    This transnational project will bring together over 80 youth workers from 27 organization working on various continents. The project will focus on supporting youth using progressive education practices and he will take place in various contexts during two years. This project’s goals are to:1. Promote reflection on and analysis of how progressive education practices allow for support of youth in various socio-political contexts. To accomplish this goal, we will utilize action research methodology to foster the relationship between the theoretical reflection dynamics and the fieldwork carried out by the associations. 2. Support European youth engagement by developing international mobility between associations through an international volunteer project developed jointly between members. This project will encourage strengthening of associations’ projects through youth engagement. 3. Develop a mapping of the Ficeméa members and a training about advocacy and improved knowledge about european an international environement. 3. Train youth actors on gender issues and in particular gender-equal writing. Committing to deconstructing and then reconstructing language also implies deconstructing ideas and representations to change reality. We would like to complete various materials: - a review of progressive education- a quality reference document and a joint project to welcome and send volunteers within the network - a guide to gender-equal writing and its use in other linguistic contexts -a report about a participant action research-a tool kit about advocacy and mapping of the international and european institutions-This project will have the following impacts: - Promote progressive education practices through implementation of an international review of progressive education by local, national, and international partners.- Introduce gender to youth worker practices in their projects with youth as part of an intercultural perspective. We will create a guide on gender-equal writing that takes into account a variety of linguistic contexts.- Foster volunteerism with European youth by developing mobility between member associations within the network.

    The project Building Bridges - Reinforcing cooperation between EU and Indian Ocean youth organizations is based on the cooperation between 7 organizations from Europe (France, Germany, Romania) and Indian Ocean (Madagascar, Seychelles and Mauritius Island). The applicant organization is CEMEA from Reunion Island, involved in International federation of CEMEA. (Centers of training for active education methods)The aim of the project is to create and develop collaboration between active organizations in the field of youth from EU and Indian Ocean region and to foster educational mobility among youth workers and young people. Our project will be focused on actual issues such as youth unemployment, tools to improve non-formal learning, empowering youth initiatives in the project's countries. Our active methods will be useful to involve the participants: youth workers and young people in educational activities that would increase their personal and professional growth. The active participation of the participants will be the most important criteria of quality.During the project, we have proposed several mobility activities in order to exchange good practices and to strength the capacity of the partner organization in the international context.The project aims to invest in youth workers in order to increase their capacity to generate local activities for young people, producing a high impact.The partner organizations will increase their capacity to work towards a more inclusive society and to address youth's problems in the society. The partners will have the possibility to transfer their know-how in order to produce high quality tools and instruments useful in their work. All the partner organizations will have the opportunity to increase their work capacity. The resources produced within the project will be translated in French, English, German, Romanian, Malagasy, and available on-line, on a web platform in order to be exploited by a wide range of youth organizations in Europe. The project involves:- 7 youth organizations- 40 youth workers involved in a training mobility- 4 youth workers from Indian Ocean in a job shadowing activity in Europe. - 18 youngsters from Indian Ocean involved in a youth exchange learning mobility- Over 500 youth workers as indirect beneficiaries of the project's products- Over 1000 indirect beneficiaries
