Furthermore, the project will help youth workers gain new competences, improve the quality of youth work and enable 18 young Europeans to do EVS in another country/continent. The result of the project will be a stable and sustainable network of 9 organisations willing to host and send volunteers with fewer opportunities abroad, 14 EVS projects for youth with fewer opportunities abroad, follow-up EVS projects, an EVS supervision training module and an improved quality of youth work. The primary target group are young people aged 18 to 30 in each partner organisation, preferably youth with fewer opportunities. This project will support their further personal development and preparation for the project. Secondary target group of the project are a project coordinator and 3-6 youth workers in each partner organisation which are actively involved in work with these young people. The youth workers will gain new intercultural and professional experience during this project. The local community in all partner organisations will also greatly benefit from the project – especially in terms of intercultural learning and tolerance. The following activities will take place during the project: - Partnership building seminar (10 project coordinators + KERIC experts) - EVS (14 young people with fewer opportunities) - 6 EVS supervisions during the second month of the EVS (KERIC coordinator + European coordinator) - Final meeting (9 project coordinators + 1 expert) Through the youth mobility projects, this project will help to solve the issues connected with the community where the young people with fewer opportunities come from. By motivating the young people to change their lives, gradual steps will be taken to the change of their community as such. We expect that the employability of young people with fewer opportunities at the labour market will be increased. Secondly, we expect that the living conditions of the young people and their community will be improved in the long run – especially issues of poverty, social exclusion and isolation. Other themes that will be particularly addressed by the project are: cultural diversity prejudice, racism, xenophobia participation of young people in public life inclusion of young people with less opportunities global issues European, Asian and Latin American awareness Underdevelopment of rural areasThe methods of work follow the principles of non-formal education.

The partners joined their expertise and experience to stimulate volunteering of young people aged 15 to 30 at local level. This was achieved through cooperation with local organisations able to offer voluntary work to young people at least once a month. The needs of these organisations were analysed, their staff were trained and supported so that they are qualified to offer a valuable learning opportunity to the young volunteers. The project:1. monitored local volunteering opportunities for young people in Slovakia, Poland and Finland in 45 local organisations in total 2. tested and implemented a new training module for the staff of these organisations so that they are able to offer qualified support to these young people 3. created some hosting places for EVS volunteers - in the long run 4. strenghtened the cooperation and exchange of good practices at international and at local level within the network of partners, with a special emphasis on cross-sector cooperation 5. an improved quality of youth work at local and international level 6. higher active participation of young people in the life of the community, higher tolerance and understanding in the community Target groups of the project: Primary target group: staff of the local partners in each country and staff of the 3 international partners - youth workers, social workers, municipality officers, streetworkers, youth educators, etc. Secondary target group: local community as such in Finland, Poland and Slovakia The project activities were 4 international partner meetings (1 pax for the kick-off meeting, 2 pax for all the next meetings), creating 3 Intellectual outputs (2 x data research and a training module) and support activities for local partners at local level. The staff members in local institutions were involved at the research phase in each country. When we tested out the training module, 1 or 2 staff members from some partner organisation took part. This means between 10 to 20 staff members trained in each country. As a result, we found:- intensive local voluntary work at local level - a raised number of Slovak, Polish and Finnish volunteers active at local level in the local partner organisations that have been trained in the project - a strong and sustainable network among: the 3 international partners - each international partner and its local partners capable and qualified to host local volunteers - mutual EVS cooperation among the 6 EVS organisations as well as the 3 experienced international partners- improved quality of youth work at local and international level - raised tolerance, understanding and spreading of positive values- raised active participation of young people and their involvement in local organisations, local municipality and its decision-making process

