    The project “Glocalization in adult education” collects 4 partners in strategic partnership: LGD Dolina Raby, Fundacja Dzieła Kolpinga w Polsce, The Slovakia Kolping Society, Latvian Rural Forum. The main aim of the project: development of adult education solutions in glocalization challenges by cooperation between 4 organizations from 3 countries, exchange experience and best practices in strategic partnership. Main target group of the project- partners staff, adult education project coordinators, voluntaries of adult education projects and actions, coaches, trainers, members of boards responsible for adult education, representatives of NGO, net members, all person coming from project partners countries: Poland, Slovakia, Latvia.Planned project activities combine innovation and complementary activities. There will be 5 transnational partners meetings, in project partners caountries.Topic of international meetings: • Poland (LGD Dolina Raby)- Glocalization in community local life and education – community-led local development, local participation and consultation, adult education tools- presentation of good practices, methods, tools, projects, general principles of local adult education through glocalization • Slovakia (The Kolping Society in Slovakia)- Glocalization in local education, local culture patterns, local identity, personal development, local cooperation - presentation of good practices, methods, tools, projects, the general principles of adult personnel education through glocalization • Poland (FDK)- Glocalization in global education, global interdependence, global responsibility, explanation of global causes and consequences, explanation of individuals impact to the global processes and the impact of the global processes on individual people, breaking down existing social stereotypes and prejudices, presenting the perspective of the Global South and idea of “One World”, developing critical thinking and changing people attitudes, on-line global education tools - presentation of good practices, methods, tools, projects, general principles of global adults education • Latvia (LRF)- Multicultual education through glocalization, cultural differences understanding, multiculturalism, international cooperation - presentation of good practices, methods, on-line tools, projects, general principles of multicultural adults education • Poland (LGD Dolina Raby)- b) Glocalization- key to sustainable development and sustainable adult education- summarising TPM collecting all best practices and preparing recommendation list for the implementation of the idea of glocalization in adult education programs on local and international level It is assumed that in every meeting will be attended by three-four people from each country and host organisation, i.e. a total of 12-16 people will participate in a meeting. Around 40 mobilities and indirectly beneficiaries 500.

    "The project "" Active citizenship by making lifelong learning among seniors a reality"" was carried out by 5 partners from Bulgaria, Germany, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia during the 37-month period (01/12/2018 -31/12/2021). A total of 54 mobilities were carried out, and 27 people, including 6 carers, took part in blended mobility.The project has contributed to strengthening the quality, relevance and European perspective of adult education in the field of global education and learning practices through cooperation and exchange. The implementation of the project contributed to the acquisition and development of key competences of older people (60+), which at the same time had a positive impact on their social, educational and personal development, as well as more active participation in civic and social life.The participants of the project activities, through learning and working in an international environment, have developed intercultural competences, have been sensitized to diversity and it can be assumed that they will more responsibly and consciously promote common values, equality, anti-discrimination and social integration. These goals were achieved through the active participation of older people in the preparation, testing and evaluation of tools for the education of seniors - and used by educators and trainers who also use ICT - tools - activating and educating seniors in the field of global education related to the current challenges of the modern world.As part of the project, the participating organizations, their members and students achieved the following goals- discussed ideas on the education of seniors and the idea of lifelong learning- developed new skills and competences- educators broadened their competences and acquired knowledge on how to effectively use ICT tools- ideas for training programs and materials have been developed - seniors are motivated and encouraged to play an active role in the community- institutions and organizations participating in the project strengthened their cooperation, which will allow them to create educational programs for older people even more effectively in the future and to effectively promote lifelong learningThe implemented activities are innovative and complementary.In total, 5 International Project Meetings were carried out with the participation of an average of 11 people in each of them. The participants of the activities were the trainers and the educational and administrative staff of the participating organizations as well as persons responsible for adult education in their organizations and communities.During the project implementation, each of the partners who had previous experience in working with the elderly, acquired a new perspective on senior education, and gained new inspirations and perspectives that will improve and enrich the senior offer in the organizations participating in the project."

