In 2018 Partnership is upheld. The project was implemented in 2018-2021Partners found similar realities and problems: LACK OR INSUFFICIENT COMPETENCES OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHERS WORKING WITH ADULTS with use modern technology. To resolve that problem we established team of international experts, who worked out results of intellectual work . The products were worked on by an international interdisciplinary team of experts (2-4 people from each country, about 10 people in total), including, among others, an instructional techniques specialist, a teaching methodologist, an andragogy expert, a psychologist, experienced English teachers, an e-learning techniques and modern technologies specialist. The project assumed employing the Kolb effective learning cycle (experience, reflection, knowledge, use) as a universal method of designing effective teaching process modules. The key assumption was to use 4 learning styles (activator, contemplative, pragmatist, theorist) as a starting point for the individual approach to an adult learner. The project assumed the use of modern technologies. Within the framework of the project a series of pilot trainings was provided: An International School of Language Teachers. In the workshops the international group of English teachers (20 people in total) tested the prepared products, acquired how to use them practically and then use them in classes with adult students. The final effect was the feedback which allows the introduction of corrections and improvements before making the products popularized. Workshop gave some feedback about effectiveness and usefulness, what allowed experts to make necessary corrections RESULTS OF INTELLECTUAL WORK: 1) METHOD BOOK (e-book): teacher’s book including the description of methods and tools which help to determine the learning style represented by a given adult student. 2) SCENARIO FOR ENGLISH LESSON AND MULTIMEDIA FOR ADULT STUDENTS: (quizzes, interactive exercises, etc.) ready to be used. 3) MULTIMEDIA FOR TEACHERS: presentations, video tutorials, an Internet platform for teachers RESULTS OF THE PROJECT: -Building the partnership between the institutions participating in the project; -Promote the idea of partnership by providing information about the project and its results; - increased knowledge about cooperation with adults and for adults; - Exchange of experience and the use of practical achievements; - Allowing educators to work in international group; - implementing and testing of intelectual work outcomes; - development of tools to work with adults (surveys, workshops scenario); -building a on-line platform, -sending out links, results and program of workshops for institutions working with adults from the area of partner countries; - making developed results available on partners' websites and on the free pages in the EU; THE TARGET GROUP: 3 partnership organisations, 20educators, 10 experts, Minimum 90 users of „IC-ENGLISH” platform, Minimum 150 participants of dissemination conferences, Selected project activities • 4 Project staff meetings (2 meetings also involve experts) • 1 international training for educators (24 persons) • 3 dissemination conferences (1 in each country) PROJECT IMPACTBeneficiaries of disseminating activities were mostly institutions and its employeesfrom partnership countries and Europe, which operate mainly in the field of adult education, teaching english, ICT, training companies, educational institutions, educators, freelancers.

It will focus on comprehensive and substantive support for the development of trainers in the areas of competence of the most demanding interventions, in relation to the problems and needs diagnosed in the project. The Partnership will ensure the further functioning of the online platform with downloadable materials available on it. Free access of users to materials will be maintained also after the end of the project. The platform will be supported by the functioning of profiles on social networking sites. The results of intellectual work will be used in other projects and initiatives undertaken by the applicant and partner organizations.Partner organisations:•EURO-FORUM, POL•PRISM, ITA•COFAC, POR"
