Our project is based on 'youtube' and 'enthusiasm to be a youtuber', which is an important part of our children born in the digital age, and that our students have spent a lot of time in these areas; This platform aims to turn into a positive course material and to reduce the failure of students with academic failures in these areas.According to the results of European Online Children's research, 59% of children spend an average of 1-1.5 hours per day with entertainment and video clips. In this context, as a project team; creating a form about the choice of profession (11-16 years old) by questioning the question of what profession you want to do in the future by doing a survey with the students 33% of the 'Youtuber' concept has been determined as the profession. When questioned the academic success of these students, it was determined that it was 40% lower than those who did not prefer this profession. It is observed that students behave like 'youtubers' who follow not only academicly but also culturally and socially via youtube channel and become insensitive to their own values. All these evaluations have led our project team to the idea of preparing a project in order to enable the concept of Youtuber to be transformed into a positive academic success by a systematic program and study on students. School Gateway has been contacted with the countries that have problems by formulating the idea of the project through Etwinning platforms. Similar findings were obtained by applying the above-mentioned occupational selection survey in Romania and Bulgaria schools. We aim to provide a positive concept and the reputable profession of the future by rescuing the concept of Youtberism from the negative effect of the project on our students. Moreover, it will serve to the Open Education and Innovative Practices and Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship titles in the Digital Age mentioned in the EU Development Program. While achieving these goals, activities and competitions such as 'Story Making in Youtube', 'Creation in Drama', 'My Teacher in Youtube', 'Improvisation Short Film' will be organized in LTT works. Our Project Goals; Our project priority is to enable students to transform YouTube into a learning area that supports school success,To convert the concept of Youtuber as a profession by using this enthusiasm of individualsTo provide an audio-visual material to the course by integrating the Youtube platform with the course content. To increase the motivation of the students by using technology effectively in the courses,To increase the academic achievements of individuals who spend quality time in areas such as Youtube,To Increase innovative practices and digital competence skills in education,It will support the development of the students and increase the success of school by 10-25% and school attendance by 5-10%.In addition to 3 LTT activities, our project has been designed with 18 local activities and will serve a total of 1500 students, 127 teachers and 1,500 parents with 11-16 age group.LTT activities to be carried out;As a result of Turkey C1 1.LTT ‘I’mYoutuber', 'Who is Youtuber?' and 'Increase My Performance with Youtube' video contentC2 Bulgaria 2nd LTT as a result of 'I have a story on Youtube' improvised 'Short Film'C3 Romania 3.LTT results in 'Learning Language with Youtube', which will enable students to live in a permanent learning environment. With the project activities;Teacher-student-parent training modules will be created to convert the use of Youtube to course acquisition,Panel report, on Youtube and Being a Youtuber, booklets and brochures for teachers, students and parents will be prepared,Educational short films, posters and videos related to Being a Youtuber will be prepared and made available to all schools. Our project team will take care of the preparation, execution, organization, monitoring and auditing services of the project. Before our action activities, our project teams will complete all the procedures related to the travel of the participants within the scope of the preparatory works. "This project tackled the problem of living healthy and learning the ways how to do that by teaching our students healthier ways of living and themselves participating in the activities related to that. The programs have outset in problem based learning approaches using multiple intelligences and learning styles with the students as the ""motors"" for the project. Each of our countries has had both good and bad habits concerning food, exercise and other habits connected to health. We learnt from one another to improve our lifestyles while respecting each country’s cultural standards. And using one another to focus on ""blind spots"" for improvement. The target group included students aged 12-16: at this age, they were able to understand the relevance of the themes proposed and interact in the English language, as well as they managed to change their lifestyles. We created a website for interaction between school partners and it was a permanent source for every citizen to be used. We used messenger for communication during the project creating the groups, where coordinators and international working groups shared teaching/learning programs and events, results and outcomes there, During the project 6, 1 to 3 weeks cross curricular teaching/learning programs on healthy living were developed on healthy nutrition, sports or combination also using the science from other subjects relevant for the topics like biology, physics, chemistry and math. and 6, ½ day to 2 days health-events.Results were published on the web-page which was developed during the project and available for the following 2 and half years after the project. The programs and events can be downloaded from this page now and for the next 2,5 years.A protocol on healthy life style was developed containing the most useful teaching programs, event, investigations, experiments and some of the good habits we have learned, hints and ideas for a healthier life style.During the 20 months of the project implementation, we have had 5 mobility visits to every project country: during the program the developed programs/events were presented and development of new programs were initiated and presented. First year 2 students and 2 teachers paerticipated in the