Many of them come from disadvantaged background. Most services addressed to NEETs are delivered by youth educators, however a European standard for youth educators working with NEETs, and tools to check the quality of their work is missing. This project aims was to improve the current situation by mapping the Competence profile of youth educators working with NEETs, and by developing a methodology for assessment of their competence called expertise checkup, a E-course course for assessors, a European certification and a register for assessors and youth educators that have passed the checkup. The checkup was carried out thanks also to a web platform. The description of the Competence profile of the youth educator working with NEETs is based on ECVET, and the checkup on the European Council recommendation on validation of non-formal and informal learning and to the European Guidelines for Validating Not Formal and Informal Learning developed by CEDEFOP.The project consortium is composed by organizations working with NEETs based in PL, UK, ES, SK. Also, many other organizations working with NEETs and youth workers were involved in project activities thanks to partners wide networks.Thank to variety of dissemination activities, over 20 000 people from target groups was informed about the project, and over 400 youth educators were directly involved in it. Main intellectual outputs of the project were:1. The Competence profile of youth educators working with NEETs.2. Guide to the expertise chekup with youth educators working with NEETs.3. Web based assessment tool.4. E-course for assessors of youth educators working with NEETs.All those results are available in English and partner languages.Long term benefits will be better quality of European youth work with NEETs and improved recognition of skills of European youth educators.Target group of the project were as follows:1. partner organizations and their Staff;2. organizations working with NEETS;3. youth educators working with NEETS;4. other interested parties, decision makers in the youth field and of NEETS, youth association, parents’associations, youth educators’ associations, researchers in HR and youth work and so on, at regional, regional and EU level.Impact on participants: higher awareness on youth educators’ expertise, identification of youth educatorscompetences, skills, activities and knowledge and the differences among partner countries; highersatisfaction of their work with NEETs.

For these reasons, ePassport consortium will develop, within the two year of the project, innovative, inclusive and sustainable material: two online training tools and two online guides. The aim is also to adapt these tools and guides to be used by VET structures not only throughout the partners' countries but also throughout Europe. The consortium is composed of four partners: ADICE in France, Forum Educativo in Spain, KERIC in Slovakia and KANE in Greece. All partners are located in territories on which unemployment has an impact and where opportunities such as European mobility programs are less present. This situation was aggravated by the COVID19 crisis and led to an alarming unemployment rate in Europe. This is further reinforced by the fact that unemployment situations and inactivity have a heavy impact on the mental health of individuals. Thus, hybrid and virtual mobilities are a way out for these people to face the Covid-19 crisis by allowing them to remain active, to continue training and acquire key skills for their employability while preserving their motivation and their European commitment. Altought, the COVID19 crisis found the majority of the European organisations unprepared to carry out their activities efficiently online, without the appropriate tools and resources. This is why the implementation of an online training and the endowment of the organisations with qualitative tools and skills is a must. The partners of the ePassport project will therefore undertake the creation of 4 intellectual productions: a) The IO1 ""Participants ePassport"" will be developed to help future VET participants build their project during a distance preparation and follow-up.b) The IO2 ""eGuide for online predeparture training"" will be a user-friendly and adaptable tool for professionals in the vocational education and training field that will increase the access and knowledge to existing tools for online training implementation through the creation of an online guide.c) The IO3 ""Hybrid and Virtual Mobility eNotebook"" will be developed in order to ensure the support and continuous contact between organizations and the participant during a hybrid or virtual mobility.d) The IO4 ""eFollow-up guide"" will aim to improve remote monitoring of the participants during hybrid and virtual VET mobility. The resources will be open source, freely consultable and downloadable via the project partners websites in English and in the other project languages. Users will be able to tailor the materials to the needs of specific target groups. In order to do so, each organisation will be in charge of organising a multiplier event in its country where the four intellectual outputs will be disseminated and evaluated. By the end of these events, it is expected that the participants are made aware about the new existing tools and have a good understading of where they could find them online and how to make use of them. The Multiplier events will take place in:a) One Multiplier event in Roubaix, Franceb) One multiplier event in Seville, Spainc) One multiplier event in Kalamata, Greece d) One multiplier event in Cacda, Slovakia The ePassport project will directly involve 40 vocational education and training workers and 50 participants to mobility projects, including at least 20 with fewer opportunities. The impact of ePassport project will be on the number of vocational education and training workers trained. It will also be on the future hybrid and virtual mobility participants that will receive a personalised support in order to be well oriented and prepared to benefit from hybrid and virtual mobilities in terms of competences, professional and personal experience. Also, by maximizing the follow up of participants by vocational education and training workers, and the capacities of the people with fewer opportunities while undertaking a hybrid or virtual mobility, the desired long-term impact is for these participants to have more opportunities to access employment after the end of their mobility. The project also aims to have a positive impact on the wellbeing and safety of the participants, especially those with fewer oportunities in a context where people lose the moral because of economic crisis as a consequance of the COVID situation. Overall the project partners expect that the results facilitate the work of VET workers in the COVID context and equip them in the digital era with innovative tools to overcome the actual needs."
