    CONTEXTThrough the Covid-19 pandemic, problems and effects emerge that do not choose a group or social context.Creativity Nest urges to address the problem of social exclusion and youth unemployment as a consequence of the absence of key competences for lifelong learning and creative and entrepreneurial competences. It is essential to intervene preventively and in a phase of transition to the labour market, in order to limit the perpetuation of perverse effects, since the gaps that exist in the young group in the period of transition to the labour market, without intervention, will be continued throughout adult life. Excluded and unemployed, or integrated into precarious jobs and without appreciation of potential, or in situations of professional instability, young people lose motivation to seek opportunities and to invest in solutions for their future.OBJECTIVES- Promote the empowerment of young people, through the development of key, creative and entrepreneurial competences and the exploitation of personal and professional talent and ambition;- Promote the empowerment of youth workers, through the transfer of new knowledge, practices, methodologies and methods of working with and for young people in the spectrum of creative and entrepreneurial education;- Promote the creative and entrepreneurial potential of young people, through the incorporation of innovative, appealing and complementary non-formal methods to the formal educational path in order to contribute to the integrated development of young people;- Promote social inclusion, including underrepresented groups, by creating empowerment opportunities.PROFILE1.     The ENT-NET project aims to promote and encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment to address three main problems facing young people today: high unemployment rates, lack of basic knowledge to open and run a business and the deeply theoretical nature of business education. The analysis of the socio-economic contexts of the partner countries (Spain, Italy, Greece and Romania) aims to create a sustainable network to develop, transfer and implement innovative and good practices and training methods for young entrepreneurs.In this sense, the target groups are young adults (18-35) with training, with low training and without it; in addition to the participation of women will be taken into account and evaluated through specific indicators to measure the gender equality of the project.The project aims to directly involve over 1000 people as direct participants in training activities and indirect target groups, to be carried out in partner countries. Some of the participants could attend training courses abroad.As mentioned earlier, the ENT-NET consortium is made up of four partners: Spain, Italy, Greece and Romania. All of them have extensive experience in providing training and support to target groups and have developed several projects at national and EU level in the relevant areas of the project; in addition, they present a great network of collaborators to contribute to obtain the greater possible impact for the project.In order to achieve the objectives, a series of activities have been designed that give the project the necessary form and structure. These are:- Creation of a web-based training platform accessible in English and in the different languages ​​of the consortium.- The development of a common curriculum through the exchange of best practices and methods of the partners.- The design of training courses based on the contents of the curriculum.- The writing of a Methodological Training for Trainers of Entrepreneurs- The realization and testing of four training courses in four countries associated with local and foreign participants.The results and expected impact of the project are summarized in the following points:- To increase the entrepreneurial capacity and the competences of the participants.- To increase the ICT competences of the participants applied to the creation of companies.- Increase opportunities for professional development of participants.- Increase the creation of businesses by young people.- Improve participants' perception of self-employment as a feasible alternative.In this way, the long-term benefits are measured taking into account three important dimensions: the individual, the group and the social. In the first place, it will be beneficiaries the individual participants who will acquire skills and early entrepreneurial competences to start and run a business, through a course of training at European level and based on the development of the best practices and methods of the entities that form the consortium. Secondly, the partners will also be beneficiaries as ENT-NET develops their knowledge and methods and will be able to improve and standardize their training actions to develop a European network of entrepreneurs. And finally, it will be society itself - both nationally and European - that can benefit from the materials developed and the learning acquired by people with names and surnames start new businesses, which will have a direct impact on the reality partner of its towns and cities.

