The growing attraction for eco-tourism leads to developing the reception of visitors to natural areas around the world, and in particular the rarest and most fragile of them, often the most attractive in terms of tourism. In Europe, this eco-tourism development is an economic issue both for countries and regions with natural capital still preserved, in particular for certain remote outermost regions (French Guiana for example), and for the territories already very popular which want to preserve the natural spaces remaining by a better controlled approach to tourism development. This is why a number of eco-labels and various training resources have been developed for several years for European tourism players to promote sustainable tourism and tourism practices compatible with the fragility of the natural environment. However, to date there are few support and training solutions on a European scale that are adapted to the constraints and needs of accommodation providers located in natural areas: remoteness, organizational constraints incompatible with training methods in face to face, need for concrete and immediate solutions rather than theoretical content ... In addition, the supports provided within the framework of eco-labeling approaches (WWF Gite Panda for example) require a high degree of activism and commitment, which is beyond the reach of most managers. Finally, among the existing training or support offers, few of them are also reaching a better level of training for tourists visiting these natural areas. This targeting of tourists is however essential to the development of individual and collective behavior of people accommodated eco-compatible with the fragility of the areas that welcome them. The ECO Hosting.net project is the result of cross-reflection between European operators in training, tourism and local development. These players wish to offer a common European response to the challenges of training and support for tourist accommodation providers in fragile natural areas and their customers, stemming from the capitalization of experiences and diverse regional situations: very isolated Guyanese forest, Greek islands subject to both to strong environmental and tourist constraints, mountain areas, etc.ECO Hosting.net brings together 5 European operators experienced in the field of training engineering, non-formal education, development of sustainable tourism and environmental education: the Sud Concept Amazonie cooperative, specialized in training engineering, who has supported tourism operators in Guyana, the GAL Molise in Italy, local development agency, the MKP (Greece), environmental education association, Karpos (Greece) experienced in non-formal education through multimedia, and the training organization AidLearn, (Portugal) which has contributed for 10 years to the training of Portuguese and European tourism operators on the theme of sustainable tourism. These 5 partners will build a new European offer of quality training aimed jointly at two target audiences: managers of tourist accommodation in natural areas, and tourists who frequent them.ECO Hosting.net productions will offer:1. An environmental self-diagnostic guide, allowing managers and teams of tourist accommodation to identify their weak points and their margins for progress with regard to environmental issues (water, energy, waste, etc.). Manageable independently, it allows the host to become aware of his training needs and build his career.2. ECO Hosting.net training content for target audiences:- For tourists who wish to train in eco-compatible behavior by preparing their stay in accommodation located in a natural area, educational videos dedicated to eco-friendly actions to adopt, and information and training content on environmental themes requiring eco-citizen behavior.- For accommodation managers, a series of thematic chapters, taking up the axes of the self-diagnostic guide, and structured as follows: environmental issues, technical, social, managerial solutions available, feasibility, costs, etc. These chapters are supplemented by a series of animated tutorials illustrating examples of solutions.3. An E-Learning platform accessible to all, putting ECO Hosting.net content free and interactively. It is the main training medium, since the project is essentially aimed at independent learning. All productions are available in 5 languages (English, French, Greek, Italian, Portuguese).

