"CONTEXT: In a European context of crisis of politics of migrants' reception, the presence in our territories of adults in situations of exclusion has increased and requires trainers and socio-educational actors to adapt their practices and to develop new skills on intercultural issues, and the construction of effective tools and approaches in the fight against discrimination. 100 Voices is the result of a European contact seminar on the theme ""Migration, human rights and screen printing"" where a reflection has developed on how to train professionals in order to promote the learning of persons from immigrant backgrounds in non-formal and informal contextes and more generally their social inclusion. The three partner organisations from France, Spain and Italy gathered around the following OBJECTIVES:To strengthen and develop the skills of the target audience in intercultural education, human rights and non-formal education approaches as well as artistic practices in their work with migrants learners To create and strengthen local and European networks of trainers to develop joint action strategies to promote the inclusion of migrant learners and their committment in their own path of inclusion.To exchange, share and systematize tools and approaches as well as new pedagogies experimented in the different European territories to make them transferable.PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS: Trainers, socio-educational actors working with adults from immigrant backgrounds (for exemple socio-educational facilitators involved in literacy classes, educators working in professional and social integration of migrants, teachers working with allophone audience, ...) NUMBER: 15 participants for the 3 training actions and 6 for the 2 transnational meetings. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES*2 TEAM MEETINGS: 1st. Preparation, to plan and specify the activities, organization and implementation of the project management; to organize training activities. 2nd. Evaluation, to evaluate the training-action process and the results of the project, to programme the dissemination and use of the results of the project and the follow-up at local and international level.*3 TRAINING-ACTION, one in each of the participating countries. The first two training courses will allow to develop and strengthen skills in intercultural and human rights education, in approaches to non-formal education, as well to be initiated and trained in craft techniques of screen printing and artistic expression. The latter will allow to articulate the different approaches and tools experimented in the previous trainings, to develop training modules on intercultural and human rights, using artistic expression techniques, for adult from immigrant backgrounds' trainersMETHODOLOGY EMPLOYED The partner organisations will be involved in the engineering and implementation of training-action activities. The methods will be participatory, active, experimental and from non-formal education. << Objectives >>The main objective of this project is to train youth workers to approach the inclusion topic through radio as a methodology to work on interculturality and as a tool to raise awareness among the population. To do so, we will investigate the local realities of discriminated groups in each country and we will involve them in the creation of intercultural content for the radio, in order to make them visible and give voice to the different existing cultures.<< Implementation >>At the beginning of the project it will take place a Kick Off Meeting, then the following trainings will be implemented: Intercultural communication and use of the radio, Techniques and tools of group dynamization to favor intercultural learning, and a training on intercomprehension. Periodic podcasts will also be created with the collaboration of discriminated groups where the acquired knowledge will be reflected. At the end of the project there will be a final group evaluation.<< Results >>The main result of the project will be the radio contents created monthly, which will reflect all the work invested in the project and everything learned during the trainings. About the youth workers we expect to see an increase in their competencies and knowledge about the inclusion of discriminated groups, while we hope that these groups will feel empowered, listened to and visible, generating a positive impact on them and on society.

We must be aware that the social and economic impact of the current health crisis of COVID-19 in our environment and in environments with fewer opportunities, will generate a social crisis of which we believe that a good way to support youth, especially those in social disadvantage and the sectors of culture and creation, will be promoting social inclusion through the empowerment and active participation of youth in society, using art and creativity as a means to acquire skills.We will create a European network of youth organizations, from which to promote the development of a more structured cooperation, online and offline, in order to strengthen partnerships focusing on inclusive participation and the development of skills through creativity and the arts, with the aim of giving youth a voice and promoting their active participation using Collective Theater Creation as an educational tool in the field of Shadow Theater. The Collective Theater Creation is a method of artistic production that is based on the development of the creative capacities of all participants immersed in the creative process. It is a group method that highlights relationships and interactions on a horizontal level of cooperation.Once the project starts, a base group of young people will be created in each of the organizations made up of young people from the local community, guaranteeing the participation of socially disadvantaged young people, who, accompanied by youth workers, will design the basic lines of the local group of Collective Theater Creation of each partner entity. This group will try to involve the greatest number of young people in the development of artistic and creative activities and workshops, involving young people who are socially disadvantaged due to educational, social, cultural (migrant origin, minorities, ...) and / or economic issues. From the network we will carry out different activities at the local and European level with the aim of launching artistic workshops to promote creativity using different artistic techniques that we will later use in the Shadow Theater. Participants will be able to participate in the process of a theatrical creation from start to finish, as a way to foster their creative learning, their entrepreneurial spirit and innovation. We will use music, dance, body expression, plastic and digital arts, etc ... as tools that will promote creativity for the development and acquisition of skills. It is expected to involve young artists from the local community in the implementation of these workshops, as a way of supporting and reinforcing their talent and artistic activity, and different groups from the world of arts and culture. We consider your participation in the project as key as a way to help the culture and creation sector to recover from the crisis caused by Covid-19. Their presence will serve to promote youth employability and entrepreneurship in the cultural and artistic fields and to nurture talents and foster entrepreneurship in the cultural and creative fields.The project plans to:• Carry out three transnational meetings.• Launch three training / learning activities addressing key elements of the project.• Create a Shadow Theater Manual as an educational tool for social inclusion through Art and Creativity (Intellectual Output).• Promote activities at the local level as a means of acquiring skills using art and creativity and involving youth organizations with groups and agents from the world of arts and culture.• Promote the exchange of good practices.In the implementation of the project we will use an active and participatory methodology linked to non-formal education. We will also use an innovative methodology called Service-Learning. Service-learning is a methodology oriented to education for citizenship, inspired by active pedagogies and compatible with other educational strategies. In this project it is also conceived as a method to unite learning and social commitment: learning to be competent by being useful to others.It is expected that a total of 60 people will participate in the transnational training actions that appear in this project and that directly or indirectly in the project about 600 people will participate in childhood, adolescence, youth, youth workers, young artists in addition to volunteers, experts, technicians and managers of the partner entities that will be involved in the different phases of the project.The project will involve 4 entities with extensive experience at the local and European level from France, Italy, Turkey and Spain and will have a total duration of 24 months, starting on June 30, 2021.
