<< Background >>Rapid changes taking place in the natural environment and climate will require young people to take specific pro-ecological actions. The adopted Lisbon Strategy is based on several pillars, including the ecological one. It gives the EU the task of decisively strengthening the promotion of ecological innovations [Grosse T.G., Facing the challenge. The Lisbon strategy for growth and employment]. Development of ecological innovations in the future will be possible only on the assumption of increasing expenditure on ecological education of young people. At the same time, it is necessary to promote committed, active and pro-social attitudes among young people. Only with the assumption of strengthening the sense of agency and responsibility, it will be possible to increase the involvement of young people in pro-ecological activities, while reducing the percentage of passive and indifferent attitudes. The largest group of the most educationally active in Europe and in the world are youth and young adults. People in their twenties, after completing the traditional education path, drastically reduce their educational commitment to a degree that is unique in Europe and in the world. Thus, non-formal education should be empowering in young people, but also when entering the labor market through various forms of education. To promote lifelong learning in young people not only in courses and training but also in an open professional and social environment. For this reason, educational support in the project is planned to cover young people, and youth educators will be provided with the necessary materials for conducting forms of non-formal education. Working with young people requires the continuous development of competences in the field of conducting educational activities and expanding the possessed knowledge. Educators do not have the appropriate materials, a tool to conduct non-formal education of young people in the field of ecology, hence the implementation of the project that will provide the necessary work tools. An important assumption of the project is reciprocity of benefits, including mutual learning in partnership. All partner organizations are involved in environmental education and work for similar target groups. The project could not be implemented without the assumption of transnational cooperation, also the assumptions of the presented project were prepared jointly. A process for exchanging experiences has been planned. In addition to the direct effects related to the acquisition of knowledge and improvement of skills, as well as the development of people working with young people in the field of: pro-ecological solutions, CSR. The awareness of youth in the areas will also be strengthened. Their knowledge will be able to be translated both in their personal life and, ultimately, in professional activities. The developed results will constitute a compendium of knowledge and good practices for non-formal education of young people in the areas of ecology and CSR.The project is a continuation of joint activities undertaken by partners. Strengthening the partnership relationship will allow the implementation of further joint initiatives in the future. It will be fostered by establishing personal relations of experts from all partner organizations.<< Objectives >>The MAIN OBJECTIVE of the project is guidance on methods and materials for youth work in the field of environmental education. The necessity to use new tools, including multimedia for non-formal education, by youth workers is determined by the data related to the expectations of young people. This is a challenge for educators, who may often find it difficult to adapt the content and form to the needs and possibilities of young people. Therefore, direct support of early educators in the form of new scenarios and tools for working with young people is essential. In order for young people to CARE FOR THE ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THEY WORK. The assumptions of the project are a response to the real identified by all partners (research IV.2021, group of 80 educators) - problems in Poland, Ireland and Lithuania were identified. It turned out that they coincide on the way up. Through his activities and contacts with youth organizations, the leader has knowledge about the need to create materials, guides and games in the field of environmental education in work with youth.Detailed objectives:- knowledge and competence development skills for teachers, youth workers and youth- development of non-formal related to sustainable lightingReported needs regarding materials for work with young people implied the creation of an open LIBRARY OF MATERIALS, SCENARIOS, GAMES, which will strengthen knowledge about ecology in partner countries and Europe. Ecological topics are directed to children, youth, people with young people, and one of the project's contractors. Based on the knowledge in COP24 (competition for schools to develop an educational program), the main areas were identified: circular economy (circular economy, including food waste), waste segregation, climate change and biodiversity.<< Implementation >>The partners will develop the results of intellectual work in the project:O1 Comprehensive materials for work with young people in the field of four ecological thematic areasO2 A textbook for youth educators on issues related to ecologyO3 Preparation of 4 educational games in the field of pro-ecological activitiesThe results will cover 4 thematic areas: 1) BIODIVERSITY: “Biodiversity is at the heart of the functioning of ecosystems on which our food and freshness depend, water, health and recreation, and protection against natural disasters. Biodiversity also affects us both culturally and spiritually and is intrinsic to our well-being ”[Biodiersity. Green-Schools Program. Information booklet for schools]. Meanwhile, in Europe we are currently witnessing a rapid and continuous decline in biodiversity, which is expressed through the loss of habitats, extinction of species and reduction of gene diversity in populations. As the problem is not widely recognized, it becomes particularly important to raise the awareness of young people about the dangers of reducing biodiversity.2) circular economy, including FOOD WASTE AND FOOD CHOICE: “The means of production, distribution and consumption of a certain type of food have a huge impact not only on our health, but also on natural resources, climate, loss of biodiversity and environmental changes. They influence the quality of life of people in different parts of the world ”[7 Steps To Responsible Food Consumption]. Shaping proper eating habits is important not only for our health, but also has an impact on the condition of the natural environment. Therefore, it is necessary to significantly increase the emphasis on building awareness of the importance of choices made in terms of food choices on a larger scale (in terms of the impact on the natural environment and climate change).3) CLIMATE CHANGE: “In recent years, the climate crisis has fundamentally changed the water cycle around the world. The result is variable rainfall patterns and increased evaporation, resulting in more severe rainfall and more severe droughts. As a result, rainfall is becoming more abundant in many areas, while other places in the world suffer from prolonged periods of drought ”[Right Under Your Feet: Soil Health and the Climate Crisis].4) WASTE SEPARATION: An important argument in favor of waste segregation is, of course, the protection of the natural environment. Sorting garbage and the subsequent recovery of various raw materials from it is an effective method to prevent gradual overflow of landfills. Recycling also enables us to significantly reduce the consumption of various types of natural resources.