mobilities, later on 3 - 4 students and two teachers visited their partner hosts. There were most of the partner schools pupils engaged in the project and more teachers than engaged directly in the mobilities participated in the project indirectly.By the end of the 20 months, all partners, teachers and students tested new healthier ways of living during their own investigations and activities. The protocol was a manual with two appendixes: posters that any school can display; brochures that were handed out to students, parents, the local public, local authorities; videos to be shared and discussed with wide audience, badges crested, T-shirts made.A website was used in order to communicate easily and upload all work in progress and results. The building of the website aimed at outlining and developing a detailed protocol and investigations to remain available for years also after the project so that students from other schools or any other citizen can apply to his way of life to improve his/her habits. However, as the expected long term result, we hope students will reconsider health and educational aspects that now they take for granted. Each group learnt how to plan and develop a research project which was student centred. During its development each student learnt to be autonomous, flexible, cooperative, negotiate with their international peers, and assess their work and process used. As for teacher,s they compared teaching methods, enhanced their language and ICT skills. Besides, participation in the project enhanced training and knowledge of European education systems. Students and families were main targets.Inside our organisation, the project was disseminated to students and the whole school staff. Outside, the project was disseminated to parents so that they could support and advice their children well and use the protocol themselves. All in all, this project changed the partners’ mentality, opened the minds and brought the European ideas directly to each school. So, gradually, we can hope that the generations to come will be healthier and more conscious of their health."

Actual society is rapidly changing and we are creating a framework where people is expected to move more frequently from their birthplaces to different locations. To succeed in this new situation it is important to know how to communicate with each other in a multicultural context, with different languages, religions, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. And the first step in this direction is to know what defines the identity of people, at individual and community level; what defines our own identity. We need to take action and to be aware of the importance of Nature and Cultural heritage. In this project we intend to valorize all those natural and cultural, material and non material resources at local level that, not being milestones of civilization, also help us to explain who we are, our history and our idiosyncrasy. Our objectives are: - To raise interest on natural and cultural heritage, particularly in Europe. - To highlight the importance of environment as an essential element in our lives. - To put into practice new methodological tools based on outdoor activities on local natural and cultural resources with a holistic and multidisciplinary approach. - To promote creativity and entrepreneurship towards the promotion and valuation of environment and material and immaterial cultural heritage. The project partners are six schools from Italy, Turkey, Romania, Croatia, Portugal and Greece, all of them secondary schools. All of them with experience working on transnational projects and with an interesting heritage in their locations. The project is addressed to students 15 to 19 years old. The project activities are planned to investigate about the local natural and cultural heritage, their influence on people’s identity and their potential as a tool to communicate and to work together as well as to promote the development of the local areas where they are located, at both social and economic level. The working scheme is to learn and investigate about the local heritage resources and share that knowledge in transnational meetings; to learn about the entrepreneurial project linked to those heritage resources and to raise appreciation and consideration towards it with the development of promotional material at local and transnational level. Approximately more than 120 mobility (mainly student mobility) is planned for 2 years. It is widely agreed that the prosperity of our world’s future is closely connected to well-educated children. In our project we will make it clear that each student’s voice is heard, because in a milieu of cultural diversity different views act as a catalyst for progress at each level of social life. Student exchanges and other activities in the project will also enhance an understanding toward diverse perspectives on European citizenship and help our students to develop an appreciation of the European cultural diversity and an empathy for different cultures. In the first short-term staff training meeting, in Croatia, teachers will learn about the basic ICT tools and skills needed to successfully deal with the task in the Project and there will be workshop about the creation of a methodology to work on heritage as an educational tool to be made available for everybody via ICT tools under a creative commons licence. The next five short-term exchange of students, partners and student will devote time to learn about the heritage of the host countries ) reflecting on the influence of heritage on people’s identity , learning about the threats and opportunities of Natural heritage and the importance of the cultural one , creating promotional material based on their own gathered material (pictures, video clips, graphs, maps, etc.). All the project activity will be based on a project based learning with a multidisciplinary approach organized around outdoor activities and peer-learning sessions in a cooperative transnational working atmosphere. We intend with this project to raise awareness in our students and the educational community towards local heritage and its importance, providing other schools with the guidance and examples needed to replicate the initiative in future projects at local or transnational level with great success
