The goal of our project “On the way to the future” is to give the skills and motivation to young people who have fallen at school or are at a risk of dropping out at school, who have left empty-handed or to gain qualifications.The project involves students (16-22 years old) and teachers of European high school , vocational schools or schools part of the ‘New chance' networks established in 2012 in France. This project is focused on the creation of a sense of belonging to the European Union through the knowledge of different cultural, religious, and ethnic backgrounds ranges and the promotion and re-evaluation of local traditions and cultures through different and sometimes far European countries. The project intends to develop the right skills, engagement and knowledge for the creation of a European school travel agency with special attention to motivation, engagement and cultural or rural tourism. The partner schools come from different regions of Europe ( Romania , Turkey, Bulgaria and Croatia, being at a different socio-economical level of development, but having a high degree of awareness regarding the role of school and out-of-school education in developing the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship for the becoming workforce in the European area.Each country will be partner and tour operator of this mock agency. The project aims to create strong and deep alliances between education and training providers and the world of work aimed at promoting employability.The objectives are:-developing new, innovative and multidisciplinary approaches to teaching and learning;- making pupils’ voices the most important in the classroom-increasing motivation to learn and to be successful;-making a mock Entrepreneurship and building an entrepreneurial skill in the participating students; -promoting the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) for learning and related digital competences- improving the teaching and learning of languages and promoting diversity and intercultural awareness;- promoting learn to learn;- increasing language competences among learners; -helping students to become aware of job prospects; -promoting leadership, teamwork, collaboration, cooperation; -promoting the professional development of the staff by acquiring project management skills through project work, -sharing best teaching practices and getting to know different school systems; -reducing disparities in learning outcomes affecting learners from disadvantaged backgrounds, with fewer opportunities, including learners with disabilities;-developing the citizenship and the feeling of belonging to Europe.-reconnecting students to their education.-reducing the early school dropout-selling them “the idea of success” All participants, both pupils and teachers will be beneficiaries of the project activities. Cooperation will be an intensive and fruitful one, as the project will also allow the exchange of practices among teachers from different countries, and will promote new working methods. The project results will be an opportunity for personal and professional development.

Project key concept is the ITC teaching and learning, communication means to link places and people otherwise isolated, but also symbol of union and connection between persons, races, peoples.Really and ideally the computer brings safety, it's a helping hand towards the other side, a mutual aid agreement.Because of this prerogative of merging, the computer can become vulnerable and helpless, as it represents, between reality and metaphor, a danger for those who want to isolate and divide,The project concentrates on the concept of computer analyzed from three perspectives:•the computer like a tool•the computer like a cultural state•the computer important in the economyThe priority objectives are:•developing among young people a sense of belonging to the European Union,making them aware through experience of active European citizenship•living the Union through the practice of equal partnership and constructive contribution, comparison of diversity•increasing skills through alternative and innovative didactic methodologies5 partners are joined in the project,Italy,Bulgaria,Romania,France-Reunion Islands,Turkey and 160 persons, staff and students, will take part in the mobility. To these persons will be added students and teachers of the host school and stakeholders, local authorities and students’ families. Therefore, totally 200-300 persons will take part in every meeting The common element of the partners joined in the project is given by the presence in each school at least of one technological Lab and Internet connection that, symbolizes integration and inclusion, and attitude to communication and need to know and learn.Participants will have the following characteristics:Headmasters, teachers who take on a strategic role,to allow a relapse of the benefits of experience in training, student and relations with the local community students, attending the high school 4th classes or lower, highly motivated, acting as mentors to their peers and organize forums, self-managed debate else through the conscious use of social networks5 mobility of 2 different kinds have been planned, 1 in each partner country: the first that involves 1 teacher and 4 students of each partner; the second concerns the school staff, involving 2 persons of each schoolThe activities that will be held during meetings will be of different types. Some of these, such as cultural visits and meetings will be directed to all participants; others will be specific to the type of participants. In particular, teachers will interested into activities related to knowledge of the national school system, and knowledge of methodology used in each school. During meetings the progress of the work will be review and next goals will be defined. Students will show the results achieved until then.Learning by doing methodology will be used to engage in the best possible way both students and teachers. Collaborative working platforms will be widely used; in particular eTwinning platform to ensure that students and teachers can collaborate in the creation of the final products that the project plansOnline training methodology will be used to develop, in working groups, the attitude needed to work strategically, involving students in situations different from the daily ones, forcing them to think and act out from normal mental and behavioral patterns.The expected results are the creation of a website with the publication of the work carried out, specific brochures relating to the subject matter as well as other material that can be used later in the course of lectures to be held in each school.Students develop artistic cultural knowledge about other Nations, but above all they will know other social contexts, most of them strangers, often whitout the opportunity to travel.The aim is that, at the end of the project, students, through the knowledge of different life styles, different schools, different environmental contexts of their peers, become aware of the European dimension, as real opportunity at relational, occupational and training level.For teachers, the biggest impact will be the acquisition of different teaching methodologies and professional maturity obtained by contrastive analysis of different types of school systemsThe project experience should be capitalized within the school,encouraging the internationalization of the school by:•redefining teaching methods•using of the English language as a strategic tool to facilitate the access to the labour market•testing of continuous exchange of know-how with other European institutes•Creation of a figure of coordination within the educational institutionLonger term benefits are the experiences gained by the students about knowledge of other social contexts that will represent a resource that will be useful to them during their lifetime.For teachers, it will be a chance to put within their own schools different methodologies improving their didactic strategies and procedures.

Having disadvantaged students such as having economical problems, having separated parents, staying away from their families,intolerant to different ideas and cultures because of migration of workers is the main cause of our beginning to this project.These factors create conflicts, arguments, disagreements. Also the students have negative attitude against school education because of their families attitude increase these problems.Since we observed that our students are indifferent to social issues and the people in need and different from them, we wanted to improve their ability of empathy and respect and adaptation to living together. According to the survey that we applied in our school, we inferred that some students have sensitivity for people in need or disabled, but they don’t know what to do, how to treat them. Some of our students ignore the disabled and people in need.The activites made in school isn't enough and effective because of short time,being local,no experts of guidance in the school.So, we planned activities to bring together our students and disabled people, people from different cultures.With the activities to be done, participants will know themselves, learn how to communicate in a proper way. By means of learning how to empathy, they will understand and realize how other people feel, think and behave and they will be more tolerant to differences. That disabled people’s participants in activities will increase their taking part in social life and their self-confidence.And other students’ prejuduce will be decreased.Through this project,the improvement and development of solidarity,realising one's own and other's emotions,charity,integration of the disadvantaged people into social life, problem solving skills,having different point of view, interest of making cooperation with different people will actualize. The duties between and during the mobilities will improve the student's ICT skills and practising foreign languages,also.The project targets all students,teachers,staff,parents ,disabled and disadvantaged in every partner school/institution,neighbourhood of partners.With the activities prepared by experts and with the dramas,role plays prepared by students, visits and researches participant students will be able to prevent the conflicts.As the students will take part in assessing activities,project results and evalating process, their sense of responsibility and evaluation skills will be improved and they will be encouraged to make new studies related to this subject.The workshops of the Italian experts and the Socrates' method they use will develop all participants personal development.