<< Results >>The project assumes the development of universal results, at least on a European scale. Only the involvement of international experts will allow us to develop products that are useful for users regardless of where they live, which is of great importance in today's economic situation and common environmental problems. Results expected to be achieved DURING THE PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION:- 4 thematic areas in the field of environmental education of young people, within which materials were developed,- development of 10 scenarios of ecological workshops for people working with young people in 4 areas: biodiversity, circular economy: food waste, waste segregation and climate change, 40 scenarios in total in the project- development of 30 individual worksheets for each of the 4 environmental themes: biodiversity, circular economy: food waste, waste segregation and climate change, 120 cards in total in the project, - developing 40 ppt presentations, 1 item for each scenario,- developing 8 pieces of interactive graphics- developing 8 pieces of infographics,- developing 8 pieces of podcasts,- 3 international project meetings to exchange experiences and develop the results of intellectual work,- monthly teleconferences. Results expected to be achieved AT THE END OF THE PROJECT:- 1 conference disseminating the developed results of intellectual work in Tarnów for about 65 people,- 1 dissemination seminar disseminating the developed results of intellectual work in Ireland for about 30 people, - 1 seminar disseminating the developed results of intellectual work in Lithuania for about 30 people, - mailing disseminating the results of the project - database with min. 1000 records (e.g. in the form of a newsletter)- comprehensive educational materials in 4 ecological areas - in 3 language versions - a guide for educators -1 pcs - in 3 language versions- 4 educational games - in 3 language versions.

"The main objective of the ""Develop your creativity"" project is to improve social inclusion in adult education in the field of creativity by increasing educators' competences to reach adults, motivate them to start and continue their education and counseling support to introduce them to the path of lifelong learning .The project involves 4 organizations from different parts of Europe: from Poland - the Association ""Creative for Business"" and the Foundation for Education for Development and Innovation), from Bulgaria - Global Organization For Development /G.O.D./), from Ireland - Edu Smart Traning Center Limited. The project builds its activities based on stimulating creativity through broadly understood culture and art. Building creativity in non-formal education of adults is associated with a number of barriers, in order to prevent them, educators should be provided with appropriate tools and materials for work. One of the ways is culture, which can be presented in various forms and versions: theater, image, music and others. Cultural and creative skills give adults competences such as creativity, inventiveness, problem solving, cooperation. The project complies with the implementation of the horizontal priority - supporting creativity and cultural awareness. The project is inspired by European observations, documents and research on adult education. There is a clear need to increase social inclusion through education across Europe, as empowering adults to acquire skills and competences is a precondition for self-fulfillment, health, employability and social inclusion, helping to strengthen Europe's resilience in a time of rapid and profound change. The partners (Poles and Bulgaria) diagnosed that there is a lack of experience in the field of professional education of educators at the national level. If actions occur, they are of an occasional nature. Therefore they turned to an Irish partner who has experience in carrying out development activities for educators. Additionally, an adult learning strategy has been implemented in Ireland for over 20 years. The rich experience of the Irish partner, a wide set of good practices available in Ireland, combined with the knowledge of other partners will allow the project to be achieved. It would not be possible without international cooperation. This is even more important in the current context where COVID-19 has forced educators to adapt very quickly, especially in countries where they do not necessarily have the pedagogical and technical skills to incorporate digital tools into adult education. In order to help counteract and solve the problems presented, the following activities were planned in the project, which will translate into results and effects:• The partners' experts will develop workshop scenarios, exercise kits, instructional videos for educators in the field of creativity education through theater, music, digital technologies and image. In addition, the results will include the development of a methodology for teaching adults and a standard of educational materials for educators and an implementation guide for educators along with educational recommendations.• In the first phase, experts will select a catalog of topics in which creativity can support non-formal education and strengthen the competences of recipients.• When developing the materials, experts will consult the detail of thematic areas with groups of adults, including those associating older people, such as U3A, libraries, community centers, thematic clubs or other places associating elderly people - so as to adjust the program to the competency gaps as much as possible. At the same time, they will closely observe the effects of the pandemic in terms of non-formal education of adults and their current problems.• In order to widely disseminate the results of intellectual work resulting from the project, it was planned to organize an international conference in Poland, Bulgaria and Ireland, devoted to the topic of developing creativity among adults through innovative methods of educating and training educators.• There will be prepared 5-day workshops in Poland entitled ""Creativity as a way of developing and acquiring new competences in adults"" in the Blended mobilty formula, which will consolidate and test the tools developed within the project. In order to test the adequacy, usability and effectiveness of the prepared materials, Lider will conduct full training on their basis. A total of 60 adult educators will take part in the training. The group will be fairly homogeneous so that it is possible to test the complete training materials. The selection of training participants will be made only on the merits. The participants' motivation and willingness to get involved in the project will also be verified. The training group will be accompanied by experts who have prepared materials in order to collect all comments on an ongoing basis."
