Context/background of the projectThe partners:2 VET schools, Colegiul Tehnic Gheorghe Cartianu and ASCETIS, they are also adult education providers as Vesuvio, FIS ,C.Culturel de Habay, M&M Profuture Training, Koged and BDA ,cultural NGO ERA, SME M&M and youth education providers Eesti People to People and ASCETIS so we cooperated to create curriculum and OER for a cross-sectoral education focused on Rural and Social Entrepreneurship. Our project was implemented by a cross-sectoral cooperation and is addressing to more than one field of Erasmus Program: VET education, adult education and youth education Thus our project is developing the following horizontal skills: European cross-boarding entrepreneurship based on international communication in foreign languages and ICT.All partners into this project realized a needs analysis among their learners that revealed a very large need of entrepreneurial education to be provided to high-school students, young people and adults and the analysis proved that the need is much more stringent in rural communities. The problem we are addressing is extended in many countries and it must be solved by international cooperation. Objectives To solve this need our project pursue following objectives:-To built a network of VET schools, nongovernmental organizations, SMEs, social and cultural entrepreneurs from 7 European countries able to create cross-sectoral curriculum and a virtual learning environment for future entrepreneurs and for young people that want to activate in business for rural areas or social business; -To provide this learning resources widely as OER via Internet, workshops, conferences, networks, learning fairs ,inside participating organizations and to their local partners;-To include OER in curriculum of high-schools and LLL providers.Number and profile of participating organizations We have in partnership 10 organizations: 1High-school(public body) ,1Educational Centre(NGO), 4Adult education providers(NGOs),1Foundation(NGO), 1Small Enterprise(SME),1Cultural Centre(other), 1art association(NGO) Main activities All project actions were undertaken with the purpose to create intellectual outputs containing tips and advises for guidance, good practices examples and brain new and innovatory know-how for rural and social entrepreneurship very useful for the entrepreneurs that will want to activate in social sector or rural areas. A timetable with all the project activities, intellectual outputs and multiplier events was created; the budget for each activity was also calculated. An internal implementation plan was created and assumed by all the partners during the first project meeting. They defined in a detailed and concrete manner the engagements, a performance protocol agreement in which tasks, payment procedures and responsibilities of each of us with respect to time frame and activities and a comprehensive plan-program was developed and approved by each partner. 5 international project meetings were held and in each of them was analysed the project progress and the quality of work was evaluated and new tasks were assumed and scheduled. The continuous evaluation of the project was ensured by internal and external actions, trough questionnaires. The Intellectual outputs created were tested in each organization and finally they were shared by internet, conferences, seminaries. This outputs are very useful for high schools, youth organizations and adult education providers and we spread them as OER by conferences, fairs, dedicated multiplier events, and by internet. Results and impactBy this project we created completely new learning opportunities and curriculum that combine non-formal educational methods with formal vocational education & training. Each organization added it's experience. The guide that we created is addressing to young entrepreneurs but it is very useful for high-schools and adult education schools where entrepreneurial education is offered to learners. We created also an e-learning platform easy to be accessed by teachers and students with a modular theoretical curriculum very specific and well structured about start-ups, rural and social entrepreneurship. We have also connected with the platform a virtual laboratory based on FACEBOOK business oriented groups that is facilitating international collaboration between students, teachers and stakeholders. The project intellectual outputs are accessible for geographically disadvantaged persons because an e-learning platform is used. Cross-boarding cooperation and communication is facilitated by Business Oriented Facebook Groups. The learning opportunities are free and easy to be accessed.12 new organizations, most of them VET highschools from 6 participating countries were added to our network and they assumed the new IO to be introduced in their curriculum.Longer term benefits:Increased entrepreneurial skills to learners or young entrepreneurs that use our OER.

