Tsenov Academy of EconomicsFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-1-BG01-KA203-048016Funder Contribution: 190,968 EUR"The project focuses on the social inclusion of women wishing to develop their own business in trade and logistics through integration into entrepreneurship in the three partner countries (Bulgaria, Italy and the UK) through training for acquiring practical skills and competencies to generate financial, cultural and social value. The project partners have realized that there is a growing need for creative and innovative training approaches in women entrepreneurship to overcome the previous weaknesses. The main objectives of the project are achieved via the implementation of three intellectual outputs:1.Intellectual Output 2: Development of innovative training solutions on the women entrepreneurship and digital competences required for the trade and logistics developmentThis Output consisted of the creation of Women Entrepreneurship Self-Development Tools which are one of the main project intellectual outputs which were used for exploitation and mainstreaming. The developed training solutions were used by the wide audience for better match to labor market trade entrepreneurship demand. Innovative training solutions were designed which brought practical entrepreneurship trade skills for women into the training content; - were very practical, with up-to-date training content and easily transferable from the training room to the day-to-day world of work in trade and logistics; - were based on the new paradigm of doing global business and prevailing electronic communication; - covered also ""soft skills"" and ""attitudes"" as part of the whole management and operational competence.2.Intellectual Output 3: The work on Intellectual Output 3 - Platform for Knowledge Sharing and Good Practices Exchange and a Forum for Ideas Exchange - can be divided into several stages: • First stage: Development of a project website • Second stage: Platform development • Third stage: Placement of educational electronic content in the platform. In summary, the following results can be indicated as achieved: - developed website of the project - developed forum for exchange of ideas - developed e-learning training platform - over 120 explained keywords and concepts - over 1.5 hours of recorded video lessons - over 300 pages of digitized presentations - over 150 test questions - over 25 pages of developed assignments - over 200 pages of electronic content in pdf format.3.Intellectual Output 4: Once the work on the E-learning training platform was completed, it was ready for testing by the students and he participants from the three partner countries. It was decided that the platform would be tested by a minimum of 150 people, 50 from each country. At the same time, a questionnaire was developed and approved by the partners to assess the satisfaction with the testing of the e-learning content introduced in the platform. The Bulgarian partner and coordinator had to test the system on site in a controlled learning environment. The testing was attended by over 80 students majoring in ""Economics of the Trade"" from the Academy of Economics ""D. A. Tsenov ”, over 60 participants from the United Kingdom and over 30 students from Italy. As a result, between 159 and 180 tests were performed in the system of all 9 modules. Below we present summary statistics on the online work of the experts and participants. There can be highlighted the following more important aspects: Significant attention from those wishing to be tested is paid to the Introduction and Methods of teaching and learning - 1473 views; - Topics have been read over 3358 times. - The video lessons and the presentation have been viewed over 2900 times. - The introduced tests have been reviewed over 9000 times which shows a strong desire to achieve higher results than the tested. - The certificate has been viewed over 200 times. - Over 160 questionnaires have been processed and summarized. On the base of the results of Intellectual Output 2, a joint training seminar took place in London, the UK. All participants in the training seminar were selected through a rigorous selection procedure and criteria approved by the three partner organizations. The working language of the training was English. During the training seminar, the participants were introduced to the main features of entrepreneurship, in particular women's entrepreneurship, the entrepreneurial process, the requirements for structuring a business plan, the possibilities for financing a business, etc. In addition to getting acquainted with the theoretical background in the field of entrepreneurship, the participants developed a business plan on a predefined topic. At the end of the project final virtual conference was organized with the participation of 150 local stakeholders and 50 foreigner participants. During the conference the results of the project were discussed and were outlined plans for future cooperation between the project partners."