"The EU relies heavily on its programs to achieve the goals envisioned for smart, sustainable and inclusive growth under the Europe 2020 strategy. This raises the question of the extent to which European project managers are well prepared to frame, design, implement and close such projects effectively and efficiently. At the time of writing the Erasmus+ project ""EMVOI"" - strategic partnership for vocational education and training, there was no tool available on the market for the evaluation, training or even certification of EUropean project managers (EUPM).This is now over since the EMVOI project (2016 - 2018) saw the creation of an online tool enabling self-evaluation, training (self-directed learning) and support for ISO 17024 certification (instructions). The overall objective of EMVOI project is to contribute to the recognition, validation and reinforcement of EUPMs’ key competences while at the same time strengthening cooperation between the world of training and the world of work by applying a global approach to evaluation, training and certification. The specific objectives of the project were to:+ develop an approach to recognize competences acquired by European project managers;+ develop a competence chart for EUPMs that can contribute to the development of high-level core and cross-curricular competences in a lifelong learning perspective;+ create a web tool for the assessment of transversal competences;+ develop training courses based on ICT - Information and Communication Technologies - using open educational resources and integrating modern digital solutions into the VET process - Education and Vocational Training;+ develop cross-curricular competences of the EUPM through an innovative approach, focusing on competences, learning and results;+ frame a certification system according to the ISO 17024 standard that can be considered as a system for recognizing and validating EUPMs’ competences ;+ promote learning of the English language and linguistic diversity through the EMVOI multilingual web platform. To do so, consulting and training organizations from 6 European countries worked for 28 months (Sept.2016 - Dec.2018) to carry out the work: Coopérative Sud Concept (FR), Instituto de Soldadura and Qualidade ( PT), ISCN (AT), EuroSuccess Consulting (CY), EVBB (DE) and DAKOM (BG).Thus, on the basis of their experience and expertise but also those of 91 other European managers who took part in the work, especially during the development and testing of the Curriculum, the objectives were achieved and the following activities were carried out:+ development of a competence chart based on scientific articles and other relevant documents. The chart is divided into hard and soft skills;+ development of a multilingual online platform (BG, DE, EL, EN, FR, PT);+ creation of a self-evaluation tool directly linked to the competence chart. It is autonomous and immediately displays the evaluation results once it is complete. It advocates the way forward for learners to develop their competence chart.+ content writing for 3 training modules:• basic knowledge of any European project manager;• competence chart to develop and / or improve in the management of European projects;• national specificities of certain programs such as operational programs, structural funds, the various national financing mechanisms (administrative procedures, political context, etc.).+ a manual including advice and a summary of the important points of the training;+ a framework for certification according to ISO 17024.To conclude, EMVOI project presents a global approach since it allows the identification of the competency and its evaluation, proposes improvement tracks (training contents) and a certification process. The project is largely involved in ""Improving relevant and high-level cross-curricular and relevant competences in the perspective of lifelong learning"" and promoting ""Transparency and recognition of competences and qualifications to facilitate learning, employability and mobility of the workforce "".For more information on the project and its results, please consult free of charge the developed tools from the project website: http://www.emvoi.eu."

In recent years, the development of constantly growing Erasmus + projects has taken on a special dimension. However, the management of these E+ projects requires a strong technical mastery of applications and documents, reflexes, and organizational tools. The training of future/new coordinators and E+ project management teams usually takes place in the organizations that carry out these projects. Technical knowledge is passed on by peers, ie not experienced coordinators to new recruits. Project management tools are often developed internally and individually by coordinators. The current context, but also deeper changes in the organization of work, shows the limits of these usual practices of peer training on the job.The sanitary situation due to the Covid-19 has shown us the limits of face to face learning and vocational training. The situation has forced us to develop new ways of working and training, particularly at a distance. The importance of the digital in our professional practice is highlighting. We must include in our practices, digital tools to reinforce our digital competencies. Moreover, the context has also drawn attention to the difficulties in implementing peer training or mentorship which usually takes place in the workplace. In usual times, the professional practice of the Erasmus + project coordinators makes it difficult to mobilize them on a regular basis to train newcomers. At a distance, this is made even more difficult. In addition to this informal transmission, there is a lack of developed tools that would meet both the needs for technical training and the consistency of monitoring tools. This highlights