<< Objectives >>The aim of our project is to increase the education quality of the beauticians who play the most active role in the beauty industry to the international level, determine common approaches in educational and sectoral terms with transnational collaborations, discover differences, increase their employability,contribute to the quality and capacity development that the industry needs.<< Implementation >>The activities we want to implement in our project are under the following headings;-Methods and techniques applied in the beauty industry-Examination of education curricula-Use of medical devices-Cosmetic/chemistry laboratories examination/observation-Following new technologies/applications-Holistic skin/body health practices-Entrepreneurship and management,-Expert doctor/academic invitations and presentations-Social communication and personal development seminars<< Results >>-As re-opening the undergraduate program, it supports the sustainability of quality and capacity development in the sector-Benefit from reading cosmetic content, understanding of holistic/clean beauty and environmental awareness-Taking place in the sector of beauticians who ensure continuity in their professional and personal development and who know their work capacity according to their qualifications.-Providing the opportunity to work in coordination between dermatologists and beautician