While the human toll of the pandemic, a disaster for so many people, keeps increasing many already look at how COVID impacts digital transformation.In 2015, European Commission published the Final Report of the Horizon 2020 Expert Group on “Nature- Based Solution and Re-Naturing Cities”, where there were identified four main goals for nature-based solutions: enhancing sustainable urbanization, restoring degraded ecosystems, developing climate change adaptation and mitigation, improving risk management and resilience. Based on these 4 goals, 7 nature-based solutions for R&I actions are recommended to be taken forward by the European Commission and Member States, 2 with impact on ABUS project development: Urban regeneration through nature-based solutions − Nature-based solutions for improving well-being in urban areas.https://www.kowi.de/Portaldata/2/Resources/horizon2020/coop/ExpertenbericThe main aim of AgroBUS project is to develop a training material with the purpose of boosting entrepreneurial spirit in the field of Urban Agriculture amongst vulnerable adults (low-skilled and low-qualified adults, unemployed adults) through new knowledge and concepts.From a general point of view AgroBUS project is relevant in horizontal priority because it is a transversal project focus on developing new digital skills and competences in entrepreneurship to a category of disadvantage adults and through its implementation we would like to show that establishing and working in the urban agriculture is a way of social inclusion, dialog, sustainable life, collectives knowledge, community spirit and solidarity. Also, developing an online training material special dedicated to low-skilled and low-qualified adults, this project can be considered an open education and innovative practices in a digital era.<< Objectives >>The AgroBUS project aims to promote and enhance the entrepreneurial spirit developing a training program and bringing knowledge and concepts in the field of Agro-Business in Urban areaS.OBJECTIVES:• To contribute to Entrepreneurial education and training to support growth and business creation; (EU, Entrepreneurship Action plan 2020)• To develop training and learning resources for Adult Educators and any other specialist in the field of adult education.• To innovate curricula and learning methods in entrepreneurship.• To build capacities of disadvantages adults to create their own businesses.<< Implementation >>The activities of AgroBUS project include:1. Development of an In-service Training for Adult Educators – Start Up in Urban Agriculture (A Trainer Guide) - a transferable ""training program"", that can be used for the “blended” teaching valorization of urban agriculture.2. Development of a A Curriculum for Nascent Agriculture Entrepreneur - the training course will motivate disadvantages adults and will help them to develop their creativity, innovation and entrepreneur skills. It will help them to generate business ideas and develop and implement them.3. Development of a E-learning Portal, to be published at the website project.4. Preparation of Best Practices VIDEOS including interviews with useful advice from real entrepreneurs.5. Development of a EU Urban Farmer strategy toolkit for a new entrepreneur, the set of approaches and methodologies that can be used in Europe to support adults, who would liketo start a business in the Urbane Agriculture field7. Dissemination activities, including events with relevant stakeholders, local pilot national workshops for adults with low skills and low qualification and adult educators .8. Other activities related to Management, Quality Assurance, Evaluation, Exploitation and Sustainability of AgroBUS outcomes.The partnership of AgroBUS project involves 5 public and private organizations in 4 different countries, experienced in social action and inclusive, adult training, employment, social entrepreneurship, innovation and local development.<< Results >>AgroBUS outputs are mainly addressed to low skilled and low qualified adults and adult educators, but also other organizations will be reached by its results. The direct beneficiaries of this project are low skilled, low qualified, unemployed adults, who will boost their motivation, creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship and transversal skills thanks to the AgroBUS training program.AgroBUS results include:a) tangible results:- Developed training materials (trainer guide + curriculum + e-learning platform + best practices videos + toolkit)- Over 150 motivated disadvantaged adults who have developed their creativity and motivation, entrepreneurial skills- Over 50 adult educators involved in AgroBUS piloting tests- Over 50 low skilled and low qualified adults trained through AgroBUS Curricula & E-learning Platform- 10 Best Practices Videos- Over 160 participants from the local dissemination workshop (low skilled and low qualified adults, specialists, representatives of different stakeholders).b) intangible results:- acquisition of new competencies for the target groups and gaining of individual experience for organizational staff: the ability to work in a European context on the field of urban agriculture.Relevant stakeholders (chambers of commerce, business associations, labor employment services, education policy-makers, career guidance services, other NGos and Adult Centers, business incubators, trade unions, etc.) will directly receive from AgroBUS tailored products of great interest for them, to help them accomplish their objectives. AgroBUS will increase quality in Adult Education by teaching updated skills, adapted to the labor market requirements.AgroBUS learning materials provide a unique combination of skills and motivation from a multidisciplinary perspective that will enable low skills and low qualified adults to become 100% ready to start an entrepreneur experience and fully integrate into the labor market and the society.     