With Quicksteps, we wanted to expand this radius decisively, not only to the target group of unemployed, low-qualified people, but to all adults with basic skills needs in order to enable them to participate in Lifelong Learning and the labor market.Increasing demands characterize society and the working world and ensure a growing importance of basic education; without sufficient basic education, many people are excluded from social participation. With intensive basic training courses, this target group can often not be reached at first, as the benefits and the planned time spent on the target group are neither attractive nor plausible. Content is perceived as being too abstract and too detached from one's own situation; successes can only be achieved and planned in the long term (if at all). Moreover, there is often a barrier to participate in formal learning settings. With this first phase of the project Quicksteps, a foundation for the actually following application and implementation phase was developed: through the exchange of experiences, together we developed approaches and conceptual foundations. Quicksteps stands for effective, small-scale and learner-centered basic education units.Small learning units (SLUs) should be offered in a perspective, which take into account the individual needs and the concrete living and working situation, and thus give an incentive to use them (quick hits), and so to encourage further education processes; this can be linked to existing basic training programs. The project consortium consisted of three partners: Stiftung Berufliche Bildung (SBB), Hamburg / Germany; Euroform RFS, Rende and Turin / Italy; Inspire, Graz / Austria.Since 1982, SBB has successfully implemented the parliamentary mandate to enable disadvantaged people to enter the labor market through the provision of suitable educational services, thereby enabling social participation. With its subsidiaries in Hamburg, it is one of the largest providers of professional qualification training courses. Representatives of the most important employers' associations and chambers are members of the Board of Trustees and incorporate the topic of basic education and the project results into their associations.Inspire is an independent organization based in Graz/ Austria, founded in 2009. Inspire designs education and management processes interdisciplinarily, interculturally and focuses on the principle of dialogue. The inspire association implements projects: In addition to EU-funded projects, it is mainly networking and strategy projects; among others, for the Austrian federal ministries and the state government, e.g. the ""Basic education network"".Euroform RFS is a vocational training institution established in 1996, which is active in the field of vocational education and guidance, and organizes training courses in various fields, e.g. Italian language courses for foreigners, etc. Euroform RFS brings together vocational training experts in a wide range of topics, including thematic references to the analysis and comparison of the different European education systems. Numerous mobility projects have already been carried out, enabling trainees and students to do internships in Italian companies. The transnational meetings were primarily used to exchange experiences, to promote knowledge transfer into existing networks and to develop a conceptual basis for the Quicksteps project. The results have been worked out and are available for further use on the project website. These are in particular: SLU definition, SLU categories, the 5-step model and examples for the design of SLUs.The transfer of knowledge into our networks has been maintained, whether locally through information dissemination and discussion attended events or as a special point during our project meetings. Among others, there was e.g. in Graz a colleague of the educational institution atempo, who brought his positive experiences with regard to the use of digital media in the classroom with persons with disabilities, or we organized on-site excursions, e.g. in Hamburg, the visit of the educational institution Jugend in Arbeit (see also the meeting report on the project website). The SLU concept is valuable for all partners involved, and we expect that in our future work, there will be good connection points for the future use in various learning contexts."

State of the Art Research in all the three (3) regions; 2). Three transnational meetings: 1st meeting was held in Zaragoza, Spain, 2nd meeting was in Rende, Italy and the 3rd meeting was held in Malta. Preparation of training sessions in the 3 regions, the selection of the experts/trainers and the actual training sessions in Malta, Italy and Spain. After the training sessions, the analysis reports were compiled. The Final conference was not held due to the fact the coordinator did not find a free venue to organise the event and the budget proposed initially under the Exceptional costs budget line was not approved for this activity. However, the rest of the planned activities were implemented successfully. In terms of results and impact attained, the project partners managed to attain a big impact in their regions. Each assigned task was implemented according to the application form. The awareness about this project and the training sessions was spread across various channels and the interest of the participants was great. All the above mentioned activities were implemented and achieved successfully. One of the most important outcome of the sessions is the motivation the women had after the training activity. A motivation which encouraged them to ask if there will be further training sessions in this area. Longer-term benefits: 1) Having a network of women trained in entrepreneurship in the 3 regions 2). Having a network of trainers/experts in entrepreneurship, 3).To educate females on accessing funds for start-ups and setting up businesses; 4). For further information contact us at helpdesk@openaire.euassignment_turned_in ProjectPartners:Euroform RFS, Drama Hotel Association, BILTA EADEuroform RFS,Drama Hotel Association,BILTA EADFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2017-1-BG01-KA202-036376Funder Contribution: 163,930 EURThe result of this project is developed and piloted web- and mobile-based platform for promoting wine tourism, wine tourism destinations, utilizing contemporary functionality as location sharing, VR videos, social sharing, personalization, etc. That platform expands the use of ICT in promoting the product stage and the business-to-customer relationship process. The main outcome is a converged platform divided into different sectors and categories of users - enterprises and tourists. The platform offers a complete set of services and tools supporting the blended processes of developing wine tourism products, advertising them, booking resources, sharing and grading tourist's experience, connecting customers and businesses, offering additional services, upcoming new products, team development, and e-learning. The project is a transnational initiative, implemented in Bulgaria, Italy, and Greece by organizations with significant experience in creating alternative types of tourism products and services, methodology development and innovative methods research and product promotion. The project outputs are not nationally limited and their application changes the whole concept of the promotion process, stimulating trans-partner cooperation and networking. The partner organizations systematized the world's best contemporary practices in product promotion for alternative types of tourism and jointly developed new advertising and training tools, and approbate new and modern ways of contact between organizations and their customers, based on ICT. The blended or hybrid approach combines online (web and mobile-based) platform that allows flexibility and self-regulation of promotion. The direct target group of this project are enterprises from Bulgaria, Italy, and Greece, specialized in offering wine tourism products and researching new methods of expanding the attractiveness of similar services and thus their regions as tourist destinations. Eight workshops were carried out in Bulgaria (3), Italy (2), and Greece (3). The project piloting groups in each country were also involved in dissemination activities. 