Our main aim is to foster and strengthen pupils active participation in learning by involving them in the planning process of the project's preparation and implementing. As a partnership, we are all committed (through a number of effective strategies) to meeting the specific needs of every pupil in our organisations, regardless of social background, ethnicity, learning disabilities etc. and therefore including and motivating every student to perform to the very best of their ability and to enjoy the activities. During transnational project meetings, we will share strategies for embedding digital tools in lessons, and adopting alternative learning environments used in our individual schools, through demonstrations and explanations. The project aims to educate all participants in terms of developing intercultural knowledge and understanding through planned activities on themes including language learning, health and wellness, information technologies, and foreign language learning. All outputs (in each of these areas of study) will be shared, presented to partners during project management & implementation meetings, collated, discussed, evaluated and finally produced as one collaborative product, for example, in the form of an eBook/ eMagazine, tutorial videos, and documentary. Pupils will take ownership of the project activities, through which we specifically aim to raise the profile of digital competences and foreign language learning in each of our schools. Most of our outputs will be digital so we have put in place training sessions to develop competences and confidence in this area for both staff and pupils. All our results will be uploaded to eTwinning and project website which will be the virtual space that provides the tools for collaboration, presentation and evaluation. We value the importance of language learning as an essential skill in facilitating the development of inter-cultural understanding. Again, pupils will take ownership of this aspect of the project by creating tutorials in their own languages (i.e. their content and presentation), according to identified needs and to their relevance to the project content. Tutorials will be uploaded on eTwinning, thus providing a teaching and learning platform for their partners in other countries. Overall, this will be a very exciting partnership that will involve a variety of innovative, creative and challenging project activities that are planned and implemented by pupils. It will impact positively on many people including those directly associated with our organisations and those who are not."

According to a report by the World Health Organization, 17% of 11-year-olds admit: they assaulted colleagues at least three times the month before the study. The proportion increases to 23 percent for the age group 14 -16-year-olds. Last UNESCO 2019 survey says that in Europe 25% of the school kids have suffered from bullying in the last year. The consequences include: missing classes, avoiding school activities, dropping out of school, getting down into a serious, long depression... International learning assessments highlight the impact of bullying on learning outcomes clearly show that bullying reduces students' achievement in key subjects. This has an adverse impact on future education and employment prospects. The worrying situations and effects led us to act and get committed into a 2-year partnership which aims to banish bullying in our schools, for the mental and physical health of our students, for their well being, to give our youngsters the opportunity of being humanitarian, responsible and respectful European citizens in a growing diverse social and cultural fabric.OBJECTIVES1) diminish the level of bullying, discrimination and violence at partner schools2) increase students' sense of belonging to the school and thus reduce the rate of early school leaving3) increase awareness on bullying in parents, schools and local communities4) reinforce students' understanding and sense of tolerance, equality, empathy and mutual respect towards peers and other cultures5) enable teaching staff to effectively deal with bullying, conflict among students, discrimination and violence6) enable students to get to know and gain awareness of foreign cultures7) enhance communication, interpersonal skills, cooperative learning and peer education8) help students develop English language and ICT, self-confidence and self-expression skills9) develop various academic knowledge through inclusive and innovating pedagogical approaches10) emphasize the civic consciousness of our pupils and link it to their European citizenshipPARTICIPANTS- The target group will be students between 14 to 18. It is estimated that there were at least 1250 beneficiaries in total in all partner schools in line with the project objectives. The project covered different topics: entrepreneurship, ICT - new technologies - digital competences, intercultural competences, social inclusion. The aim of the project was to give students additional motivation to learn about entrepreneurship from their European peers. They will use this knowledge and experience when deciding on their future occupation. The project provided practical knowledge and skills in entrepreneurship, thus encouraging students to consider how to use it in their region. This would enable young people to stay in their town, because there would be a job. The project also provided an opportunity to improve their knowledge of different project topics, foreign language and ICT skills.Another goal of the project achieved was to make students think about what they can do for their local community. Another important theme of the project was cultural diversity in the EU, including migration, overcoming stereotypes and prejudices, promoting tolerance and awareness of the need for integration and social inclusion. The main methods of the project were collaboration and learning from peers. Workshops, field trips were also important. The objectives were achieved through 3 transnational project planning meetings and 5 short-term LTTAs. During the project various local activities, preparation for trips, work on themes, events, charity, questionnaires and analysis of results were carried out.The lessons learned from the school will be used in the learning process. As a result of the project, each school has on its website information in English about the school, about the Erasmus + project. The project progress and results were published on the school and municipal website as well as on the eTwinning platform. The municipality supports further school participation in Erasmus + programme."
