One of the main objectives of modern education is to prepare students for life, learning, cooperation and business in the world of modern technology. Our students are already in this virtual world, on social networks, gaming platforms and communication tools, as users, rarely as creators of digital content. However, they rarely use digital tools for education. On the other hand, many educators use smart phones, mobile apps and web tools for educational purpose for presenting and teaching, creating and sharing learning material, collaboration and communication, and partly for assessment. A number of educators use this way of work less confidently, mainly because of lack of competence for working in virtual environment. Through this project partner schools from Serbia, Slovenia, Croatia and Northern Macedonia will share examples of successful use of modern technology for enhancing digital competences of all teachers thus improving the competences of all students through exchange of experiences. It is expected that through the project more teachers will use modern technology for teaching and learning. Main objectives of the project are:FOR SCHOOLS-improving capacity of organizations for international cooperation through exchange of good practice promoting use of modern technology and digital content-greater use of existing equipment-improving the respectability of institutionsFOR EDUCATORS-improving digital competences of teachers and school associates in relation to the European framework of digital competences for educators-motivation for greater use of modern technology for educative purpose in all fields of education-for learning and teaching, using and creating digital content, communication and collaboration, assessment and individualized support, professional development and international connection-motivation of educators, school associates and students for greater participation in international projects within Erasmus+ programme , eTwinning and other programmes-greater cooperation between employees in and outside the organization-greater motivation for professional development and improvement of competences-professional development of participant and greater self-confidence for participating in future projects-exchange of successful examples of activities realized with the use of ICT through educational online base of innovative activities in education-breaking the picture of digital technology as something “difficult” and “distant”-improving organizational skills and skills for project workFOR STUDENTS-connection and cooperation of students on international level, strengthening the capacities for international cooperation-empowering students for using digital technology critically, creatively and productively respecting author’s right and stating sources-learning how to use digital tools for learning-developing the idea of benefits of using technology in the right way-developing competences for life-long learning-cultural exchange through international cooperationDuring the project there will be four three-day joint staff training events and short-term exchanges of groups of pupils. Training events and exchanges of students will take place at the same time in one partner country so that in every event there will be three teachers and five students from each school, except for the host school. Through mutual trainings teachers will exchange examples of successful use of digital tools, web tools and mobile apps in different stages of teaching and assessment. Students will participate in workshops which stimulate cooperation, communication, collaboration, creative use of digital tools for creating and sharing content. They will learn the basics of computer programming and work with modern equipment. Through internal trainings and presentations new skills and competences will be exchanged between teachers in one school.A product of project activities will be an online base of practical ideas which will be created by teachers from all schools, for different subjects, and which will be available to all teachers to exploit it in order to use digital content more confidently.

"Our project ""EVERY CHILD IS SPECIAL"" has been developed in order to increase the quality of education of the BEP (Individualized Education Program) students in our partner schools and the competence of our teachers in this regard. The most important issue that we agree on with our partners is learning and discover of innovative methods that can meet the variable needs and demands of our students with special needs at the highest level. According to our aim, our project activities are determined in four different categories, each will be held in different countries. These categories are determined according to the areas where countries are strong in practice.1) Students with Visual Impairment (Turkey)2) Students with Auditory Problems (North Macedonia)3) Students with Physical Disabilities (Romania)4) Students with Learning Disabilities and lack of Attention (Greece)Teachers who will see school technics, technical opportunities, education in arts and sports in different countries for students with special needs , also have the opportunity to apply these experiences in their schools. It is one of our most important objectives to provide our educational, intellectual and cultural development by transforming these experiences into knowledge and learning opportunities for a quality education. For this purpose, technology class, art class and sports hall in our schools will be developed for the high benefit of our students.Instead of a boring and outdated curriculum, it is the most important place in strategic planning that our students will be educated with an innovative and supportive curriculum learned from their experts.. With this project, many achievements will be gain in social, cultural and pedagogical terms.. While creating our activities in our project, workshops, exhibitions and games are especially designed to strengthen students' participation.Theoretical trainings make up the second main focus of our project. We have developed the materials with a holistic approach, considering all other environmental factors that affect the education of the family, school and student. During the project, the training groups consisting of academics of the Special Education and Social Work department of Hacettepe University – our project partner – will provide a training in each country that is suitable for the subject of the international meeting. After the project, they will also continue to support the whole group. Additionally, regarding to this theoretical trainings, each country will organize family trainings. Academic Skills Group, Teacher Support Group and Family Support Group trainings will be conducted for this purpose. It is envisaged that this support will be transformed into a cycle that covers not only Individual Education Programs (IEP) but also the monitoring and evaluation process. After the activities we will implement during the project, the Academic Skills Group will be an observation and support group that will measure the competencies of our teachers about IEP. In order to ensure that this cycle operates in a healthy way, the level of achievement of the targeted IEP’s objectives will be evaluated and IEPs will be reconstructed as a result of this evaluation. It is predicted that participant’s success in IEP will increase, which it will directly promote students' self-confidence and productivity. The seminars and workshops that we will make on this subject will be recorded as videos and shared with other schools, and also they will be posted on the websites of the project and schools too.Hacettepe University School Social Work Practice and Research Center (HOSMER) is a center that develops and implements many national and international innovative projects in the field of school social work. In our project, the director of this center acts as the coordinator of project partner (Hacettepe University), strengthening the quality of our practices. This, together with our partner schools, facilitates our goals for disseminating the results of our project and institutionalizing the school social work. For this reason, we pay special attention to disseminating the results of our project, increasing its efficiency and evaluation. In this project, E-books and DVDs containing each country's own activity plans and project results will be duplicated and distributed. In addition, after the project, the participants will share their experiences on IEP in neighboring schools with their colleagues. We believe that our project, which we have created to ensure that our IEP students receive education with the most accurate approaches, will be an example project for other schools.."

