"The main aim of our partnership ""Be a European School Teacher"" is to create the best school through international cooperation. Staff and students of the partner schools will work in twelve different areas (School Management, Classroom Management, Social Sciences, Sciences, Foreign Language, Mother Tongue, Ethics and Religion, Mathematics, Physical Education and Sports, Artistic Education including Arts Crafts and Music, Culture and Tradition, Problems of the students) represented by twelve stars of European Union flag. There are similar problems such as; violence, racism, bad habits of the students, management problems, the problems about the equality of male and female students in opportunities, the adaptation problems of disabled students, deficiency of staff and so on. By this project we will have the mobilities. The teachers and school managements will have a chance to see partner schools and their culture. During those mobilities, the participants will learn the school culture; the curriculum, school rules, social activities, student and teacher profiles and so on. And they will have chance to see different solutions for the similar problems. They will choose the best solution and apply it in their own school and the other schools in their country. The students will have a chance to teach some words such as greetings in their mother tongues and practice their English as a foreign language when the participants from partner schools visit their school. All partner schools have some teaching methods, techniques and teaching materials to use in their schools. They may be different or similar. By ""BEST"", they will have opportunity to see the others' teaching methods, techniques and teaching materials in practice and compare with their own ones."