CONTEXTAccording to some of the EU publications and reports (EU Skills Panorama 2014, EURYDICE 2012 study “Developing Key Competences at School in Europe”, amongst others) show that Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) are not providing the required skills demanded by the labour market. Specifically, the CRAYON’s project focuses on improving the acquisition of entrepreneurship, creativity, social responsibility, analytical, problem-solving skills and other transversal skills.OBJECTIVESCRAYON's project aimed at motivating HEI students and recent graduates, and to stimulate their social entrepreneurship, creativity, innovation and transversal skills.Besides, the objectives achieved include the development of the Intellectual Outputs, piloting a strategic partnership between HEIs, Business Incubators, Entrepreneur centres and business and to create a community of interested users.PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONSIn the CRAYON’s project 6 organisations from 5 countries have participated (4 EU countries and 1 EU candidate). The organisations are from different backgrounds:-2 HEIs (FLORIDA – ES and UTH – EL)-SME consultancy (IBOXC – ES)-Non-profit organisation (PRIME – NL)-National Innovation Training Centre (NCDIEL – MK)-Business Incubator (CICIA – RO)This has enriched the project development, as all of them are part of the Entrepreneurship Ecosystem and all of them have different perspectives and contributions to make in this field.DESCRIPTION OF MAIN ACTIVITIESAll Intellectual Outputs (IOs) developed can be accessed from here: http://crayonsproject.eu/en/deliverables/ 1. It guides students to generate business ideas and develop and implement these, especially focusing in the form of social companies. They have been used for the CRAYON’s MOOC5. Organisation and testing of the IOs developed in an INTENSIVE STUDY PROGRAMME in Romania and at national level6. According to the information gathered from questionnaires and feedback received afterwards, the project has achieved relevant changes in some organisations, especially HEIs:-Over 20 teachers and lecturers have used CRAYON’s methodology in their lectures to work entrepreneurship skills (teamwork, creativity, innovation, etc.) and team building-Primary, Secondary Education and VET Centres have contacted us to use CRAYON’s methodology to work soft skills (empathy, communication, teamwork, flexibility and other interpersonal skills) within their classes.-We have been requested assistance to guide organisations in their internal change process. The methodology has proven to be a very powerful tool to identify needs and problems within an organisation, to think of new solutions (avoiding biases), and organise the change process. Also companies find CRAYON’s methodology useful to develop, transform and regenerate processes or services within the organisation. Besides, they have used it to enhance the teamwork and group cohesionLONG-TERM BENEFITS-Partners have a Skype meeting scheduled in November 2017 to discuss about the preparation of a training course for European teachers, trainers and lecturers to exploit CRAYON’s results (methodology, training course and MOOC)-CRAYON’s methodology has been integrated in Compulsory Secondary Education, VET and Higher Education levels, more specifically in the following University degrees: Primary Education Teaching, Early Education Teaching, and Entrepreneurship subjects within other education qualifications provided

    The main goal of the project was improvement of the situation of teenage girls, who get pregnant and give birth.Young mothers are not treated by social policies in Europe as a separate, specific group. There are not specific systemic solutions and support forms dedicated to the group. Specialists working with teenage mothers do not have specially dedicated tools of work, do not attend trainings enabling proper preparation to work with this specific group of young women.The project throughout its topic is innovative and additionally enables creation of specific tools. Taking needs of the group into account resulted in improvement of minor mothers’ situation and of quality of work of specialists. The important element of activity is the promotion of positive pedagogic (based on potentials), concentrated on strengths of girls instead of their deficits.There were 7 partners involved in a project from Europe including one outside from the EU. Involving organisations operating in different cultural environments enablethe s creation of universal results which can be implemented in different countries.Expected results of the project are: -blogs in national languages dedicated to minor mothers, -workshop scenarios, -handbook for specialists. During the project following activities are also planned: 2 trainings for specialists, 4 transnational project meetings, 7 workshops for teenage mothers, 7 national workshops for specialists, 7 local dissemination meetings, 1 international conference.