75 persons were planned to take part in the piloting stage, 25 in each country. Actually the piloting team consisted of 102 persons. Outreach campaign geared towards direct beneficiaries and aiming to select 75 managers from specialized tourism enterprises in each country to take part in dissemination workshops. More than 275 were counted. The final outcomes were disseminated through partner networks on a national and regional level and are available for all partners from Bulgaria, Italy, and Greece. The final project outcomes are presented in four EU languages - Bulgarian, English, Italian and Greek. This not only enlarges the scope of each partner's work but it increases the number of potential users. Extended target groups of this project are all wine tour enterprises from the above-mentioned countries as indirect beneficiaries and direct participants into the researching process, vocational training networks for tourism professions, other educational institutions, public educational structures, and educational inspectorates.Archived objectives:- On an individual level: to equip wine tour businesses with innovative skills and tools for promoting the destinations; to create a network of partners from different destinations and boost the professional development and skills of their employees.- On partner level: to integrate contemporary media resources into the business process and to increase the quality of the offered final product; - On system level: to upgrade the business and specific operational knowledge of the employed in the sector in order to develop the specialized tourism types, one of which is wine tourism. All partners have declared mutual interest in the maintenance and sustainability of the media content and the platform. All produced intellectual outputs are available and in use after the lifetime of the project. The generated media and additional information are integrated into the platform and available in four European languages. These products could be tailored to the needs of other enterprises which are not Hospitality oriented and even transferred in new areas. Thus new partnerships could be established and developed. The availability of the project outputs and results is a basic presumption of the so established partnership. The final product, the platform itself, will be available for every interested person, who is familiar with the four project languages. The participating organizations are interested in continuing the platform maintenance and support because this tool will broaden the scope of their work among new instructors. However, the main responsibility for the platform overall maintenance will be on Bilta EAD.

There is a growing trend and a raising consumer awareness for sustainable and responsible tourism. The consortium of the project consists of 3 organizations from 3 different European countries. The majority of the project partners are tourism related associations and/or business supporting organizations.DTeReTi project aims to:• To create awareness on the topic of responsible tourism, an understanding of the business opportunities it brings and how to capitalise on it individually or as a group of small entrepreneurs together. In this way the project raises entrepreneurial skills and ‘responsible’ mind-sets amongst people and communities active in tourism.• To foster and stimulate high value/low volume (specialized) rather than high volume/low value (mass) tourism.• To develop innovative training approaches to better support competitiveness and employment in particular at regional and local level. The main target group are small businesses, individual entrepreneurs in specialized tourism, family houses, small municipalities, incl. rural municipalities. This target group include the end-users and can directly benefit from the project results that will be developed in this project. Trainers and other staff of tourism-related associations, consulting and business supporting organizations will benefit from DTeReTi as well. It is through them as intermediary target group the outputs will be delivered to the final beneficiaries. A special IO will be created to support trainers. This will ensure a complete and integrated set of materials and support tools.TEReTI addresses the horizontal priority (Innovative practices in a digital era) with development of an interactive set of training materials (TEReTI Compendium) that enables both trainees and educators to develop applied knowledge and skills which are transferable and applicable in different context, especially to implement responsible tourism initiatives successfully in their organizations. With DTeReTi Compendium and DTeReTi bResponsible Simulator SMEs active in specialized tourism get the opportunity to develop basic and transversal skills as: entrepreneurship, social awareness and involvement, digital skills and language competences. In the development of the Intellectual Outputs (IOs) an innovative learner-centred pedagogical approaches will be used. The material to be developed includes structures in terms of objectives, content and assessments. However, DTeReTi Compendium will be developed in a way that is attractive for the target group. All partners in the consortium have been working with SMEs for many years and therefore know how to address it. The project focuses on the application of these skills and knowledge to individuals and businesses in tourism. The expected impact on the main TG of SMEs active in tourism is the improvement of the level of entrepreneurial skills and development an responsible mind set because they will learn how to increase their competitiveness and improve their company performance by means of the application of an innovative strategy: responsible tourism. They will develop transversal skills in social awareness and involvement in the form of Corporate Social Responsibility. The project will also have an impact on the local communities, the environment, the tourist and the world as they will indirectly benefit from the project results. The project promotes learning through Open Educational Resource (OER) as the learning materials are available on DTeReTi bResponsible Simulator free of charge. By using the simulator the TG will improve its digital skills. The expected impact on the participating organisations is that the project results enables them to enhance and widen their policies and core activities. It also generates improved knowledge and network links resulting in improved outcomes in their future projects and more collaborative organizational culture. The expected impact on other relevant stakeholders (governance, CoC, etc.) is to better serve and support their target group with access to the materials in 3 different languages.Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Brand Image remain a subject of high value and to incorporate it into SMEs’ long term strategy, the EU platform will prove to be a very useful resource on the long run. The platform will serve as an Open Educational Resource (OER) and publish all developed IOs. This ensures that SMEs and all other interested parties can download the materials developed and legally and freely copy, use, adapt and re-share them. On DTeReTi bResponsible Simulator will be created a community in which responsible companies/regions from different countries can interact, communicate and learn from each other. This will result in reciprocal learning to increase the language and digital competences among learners.