The large scale migration flow in 2015 brought about many problems, sometimes overwhelming the emergency handling capacities of the host countries. One ongoing issue is the shortage of properly skilled educators. The primary aims were to support the professional development of migrant-related educators , increase cross sectoral collaboration , empower more NGOs to initiate actions aiming at integration and raise public awareness of the migrants’ situation. The project was based on a needs analysis which revealed educators’ need for new skills&competences&for measures to combat discrimination against migrants. The need for further involvement of social actors in migrant issues was also clear. In response to these needs ,the following results were achieved: - the local communities’ awareness of the migrant issues was raised through targeted activities - collaboration between NGOs, adult education providers & public authorities with migrant issues on their agenda has been enhanced - 2 IOs were delivered: 1. Migration Report, which contains information about migrants in the partner countries, existing legislation& mechanisms , resettlement efforts, good practices in the field of cross sectoral collaboration , existing training opportunities for educators working with migrants in the partner countries, migration terms and links to the organisations providing training for migrant-related educators , was developed . 2. The Training Curriculum for Migrant-related Educators was tailored according to the needs identified prior to& during the project. It was translated into the partner languages to facilitate its adoption by the local stakeholders. In addition, an online platform was created for the training.(www.sumigrelearningmoodle.com).114 participants had registered already by the end of the project, this figure is expected to increase as the platform will be accessible for 5 more years after the project ends. Internal evaluation was conducted throughout the project. It facilitated project monitoring&the partners' satisfaction levels with the project processes& results. It was carried out through 8 online surveys ; after each TPM and as interim&final . The TPMs also provided a good opportunity to overview the project progress &the results. 81 participants participated in the TPMs. In addition, online& face to face surveys were carried out to receive the trainees'& the participants' feedback. Dissemination was carried out through 7 local workshops , 7 multiplier events, print promo materials such as 2 brochures& poster , the website(www.sumigre.eu), 4 newsletters,4 press articles, social media tools&networking events. Effective dissemination ensured the stakeholders' engagement and increased the possibility of the integration of OERs into their agenda&curricula. The project had already been disseminated to about 53.000 persons by the end of the project, this number is expected to increase as the website&online training will be accessible after the project ends.Impact on the target group- acquisition of new skills&competences and increased ability to work with migrants , gained knowledge about the existing situation, training opportunities for migrant-related educators operations of organisations with migrants on their agenda and examples of good practices of cross sectoral collaboration Impact on the staff & partner organisations -increased ability to deal with migrants thanks to greater understanding of social, ethnic, linguistic&cultural diversity - increased knowledge about the project topics -increased capacity in the development&delivery of structured training -increased visibility&good publicity -strengthened cooperation with other organisationsImpact on the stakeholders -raised awareness&greater understanding of migrant issues, fundamental rights for all and social inclusion& non-discrimination -increased willingness to support and advocate for migrant issues -increased motivation to initiate actions to address migrant-related issues About 2000 people including educators, school administrators, staff of NGOs , youth, municipalities, media&social workers, academicians, the local communities as well as representatives of the migrant communities were engaged in the activities in order to obtain a wide array of perspectives and to secure their commitment. The longer term benefits are expected to be social cohesion&increased prosperity thanks to more migrants getting proper education at the hands of skilled educators, thus, increasing their chances of employment &economic independence , raised incomes&living standards. In addition, the communities’ raised awareness of the migrant issues is expected to ensure their engagement in bringing forth solutions&increased advocacy for migrant issues. Another expected benefit is more organisations' partnering on initiatives addressing the social inclusion of migrants.

Cafe Europe has the goal to build a strong, fertile social and business growing ground for youth which will provide social inclusiveness, help refuges and migrants build a stable network for themselves and to help them enter the market, and solve many socials problems related to the migration of youth. The result of this project will be a low-key meeting place for social and commercial activity in every European country. Whilst the project partners in this project take care of finding the right place in the community where they can open up a cafe in (like a local school, library, meeting place etc) the target group can focus on developing their own skills. The Cafes will help youth migrants and refugees, but also native youngsters developing socials skills, learn the culture of the host country, expand their network and gain working experience. The cafe serves as a place for the target group to gain work experience, but also to provide a space to sell, for instance, second hand clothing, crafts, paintings etc., and therefore have a space to build their own portfolio and CV in order to reach up to employment in other areas. They will be encourages to take up projects together with native youngsters, like organising an event or a special weekend. Besides the business side of the meeting place, the cafe will focus on integration, learning the local language and customs, preparing the youth for education or work. A strong focus will lie on what the youth CAN do in stead of what they lack or can't (yet) do.Cafe Europe provides a safe place to gain working experience, learn the local language and customs for young migrants and refugees by working together with local youth (organisations). This can either be a first stepping stone to getting into school, finding a job or to start their own business. It is vital for young refugees and migrants to have such a place to develop themselves because statistically speaking, a large part of refugees and migrants never reach the line of becoming financially independent. Many of them remain dependent on benefits of the government for their entire life even though most of them would like more than to become financially independent