Indeed, the recent progress in technology are affected the labor world causing global effects that are deeply changing our society.Accordingly, lifelong learning is fundamental not only to growth and jobs but also to social inclusion. This implies, for institutions, to adopt appropriate governance tools and, for all stakeholders, to build a coherent cultural proposal - including appropriate methodologies - facilitating mobility between the different paths and the viability of acquired skills, in life, in education systems and in work and in the labor market. International and national surveys - elaborated by single Member States - exhort to do more to adjust adult qualifications, to increase the proportion of adults engaged in study and training activities and the level of their skills. To enhance adult participation to the different educational opportunities, a further challenge has to be faced by assuming coherent strategical choices: the digital divide between the young and the older population that risks to keep a relevant part of the active population far from the social and economic participatory circuits. In the current fluid labor market, internal mobility from a job to another, as well as the access, is strictly dependent on the adaptability of the knowledges and the skills owned by the individual as also on its capacity to learn how to learn in the long-life. So, a strong action is needed not only to improve a more effective educational offer targeted to lower qualified persons, especially to those expelled from the labour market or at risk to lose their jobs, but also to bring out the educational demand, by providing to individuals flexible tools that allow them to control what they know / can do, stimulating continuous self-reflection processes that help them to self-evaluate and to record what they learn. ICT applied within a participatory/active learning methodology can usefully break the barriers of adult participation into training activities, recovering motivation and effectiveness of learning. The main objective was to elaborate methods, strategies and materials useful to improve the teaching and learning among adults (especially over 50 low-qualified).This macro objective entailed these other objectives:-to find an appropriate learning methodology for the project’s target group considering the opportunity offered by new technologies and to produce practical tools for supporting adult learning when the participatory strategy is adopted-to improve learners’ skills responding to the current labour market challenges. -to enhance adult learning effectiveness. To give them a strategy to learn to learn-to attract adult people to training system in order to reduce the level of low qualification 45 : type LIST : content 20075 partners with complementary skills and expertise: Rezekne University (LV): pedagogical and social issues, ICT, educational program validation and evaluation; participating learning INBIE (PL): developing MOOCs programs and e-learning activities; Entrepreneurship and planning of new products and services; research and innovation in education. Fortunately, according to data released on 31st August 2018 by Eurostat, there has been an improvement in the situation. Overall there is a progressive improvement in the employment situation in all countries, but there is still a lot of work to be done, especially to reduce the disparity between EU countries. One of the actions we can take is promoting youth entrepreneurship.Entrepreneurship comes in many forms and different roles: it is a tool to develop talent and to stimulate innovation, bearer of good practice and promoter of social values, but in the current context also a solution for unemployment and a way to reactivate the NEET.OBJECTIVES-support Europe 2020 targets, in particular the employment;-developing basic and transversal skills, such as entrepreneurship (with a focus on social entrepreneurship) in young people, using innovative approaches;-improving quality in the field of youth work, in particular through increased cooperation between youth organizations and / or other interested parties;-increasing the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship;-improvement of the skills of Youth Workers.TAGET GROUP-Youth Workers-Young people-Disadvantaged young people-NEET-Youth organizations, local authorities, companies, employment centers, policy makers, professionals and researchers-Participating organizations PROJECTThe project consists in the development of a Toolkit addressed to the YW that will allow them to support and help young people who want to start a business idea, ""Toolkit on social entrepreneurship- O1"".In addition, to increase the impact at European level we will implement ""MOOCs on Social Entrepreneurship- O2"". MOOCs targeting YPs will give them all the information and tools necessary to start a new business (O2). Through this digital platform, trainings will be conducted more efficiently, by overcoming physical and time limitations (O3).We will also carry out a training course addressed to Youth Workers to test the results of the project and make them become multipliers of the contents learned on their territory (C1). IMPACTThe EnMind project will have a significant impact on the project participants, partners, target groups as well as regional and national stakeholders, and the project countries. The intended impact of the EnMind project on the participants is:- Increase of the capacity and competency level of the project staff (Youth Workers, employees of the project organisations, etc.) involved in the project implementation, encouraging young people to start a business in the field of social entrepreneurship.- Through the MOOC on social entrepreneurship, we will succeed in reaching all the young people interested in the subject, especially the disadvantaged ones who have difficulty accessing training.- The learner will be autonomous and the training will be authenticated through some exercises or self-correction quizzes, which will allow the user to evaluate the understanding of the topic and monitor progress. The project will create an Online Educational Platform, EnMind platform (O3), that will serve as an open education digital platform for the provision of the training material developed throughout the project (including the MOOCs implemented on social entrepreneurship) to the project’s Youth Workers target group (youth workers educators, teachers, etc.) and to the young people."