Context:We are five schools united across Europe for the same purpose. We want to design and produce entrepreneurship products by combining the club activities we do in our schools with this project. Entrepreneurship is shown as one of the basic skills that every individual should have in the 21st century. Because the society consists of individuals and the society stands on its own feet with the contribution of the individuals. One of the biggest obstacles to entrepreneurship is the fear of failure. The reason for this is the lack of a sound infrastructure in entrepreneurship and the lack of necessary training. If we provide our students with the necessary opportunities in entrepreneurship and let them experience the sense of achievement, we can overcome this fear and support them to become successful entrepreneurs in the future. In order to offer this opportunity to our students, we would like to start up a number of club activities in our project as well as entrepreneurship education such as:-Croatian Handicrafts,-Northern Macedonia/wood carving,-Poland/Robotics and Coding,-Bulgaria/Stone chipping-Turkey/Stem EducationIn addition, entrepreneurship trainings will be organized gradually starting from the first LTTA until the last LTTA. Thus, our students will have enough awareness about entrepreneurship and will have the chance to combine many clubs and design innovation-oriented entrepreneurship products.Objectives:1-To develop the skills that entrepreneurial individuals should have by creating awareness about entrepreneurship.a-Drawing the road map to be followed in entrepreneurshipb-To identify suitable opportunities for entrepreneurshipc-Coping with the difficulties encountered in entrepreneurshipd-Doing market research and determining risk factors/To be able to make an e-business plan/Determining a competitive strategy in entrepreneurship2-Enabling the individual to know himself, discover and develop his talents3-21 century. acquisition of skills4-Finding the possibility to change good practices5-To lay suitable foundations for an entrepreneurial society6- To recognize and interact with different cultures7- To develop problem solving skills8- To improve Math, Science, Science, Technology and Engineering skills9-To be able to work in cooperation10-Making students feel the sense of accomplishment11-Using technology for entrepreneurship12-To understand the importance of three-dimensional thinking and seeing13-To give the ability to shape the material in your handParticipants:In this project, 5 LTTA will be organized for teachers and students. 5 students and 2 teachers from each school will participate in each LTTA. Titled as ‘Diversity is A Fact Inclusion Is An Act’, our project includes five schools from five different countries: CZ, TR, HU, LT and MK.During the last decades, migratory flows have increased drastically in Europe. With the boom in immigration rates and the continued international mobility of the population the partners identified a series of common needs that lead to the decision to implement this project. Violence, aggression, intolerance, racism, ethnic discrimination against national, ethnic minorities and immigrants are tendencies that can be observed in the behavior of the students according to the SWOT analysis done by each partner in their institution. As a result individuals from these marginalized groups isolate themselves in their own communities creating a disharmony in the society. Through this project we aim social inclusion of pupils at their school who have a different religious and social background. On the other hand, there are not only immigrants or minorities who should become an integrated part of our schools, there are also other disadvantaged groups like pupils with special needs and others. The motivation of this project is to improve their social inclusion, as well. During the time of project activities we expect to bring people (students, teachers, parents and also people from the community) with different social background together. Thus we aim to raise awareness for different lives in general. During this process students also become aware of their own lives, share it with other students from other countries and their knowledge, understanding and tolerance of different cultures and traditions will increase. The project is addressed to 150 students from five countries aged between 9 and 14 and will last for two years. The specific objectives are:* To deepen students' knowledge of national, ethnic minorities and immigrants.* To break down stereotypes towards people from different cultures and develop attitudes of tolerance towards them through surveys, discussions, brainstorming and visits to partner countries.* To engage students to tackle issues of oppression, economic inequality, sexism, racism, and other challenges through theatre events and role-plays in workshops.* To deepen students’ knowledge about various religions and religious organizations and to help break down religious prejudices.* To help students improve their self confidence in their lives and perspectives. As for the methodology we will use project based learning method through which students will develop deep content knowledge as well as critical thinking, collaboration, creativity, and communication skills. To promote social inclusion and dialogue we will support the integration of excluded young pupils through giving them responsibilities in local activities and on Twinspace. We will also include them in the mobilities. During the activities we expect to improve social intercourse. To achieve our objectives we will work in a collaborative way. The activities including sports, art, music, games, role-plays, cooking and drama are good elements to create a meeting point. When it comes to the LTTA activities: five short-term exchange of students events will be held in partner countries. During these visits, we will have workshops on the topics of Race & Ethnicity, Religions, Immigration, Gender Equality, Bullying & Bias, Social Classes followed by various events (e.g team sports, children games, theatre, cooking, drawing, and ICT workshops). The aims are to promote