and run their own lives. It is a shame that this is not the reality inEurope yet but the project Cafe Europe wants to give the same opportunities to migrants and refugees that the native European people have. The same opportunities for everybody to become financially independent and to make the most of their own lives. This will give them a much stronger position in society and to find their own network that they can built on further. The participants of this project will be taught how to run projects themselves and also the entrepreneurial skills to further maximise their own talents, for example on how to sell their art, cooking etc. They will be encouraged to find out what their dreams are and to make a plan on how to make this come true. Everybody that has worked in the cafe will be asked to give something back to the community, for example help future youth migrants and refugees that enter the country through this cafe by becoming a volunteer later on. This will create a cycle of a revolving project that will continue long after the grant and the project period from Erasmus+ has ended. The grant from Erasmus+ will function as a catalyst, to help the project partners to initiate this great project for the youth migrants and refugees in Europe. The Cafe Europe in each country can function as a social enterprise on its own after the project period. We will work together in project with 7 partners from The Netherlands, Greece, Czech Republic and Turkey. We will develop:1. How to set up a Cafe Europe (handbook for anyone who would like to create a Cafe Europe)2. How to support newcomers working in a Cafe Europe (handbook for youth workers and volunteers that coordinate the cafe and coach/mentor the newcomers/youth)3. How to get most out of my Cafe Europe experience (training course for newcomers and native youth)4. Online platform (for presenting the online training content course for newcomers and native youth, but also the handbook for the youth workers and volunteers and the handbook on how to set up a Cafe Europe)

"<< Background >>Our project brings together 10 partners , 4 NGO ,1 SME 1 SE, 4 VET schools and 14 associated partners , VET schools with the common interest to support disadvantaged learners for best integration in new digital society. They are all of them involved in VET education. They are solving problems coming from the lack of digital skills of learners and lack of digital solutions for teachers/trainers. The remote education experienced during Covid crisis increased the inequalities between students with different educational needs and backgrounds. The number of students at risk of social marginalization and school drop-out increased. We need to offer more flexible and attractive training programs that will be more easily accessed directly or from a distance and integrated into each student/trainee path of professionalization to prevent school dump and to help schools to integrate in European Educational Space by internationalization. A needs analyse among 562 teachers/trainers and learners from project partner or associated schools about remote learning revealed that digital education is best way to inshore access to education during difficult situations as was the Covid19 lock-down and also the best way to share education between countries but a better digital preparation for VET teachers and students is compulsory. The creation of digital means and platforms for integrative team-work in specific VET domains is a main need.Digital learning in vocational education will be exemplified and explained by practical step-by step guidelines for teachers and students. 91% of teachers need to improve their digital skills and knowledge to choose adequate digital education tools for their students profiles and training programs, learn to use an adaptation or particular instruments for students with different educational needs/disabilities and also specific to each training program.88% of teachers find very difficult and time consuming to create adequate e-learning experiences for the special needs of students in different specialties. e-learning instruments must be easy to use.86% of students said that social learning with colleagues and team work is needed but digital communication is difficult without adequate instruments.Target groups in DIGIT+ project:1.VET teachers and trainers from inclusive schools to receive innovative tools for on-line teaching and training tailored to special students needs and adequate to different training domains. (200 will participate in pilot course,600 in follow up activities)2.VET Students and trainees with low digital skills to receive training to use on-line teaching/training instruments and offers.Participant organizations need to diversify their training offers, to make them accessible even in situations like Covid crisis and to be more prepared for international integration into labor market of the graduates, to be more flexible in training offers in order to prevent early school living. Learning results of trainees must be easy to be transferred ,recognized and integrated in an internationalized professionalization path.Students and trainees need to increase digital skills for remote work, to participate in international training and to be able to work abroad after graduation. Students/trainees with special educational needs(SEN), economically or educationally disadvantaged from our schools need to improve their digital skills in special modules for beginners.Training for improvement of basic and advanced digital skills will be offered to students/trainees directly in pilot course but many others will be further beneficiaries by creation and integration into curriculum of accessible training modules for initial and advanced development of digital skills adequate to remote training and work. Our learners need to learn in teams in order to attenuate gaps and compare to the others. The learning actions must be integrative in order to prevent marginalization.<< Objectives >>OBJECTIVES to be reached in the participating schools will be achieved trough on-line training activitiesO1.Increase the number of VET Teachers and learners from partner schools participating in international remote teaching/training by improvement of training offers and use of innovative and integrative team-learning digital support.O2.Decrease the number of learners from partner schools at risk of school dump with low level of skills and social exclusion by offer them tailored remedial lessons, increase their digital skills, use of innovative training methods based on integrative team-learning .O3.Increase international dimension of participant schools by adding accessible and transferable digital courses/modules in their curricula, and give solutions for mutual recognition of skills acquired in international contexts.Tangible results needed for the objectives achievement will be created and spread to final beneficiariesIO1 DIGIT+interactive platform is technical support for training, evaluation and built learning interactive spaces.