Promoting self-entrepreneurship and female entrepreneurship, to increase employment levels and the economic autonomy of women, is therefore a desirable action.THE PROJECTThe ""European Handmakers Network"" project is part of this theme, proposing the creation of a digital platform that allows European women handmakers to have a place where they can be followed by online mentoring in English, in order to increase their skills and turn their hobby into a micro enterprise. This mentoring activity may concern not only women already operating in the manual work sector, but also those who want to transform their home-based craftsmanship into a working activity. Infact, many women in various regions of Europe already deal with the production of artefacts, which contribute informally to the livelihood of the family. In addition, women who are already successfully pursuing their entrepreneurial activity would begiven the opportunity to exercise a role as trainers and to be a good example for other women, as well as to promote their activity at European level. The digital platform would allow:1. To deepen the financial training of the handmakers;2. Provide methodological tools on starting a self-employed job;3. Develop the communication and training skills of the mentors registered on the platform;4. Spread the exchange of good practices, through peer-to-peer mentor-handmaker training;5. Create a sustainable training network at European level between mentors and users. The project therefore envisages cooperation between different partners at European level, with a specification of the roles and tasks to be performed. The organizations involved will thus be able to make available their skills in communication, training, ICT and financial education to be able to carry on the project, under the coordination of Creativi108 which already has projects focused on similar issues, such as the project "" Florà: Handmade across Europe ""(2017-1-IT02-KA204-036766).TARGET GROUP:- Hobbyist women- Unemployed women-Women who intend to start their own micro business-Successful businesses run by women- Training bodies in the economic and financial fieldBENEFICIARIES:-Women handmakers-Women who intend to start their own micro business-Women entrepreneurs- Businesses run by women- Women's organizations- Households where women informally manufacture artifacts-EU organizations in the field of female employment-Training bodies that deal with self-entrepreneurshipEXPECTED IMPACT:On women handmakers:-Development of skills useful for establishing a micro enterprise-Acquisition of methodological tools to start your own business-Ability to join an online community to increase your success-Ability to be able to transform your informal home business into a micro-enterprise that generatesincome-Ability to be able to learn about good practices-Be part of a European solidarity networkOn women entrepreneurs:-Development of communication skills in mentoring (through mentoring guide)-Exchange good practices-International advertising of their businesses through training activities-Be part of a European solidarity networkThe project consortium aims to respond proactively to what is stated in article 23 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union regarding equality between men and women in all areas (4).It will bring together 6 partners from EU countries, among which there will be organizations that deal with communication and with skills on digital platforms and others that will be able to make their contribution since they are already involved in training projects for handmakers.(1) Horizon2020News, reporting European Commission data, http://www.horizon2020news.it/donne-imprenditrici-ineuropa-ce-pubblica-studio-sui-dati-statistici, last consultation, 10/02/20(2) Eurostat, employment statistycs, https://ec.europa.eu/eurostat/statisticsexplained/index.php?title=Employment_statistics/it, last consultation, 10/02/20(3) European Parliament, https://www.europarl.europa.eu/factsheets/it/sheet/59/uguaglianza-tra-uomini-e-donne, last consultation, 10/02/20(4) Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, https://www.europarl.europa.eu/charter/pdf/text_it.pdf, lastconsultation, 10/02/20"
