    """Partnership for Innovative Entrepreneurial Education"" was a common initiative of Armavir Development Center (ADC), Project Spirit (PS), EuroDemos Youth Mobility (EDYM-NGO) and Research-Intellectual Club “Dialogue of Generations” (RICDOG) NGOs. All consortium organizations had a common challenge-employment, which was identified from consulting with their target groups. They all enhanced their capacities to mentor young people to find jobs, start their own business, self-actualize and self-develop.The aim of this project was to build capacities of consortium organizations in promoting innovative entrepreneurial education in youth work for benefit of young people's personal development in entrepreneurship and employability. The specific objectives of the project were:1. To develop an innovative manual in English and native languages of participant countries for youth workers to foster personal development of young people using mentoring as a tool for promoting entrepreneurship and employability.2. To facilitate cooperation, sharing of best expertise and using of the innovative manual among consortium organizations for innovative youth work in sharing entrepreneurial attitude among their target groups.3. To promote the open access to educational materials, documents and media on entrepreneurship and mentoring that are useful for learning, teaching, training. 4. To empower youth workers to act as mentors providing young people with entrepreneurial competences.The project will laid a foundation for elaborating and implementing an innovative approach of youth work in promoting practical entrepreneurial experiences using mentoring as a main tool. It created mentors' groups in the consortium organizations, who provide personal development plan for education, entrepreneurship and employability for the target groups of participant organizations.The materials produced beyond the project useful for learning, teaching, training and youth work are available to the public, in digital form, freely accessible on the Internet under open licences, with possible limits linked to relevance, privacy and respect for intellectual property in an open online portal.The innovative solution in the portal is the online database of public, private and businesses involved in social entrepreneurship, technical education and training.We included other youth workers/leaders, institutions in different activities of the project, like mapping, information sessions, training course, job-shadowing and conference. This multiplied the scope of project outputs in terms of awareness raising and project perspectives."

    “TED3 – Tools for Employment and Environmental Education Development” is an Erasmus+ Capacity Building project designed to contribute and foster quality competences-making for the NGOs sector and empower the relevance of the environmental resources and sustainable development adoption. The aim of the project is to focus on the growth of the social employment and youth work practices design in the framework of the third sector to provide youth workers with best practices and tools, create more sustainable employment, adopt a more eco-friendly attitude, and invest in social entrepreneurship.“TED3” objectives are:- The design and tailoring of a set of methodologies, techniques, tools and competences-making activities among the local communities implied in the project- The promotion of cross-sectorial best practices, ideas, samples exchanges and territorial promotion and preservation workshops in the NGOs field- The management of the own environmental resources and potential employment in our countries in connection with the use of resources in a productive and sustainable way- The production of educational hubs, toolkits, project management practices and webinars as a bridge to transfer to youth workers and communities the impact and transferability of the project results, and continue disseminating its benefits.The Consortium is composed by 8 partners from Europe (Poland, Italy, Spain and Belgium) and from Latino-America (Peru, Brazil, Mexico and French Guiana). TED3 begins in July 2018 and end in December 2019: • In the 1st phase all partners will prepare their own groups, Organizations and the stakeholders until the Kick-off event will begin in Poland: documents, task distribution and strategic framework of the project will be then confirmed and detailed;• In the 2nd phase all partners will take part in an international training course taking place in Mexico, prior the development of the upcoming Job Shadowings (Peru, French Guiana, Spain and Poland until the end of 2018, and Brazil and Italy by the beginning of 2019);• In the 3rd phase, Local Meetings (Belgium, French Guiana, Poland and Peru) will take place to multiply the impact on the youth society, the social enterprises and the local stakeholders;• In the 4th phase we will host an international training course in Brazil to collect and encompass all the methods, tools, activities and techniques we have designed and launch them to the public aftermath, plus envisaging the last phase details;• In the 5th phase a Closing meeting will happen in Italy and the project will be heading to the end: evaluated, processed at all its steps and prepared to be transferred upon a strategic plan.The expected outcomes are a toolkit, a webinars' set, online educational hubs/platforms, a collection of best practices for social employment and skills development for NGOs. The 80% of the budget of the project is planned to be granted by the Erasmus+ program and the 20% will be co-financed.

    H(Youth)MANITY aims to raise awareness of European citizenship and European values, against Euro scepticism, radicalization and violence, by promoting solidarity towards crisis immigration in the EU; by empowering youth workers and youth leaders in the field of prevention of radicalization and extremism among young people by analyzing local realities, exchanging practices and developing sustainable activities aimed at promotion of culture of peace. Through a training course, two youth exchanges as its practical phase, following objectives will be achieved: Know European values and analyze how they materialize in Europe;• To analyze and discuss the responses of each country to the refugee crisis and increased immigration policies and support mechanisms that the EU offers immigrants and refugees;• Share Opinions and experienced by participants in situations of exclusion in similarity to the experiences of immigrants and refugees;• To campaign against xenophobia in social networks to promote European values, the integration of migrants and refugees;• To increase amount of quality projects in the field of peace building; To foster and improve transnational cooperation through staff and youth workers exchange, through innovation and the exchange of good practices in the area of combating and preventing extremism and radicalization against migrants; to increase the competences of youth workers in the field of prevention of radicalisation and violent extremism; to enhance international dimension of youth activities by planning cross-border actions focussing on intercultural dialogue as a counterbalance for extremism and radicalization; to empower youth workers and NGOs involved in the project to become stronger actors for current problematic and to contribute to the resolution of the crisis through youth work and promotion of culture of peace;• Increase leadership capacities of 45 youth leaders and youth workers and equip them with competences needed to successfully mobilise young people in their community and motivate them for active participation in international youth projects and activities;• Increase capacities of organisations participating in the project for tackling important issues of young people;• Enable sharing of different experience, good practice examples, tools and methods during mobility activities;• Foster mutual understanding of certain topics among youth from different cultures, promote intercultural learning and support youth organisations in strenghtening international and intercultural aspect of their work;• Provide space for networking and developing mutual projects and strategic cooperation between youth organizations form Western Balkan and programme countries (also improving sense of initiative);• Promote Erasmus + as a tool for European cooperation in the youth field, increasing of youth mobility and fostering their intercultural learning.
