assignment_turned_in ProjectPartners:Future Focus Ltd, Fundacja ActivusFuture Focus Ltd,Fundacja ActivusFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2021-2-PL01-KA210-ADU-000048733Funder Contribution: 30,000 EUR"<< Objectives >>By implementing the project ""Active 60+ in Europe of shared values"" Partnership FA-FFL wants to:- gain / exchange experience in international cooperation- strengthen the awareness and sense of European identity among the participants of the Partnership, especially among seniors systematically participating in educational and activation activities of the Activus Senior Academy-increase the ability of these people to participate in the life of local communities and democratic process.<< Implementation >>We plan 2 study visits: in Malta, we’ll watch examples of active participation of people 60+ in democracy and social life, in Poland, the importance of common European values for social development. The FFL will conduct research among its students on European awareness, FA will implement the Active European 60+ program at the Senior Academy. The project steering group (project GPS) supporting the evaluation will meet 3 times (international meetings). Other activities: dissemination, management.<< Results >>We expect: gaining experience in the implementation of international projects, organizational development of the Activus Foundation, networking, staff with new knowledge and skills. We expect that people aged 60+ studying at the Activus Senior Academy will be equipped with new competences strengthening the sense of European identity and readiness for social and civic activity. There will be 2 evaluation reports, a European map of shared values and a poster session disseminating the results."

This is essential as the pandemic highlighted how isolated and vulnerable users can be. The project will help in inclusion of migrant workers, will improve the level of courses offered by adult education centres and will offer capacity building for the trainers.<< Implementation >>1.Our initial study created the basis for this project. We are going to build on the study and carry out a full blown training needs analysis which will translate into a research paper available for anyone with an interest in the INCLUSION OF MIGRANT LEARNERS.2. We will focus on the low and medium skilled migrant learners and we will develop an IT course which will serve as a tool for learners to follow further training courses.3. Adult education staff will be trained<< Results >>Our project is three fold:We will have information and data - qualitative and quantitative about the needs of migrant learners and employers.We will create an IT course - 8 modules which will be used of the first cohort of 80 learnersAn adult education staff course to give the staff skills to teach learners how and what needs to be done to follow virtual and blended courses. We will train on modern tools such as podcasting which will help the staff be more professional.

We want to achieve with this project to increase the necessary knowledge, competence, skills, behaviors and experiences of our participants and society on environmental issues, to enable them to acquire environmentally beneficial habits<< Implementation >>During the project, we will have 4 mobility activities. The 1st MA, Reduce, will be held in Spain and will bring environmental awareness to the participants. The 2nd MA in Malta, Reuse and Recycle is aimed at increasing the waste management knowledge of the participants. The 3rd MA in Portugal, Rethink will aim to increase the ecological-information technology competence of the participants. The 4th MA in Turkey, Recreate, will increase the skills of producing handicrafts with waste materials.<< Results >>Expected Results: - To provide our participants green skills and upcycling knowledge and competences for sustainable environment- To able to produce handicrafts with waste materials -To able to use and apply information technologies to increase ecological awareness- To ensure that they take environmental responsibility - To enable them to participate voluntarily in organizational environmental movements- To let them learn together, learn from each other, exchange good practices"
