NGOs supporitng the continuation of this community of practice. 4/ Cascading impact via local activities, and sustainable peer-to-peer networking and mentoring.
