<< Objectives >>Our ultimate goal is to increase the inclusion and psychological wellbeing of young people in foster care centres. To achieve this goal, partners will:O1. Create an educating community within their institutions that see older young people become mentors to support the younger childrenO2. Strengthen the bonds within communities O3. Enhance young people's self-esteem, feeling of belonging and trustO4. Create an international network between organisations and young people in foster care.<< Implementation >>Besides the management activities, the activities to implement are divided into 5 work packages which include: - Exchange of good practices among organisations- Creation of assessment and monitoring and evaluation forms- Creation of three training courses to develop mentoring and coaching skills in young people Co-create local activities based on participants' needs. Additionally, a website, 4 videos, one booklet and other dissemination materials will be created by partners during the proje<< Results >>The final Results will be:R1. More cohesive communities where children can feel safe and welcomed are createdR2. Mentoring and coaching skills are transferred to 24 young peopleR3. The trust, feeling of belonging and support will be amplified in the communities to around 200 young peopleR4. An international network of organisations and young people in foster care centres will be created R5. Participants improve their self-esteem, civic engagement, and sense of inclusion