the need to set up a digital training tool available to new recruits. On one hand, this tool must be based on self-learning to acquire the methods and practices of project management. On the other hand, this tool must also allow the functioning of quality mentoring by experimented peers, as well as a remote evaluation of the progress in the management practices of the learners. The bEUjo + project, therefore, proposes to create a common project management tool that also acts as a learning tool (self-training and peer training).Based on the now well-known method of the Bullet Journal which uses digital codes on analog media, our project proposes to offer a double version tool, a paper version, and a mobile application. The objective is to equip the European project managers ERASMUS + with a tool combining several functions: a common, flexible, transversal project monitoring tool that also acts as a learning tool for new project managers and that will allow peer training. This tool is a real self-training tool will learning path for new recruits. It’s also the adaptation of physical peer training in a digital way to not lose the link between the peer. The project aims to strengthen the organisational capacities of the leading organisations or partners of European projects and to strengthen learning capacities online (at the workplace and by distance) in the area of European project management. The project involves a minimum of 10 Erasmus + project coordinators as well as trainees or new recruits who are in training. The project addresses all organizations with Erasmus + European projects (experimented organizations welcoming new recruits) or wishing to carry them (newcomer and non/less-experimented organizations). The project will develop 3 different deliverables: IO1: The bEUjo + web appIO2: BOX +: coordinator's “annex” toolboxIO3: The methodological guide to peer learning with bEUjo +The project also provides training and experimentation, evaluation times. The results and in particular the tools will be widely disseminated to the network of European partners as well as to national agencies. The project is designed to have an impact at local, national, and mostly at European levels. At the local level, the project will contribute to supporting the involved organization to have better coordination and workplace training and transmission of Erasmus + projects. At national and European levels the project will help all the organizations which are carrying projects or are willing to, to adopt a common way of managing projects. At the European level, the project will help to avoid the loss of information during Erasmus + projects lifetime. The project involves 6 European partners from 5 different countries (France, Germany, Spain, Greece, and Portugal), very experienced in managing Erasmus + projects. With this project, we expect to get more efficient, coherent, and professional coordination of Erasmus + projects thanks to better care and reception of new recruits as new coordinators of projects. We expect to get a better handover of projects, better-equipped structures, and finally reach employees' well-being and stress reduction thanks to the fluidity of information.

"The CITIES BY HEART project is in line with Article 3 of the Lisbon Treaty, which states: ""The Union shall respect its rich cultural and linguistic diversity, and shall ensure that Europe's cultural heritage is safeguarded and enhanced"".As well as Article 167 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, which gives the Commission the specific task of contributing to the development of the cultures of the Member States while respecting their diversity, while highlighting the 'common cultural heritage'.In Europe, successive waves of immigration have shaped cities and their suburbs. The cultural mixes built by the international immigration represent an underestimated treasure unknown by European citizens. In terms of tourism and social issues, this European cultural heritage is an opportunity to seize. Therefore, while it tends to be condemned, especially by arguments from extremist political currents, it should be fully valued. The project embraces a goal of social inclusion through the very concept of its training offer. It includes a first phase of training ""peers"": socio-educational facilitators, actors of multicultural and disadvantaged territories, heads of social centers or associations. Then, in a second phase, it includes a transfer of skills to young underprivileged European citizens who also have a personal background in relation to immigration and encounter problems of integration into the labor market. The idea is to promote a type of responsible tourism “at zero kilometer” in which protagonists are citizens with a family or individual migratory path (whether new entrants or settled in the neighborhood for several generations) original they want to share. These tours are addressed to two types of targets: its primary audience: the inhabitants of these disadvantaged territories, to bring them to an understanding of all migratory strata and this perpetual human movement by breaking down the arguments of ""good"" or ""bad"" immigration ; but also to international tourists, in search of new forms of circuits, closer to the population, in order to promote past and contemporary Europe under the lens of cultural diversity resulting from immigration. The project, regarding the design of its circuits, includes economic actors from urban areas with a strong cultural mix: restaurants, shopkeepers, ""host"" inhabitants, etc. we visit during the tours. The objective is twofold: to create a link between the residents of these urban areas to avoid communal conflicts and to trigger an economic dynamic to respond to the precariousness of the inhabitants of disadvantaged neighborhoods."