    "The project ""The challenges of modern adult education in the face of demographic change” collected 5 partners in strategic partnership:Związek Centralny Dzieła Kolpinga, Magyar Kolping Szövetség, Kolpingovo dilo CR, Kolpingovo dielo na Slovensku, Zdruzenje Kolpingovih Socialnih Dejavnosti Slovenije. The main aim of the project was to create tools for educators and trainers network and the exercise of creative methods. The specific objectives was:- sharing information and ideas about family education and the idea of family education to lifelong learning- developing different models of intergenerational family learning,- using different educational methods- learning about working with dysfunctional families- developing ideas for programs and course materialsstruggle with the isolation of older people by enabling them to take an active role in the communityMain target group of the project- partners staff, adult education project coordinators, voluntaries of adult education projects and actions, coaches, trainers, members of boards responsible for adult education, all person coming from project partners countries: Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, Czech Republic. Im project was implemented 5 Transnational Partner Meetings in all 5 participated countries Topic of international meetings: • Poland (ZCDK)- Families role in global life-(December 2016)• Slovenia (SKS)- ICT tools in intergenerational dialogue- (March 2017)• Slovakia (SKS)- Balancing Family and Work Life - searching for best practice models-(June 2017)• Hungary (HKS)- Families role in social life- (October 2017)• Czech Republic (CRKS)- Family in need- searching for best practice models- (February 2018). Realised project activities combined innovation and complementary activities, in international projekt activities participated 8-12 persons, was implemented 41 mobilities."

The main aim of the projest is to promote sustainable empowerment of adult education in order to the global climate challenges by cooperation for innovation and exchange the best practices in strategic partnership. Main target group- Kolping partners staff, adult education project coordinators, voluntaries of adult education projects and actions, coaches, trainers, members of boards responsible for adult education, all person coming from project partners countries: Poland, Slovakia, Romania, Germany, Lithuania, Serbia.Planned project activities combine innovation and complementary activities. There will be 6 meetings, one in each country.Topic of international meetings: • Germany (IKS)- Deep ecology, sustainable development and climate justice as guidelines for orienting Kolping self-help groups in their educational endeavours to transform communities (February 2020, place- Germany)• Serbia- (KDS)- Sustainable development social project - local Serbian input experiences for sustainable global impact (May 2020, place- Serbia)• Lithuania- (LKS)- Effective educational tools ensuring sustainable adult education (October 2020, place Lithuania)• Slovakia (KS)- Sustainable individual lifestyle and ecological sensitivity- educational strategies, tools, solution supporting sustainable daily life attitude shaping (February 2021, place- Slovakia)• Romania (KOR)- Protection of the diversity of species of plants and animals- educational aspects of social participation and cooperation for protect Romania wildlife (May 2021, place- Romania)• Poland (FDK)- Sustainable fundraising and social events- educational aspects of fundraising companies and social events supporting development of renewable energy sources and other sustainable aims (October 2021, place- Poland)As a result of the meetings the project will have in the end of the project the publicity “Sustainable education – guidelines for adult education on an example of Kolping movement” - Open Educational Resources (OER). It is assumed that in every meeting will be attended by two-four people from each country and host organisation, i.e. a total of 10-16 people will participate in a meeting. The total number of mobilities is 66.

    "The project ""Strengthening global awareness in the local communities - Kolping 2020 Strategy"" will be realized by 6 partners from Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia and Romania. The project objective is to strengthen the quality, relevance and European perspective of adult education in the field of global education and learning practices through European cooperation and exchange. The overall aim of the project is to:raise the competences and skills of key staff in adult education (focused on global education) and the key competences for active citizenship in order to increase the quality of teaching to make it relevant to the needs of time and society at large (linked to the objectives of the strategic framework for European cooperation in education and training of The Erasmus+ Programme).Moreover the project shall contribute to the achievement of the promotion of European values like respect for human dignity, freedom, democracy, equality, the rule of law and respect for human rights, including the rights of persons belonging to minorities (linked to general objective of The Erasmus+ Programme).Planned project activities combine innovation and complementary activities. There will be six meetings, one in each country. Activities are addressed to: trainers involved in global education and decision makers – members of organization’s board. It is assumed that in every meeting will be attended by three-four people from each country and host organisation, i.e. a total of 18-24 people will participate in a meeting. The selection of participants will be carried out by the sending organisations. Every selection will be fair, transparent, coherent and documented.The most important added value for all partners is the opportunity to gather practices, activities and ideas by considering the thematic area and to improve them as well as learn from each other’s realities what is in the topic global education very important – other point of view. All organisations already have their own activities focused on global education. This project will serve as motivation and stimulation and can support to develop the ongoing regular activities by improving or enriching them."
