    "Project ""ENTER (to) entrepreneurship"" was carried out in the framework of Erasmus +. The project involved raising the professional skills of entrepreneurship and developing solutions to bridge the education gap in this field in several systems of formal education. It provided an answer to the problems stemming from changes in the European the labor market and lack of preparation of young people and workers to new situations. The growing role of entrepreneurship in Europe generates the need to acquire new skills and knowledge. The aim of the project was to improve the entrepreneurial skills and business and stimulate creative thinking through the use of cycle training business. Laboratories has helped participants to be open to new ideas and use them professional and private life. It led to a rethink of how self-employment and starting their own business-through the development and equip participants with basic knowledge and skills to build an effective system of modern enterprise. An innovative approach to project activities allowed for a combination of psychological factors and social, as well as hard skills.The project has involved three organizations. Boston College from the UK mid-largest college of general education located in downtown Boston in Lincolnshire. College plays an important role in the life of the city and makes a significant contribution to the local economy. It offers more than 400 courses, has more than 6,000 students over the age of 14 years and employs more than 450 employees. College works in close cooperation with local companies as advisory body on new solutions. The project partner from Germany was the Institute for Work and Technology (IАТ) –research organization, created in the late 80's with about 50 employed individuals (scientists, project managers and financial staff, students-assistants). IAT is a part of the University of Westphalia (university of applied sciences). The university offers mainly studies in mathematics and science and technology, as well as courses in economics, law and journalism. IAT works are targeted for a specific purpose - promoting prosperity and quality of life. Project leader and representative is the Polish city Radomsko - local public institution managed by the Mayor and City Council. The Office supervises the functioning of the city through the implementation of local laws and concern for the needs of its residents. Radomsko is a city aimed toward modernity, which emphasizes its slogan 'Open city from 1266'. Radomsko City Hall is open to strengthen the capacity of the city's development through the expansion of knowledge and skills. This contributes to the realization of new ideas and projects that benefit both the city and inhabitants. During the project in each of the partners conducted cycles laboratories under 4 modules: Motivation, Shaping the attitudes of pro-enterprising, entrepreneurial skills, business skills. Also conducted meetings mentoring summarizing training and allowing for live meeting with practitioners in the field of entrepreneurship. The results of the meetings were used to develop our results of intellectual work ""Guide Book for Community Strategic Entrepreneurial Development"". Guide explains not only why the entrepreneurial skills that are needed and that the European education system lacks balance, but also gives a general idea of learning opportunities throughout life. It describes the activities undertaken within the project (laboratories, international project meetings, conferences), and presents the conclusions drawn from observations and experiences related to the project. Also suggests how to improve the concept of entrepreneurship in Europe, as well as increase the number of people who decide to run their own business.During the project, there were three international project meetings with each of the partners. They allowed the exchange of experiences, information flow and joint development of principles guide. The way to promote the project and disseminate the project results were organized conferences. Differences business partners led to a different approach to the form and presentation topics.The main results of the project should increase the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship, greater openness of the participants, increased self-confidence and motivation and to develop management skills. We expect that the acquired skills will help participants to find better jobs and become inspired to start their own business. For the project partners gained experience will allow the use of new knowledge in the realization new projects abroad."