tolerance towards the different one and social inclusion of marginalized groups. The outputs during the project: twinspace, questionnaires, presentations: my school, (e-)story book, logo of the project, song of the project, photography exhibition, and brochure of the project: containing team building activities related to the topic, tips and instructions on ICT tools, eTwinning, videos, photos of traditional children games, lesson plans (especially after the theatre event), banners /slogans against racism or discrimination, leaflets containing our project activities. The experience teachers gain while organizing these LTT activities will be used in further teaching settings with other groups and the collaborative activities we have done during our project can be repeated in normal classes or might even become a part of the concept of social integration the schools have or are going to develop. With this project we expect to contribute to intercultural dialogue, encouraging students to be open to new cultures and providing a great opportunity to see the importance of meeting with people who represent them to bring about a better mutual understanding, and ultimately a better coexistence in Europe.

"The ""Education to Action: Web of Life"" project reunites 5 schools from North Macedonia, Romania, France, Slovenia and the Czech Republic and is addressed to students aged 12-15 years old. The international dimension will foster multiculturalism and the feeling of connectedness with the European school community. Partners have similar profiles and complementary experience which will facilitate the exchange of good practices and learning from each other. Students from all partner countries tend to spend more time indoors than outdoors, using smartphones or laptops, mostly for playing and chating. They also have unhealthy eating habits, do not practise sports and lack motivation for learning. We believe that this project will be a meaningful learning experience for them because it will connect them to the immediate reality, give them a sense of reality. The main aim of our project is to increase awareness of 250 students from 5 EU countries about the role of humanity in protecting the natural environment during 2 years project. Through this project we want to raise awareness about the environmental problems, empower students with knowledge and skills to take an active role in protecting the environment, involve students in activities that protect the environment and encourage the use of ICT tools for exchanging project information. Our project is designed to reach several groups, i.e.: students, teachers, school staff, parents and institutions from our local communities. The total number of our students is of 250 aged 12-15, we aim to involve as many as possible, we designed the project for 120 direct participants to international project meetings. We planned different activities and we will bring nature into the classroom and, also, take students outside to learn because interactive learning will unlock students’ creativity and sparks their imagination. This is will also encourage interdisciplinary learning leading to incorporating new practices into the school curricula. We planned 5 project meetings focused on different topics: Recycling, Climate change, Healthy habits, Pollution, Ecosytems. The working methodology has 3 stages: students’ research, online and offline interaction. These stages will facilitate social inclusion engaging a wide number of students to our project and develop students’ key competences. We have combined presentations based on student’s research with practical activities. This will enable students to make connections with the real world, apply their learning and observe the interconnectedness of socio-ecological-cultural issues. The exchanges of good practices will stimulate students’ critical and creative thinking skills, which will help foster a generation of informed consumers and users. The international dimension of the project will encourage students to observe different sides of issues to for getting an understanding of the full picture when it comes to environmental issues. This will promote tolerance towards different point of views and cultural approaches. The activities aim to encourage both students and teachers to participate actively in environmental protection. Students will interact with peers from different EU countries which will contribute to make them open to new cultures, discovering and understanding other lifestyles, customs and traditions. We want to connect our students to the world around them and run a series of activities that increase awareness of how humans impact the environment, offering hands-on experience on how to take care, improve and sustain the environment. The project is student-centered and students will be responsible for creating the projects tangible results. This will contribute to create a culture of responsibility among students, increasing their self-motivation, self-esteem while stimulating creativity and innovation. Teachers will be resource persons to support students while creating project products and helping in the learning process. We are going to use project based learning-encouraging to students to make researches, surveys and using ICT for educational purposes. The concrete results we would like to produce are presentations, dioramas exhibition (ecosystems), food festival, surveys, eco-campaigns, emagazine, travel guide, project logo, T-shirt, questionnaires, project webpages, promotional materials and project DVD.Partner schools will increase their network of contacts both at a local, national and international level and increase the opportunities for running new educational initiatives. The school community will become aware of the positive impact of Erasmus projects, and we hope more teachers will be willing to initiate KA1 and KA2 projects. Students and families will increase their understanding about the benefits of direct interaction with other cultures, getting to know other EU lifestyles and traditions, and increase their desire to participate to EU projects and knowing other EU cultures."
