There are hundreds of young people in Nicaragua who have made the leap from self-employment to generating employment opportunities for others. They represent around 2.2% of the total youth population, according to the Nicaraguan Foundation for Economic and Social Development (Funides). Nevertheless, a 2013 study carried out in over 100 countries by Global Entrepreneurship Monitor places Nicaragua and Venezuela last on the list of Latin American countries that foster business ventures.Spain, Italy and Turkey are an excellent example of a struggle with youth unemployment and the lack of education in this field. Needs of young people to find a job is well addressed, but job market does not answer these needs properly. One solution that is often offered is that young people start their work practice in chosen company, right after the university for a minimal salary and after the practice, they often get replaced by new students. This is a “legal” practice by the majority of companies in order to find cheap labor and not to pay fines for firing employees. On other side U.K is more advanced with understanding of Entrepreneurship education and support system for entrepreneurs that can be transfer to all other partners. The overall aim of the project is in accordance with the primary objectives capacity building project for Youth:- To create a sustainable partnership between NGOs and institutions from Program countries and Nicaragua in order to transfer the training model on the entrepreneurship education/social entrepreneurship among young people.- To establish two-business incubators (one Nicaragua and one in Turkey) that focuses on social business and mentoring young people to start their business. The specific objectives are:1) To develop creative thinking, employability (soft) skills, financial management, strategic planning and entrepreneurial skills of young people2) To create a training module on how to develop, validate and implement social entrepreneurial projects and enterprises through non formal education methodologies.3) To create cross-sector cooperation between NGOs and Universities.4) To create sustainable partnership between institutions/NGOs from program countries and Nicaragua.5) To work with and train mentors on how they can support young people in developing entrepreneurial paths.6) To explore practical ways of supporting young people in NGO set up and social enterprises, taking into consideration legal, financial, management and social requirements.7) To create new tools and methods designed to develop entrepreneurial skills among young people through trainings.8) To provide young people with a platform where they can exchange experience and expertise in the field of SE through internship.9) To develop solidarity, promote tolerance and foster mutual understanding between generations and cultures by creating a common platform for development.10) To promote Erasmus+ programme outside of Europe.

Lifelong learning is an important and useful activity at every stage of life. This is especially true when someone’s life is changed or stuck in their living conditions, and needs further skills to develop their various competences. This project indirectly targets adults who have been forced out of the labour market due to some external factors, need to change their lives for the further successes, gain new knowledge, find new jobs, and seek new opportunities. Our direct target group is educators, trainers, coaches and adult training professionals who deal with or want to deal with troubled adults who need help, are familiar with their problems and are open to accommodating and applying new solutions. Our two-year collaboration involves the participation of five countries of the European Union, involving adult training organizations with extensive experience in developing the target groups and using methods that have been used to address the basic problem of the project. Our basic goal is to create an intellectual output that combines international experiences that will be useful for adult training in all EU countries and to promote individual mobility within the EU and the free movement of qualified workforce. The intellectual outputs of the project seek innovative solutions to tackle the problems of adults stranded outside the labour force. Uniquely, we want to encourage the acquisition of basic life skills competences for new challenges, and new working environments, with a focus on financial literacy related to successful life. Primary intellectual output is a methodological collection based on the online platform, which is primarily intended for experts dealing with the indirect target group (outside the labour force adults). The purpose of this collection is to create a new, practice-oriented and userfriendly handbook that includes adult training methods that respond to new challenges and practical implementation exercises. Professional material encompasses the widest possible content, through basic household, social and welfare knowledge, and savings to sustainable lifestyles and future planning issues. The secondary intellectual output is responsible for ensuring the utility of the established methodological collection. In this intellectual output, we create exercise books and practical task collection, which - in practice - support the usability and efficiency of the established methodology. During the planned multiplication events, each partner country will test the primary intellectual output at local level, and the materials of these tests will be the content of the second developed intellectual output. Our primary goal is to seriously support the sustainability of the main output of two years of international cooperation by creating serious practical materials that are not only for introduction of the new methodology, but also for facilitating its use and adaptation. During the project, we are planning to organize mobilities in all participating countries in which the adult training experts of the organizations involved in the cooperation - basically based on experience-based 'trainers' trainings' - will promote the correct implementation of the primary intellectual output. During these times, the participating professionals train each other, will have brainstorming and workshops on the content of the various chapters, and coordinate the results of the creative processes between the mobilities. The need for planned development - based on the figures and statistics - is almost unambiguous. The former professional work of the partners involved is a guarantee of the creation of innovative intellectual outputs. We believe that our international cooperation serving the development of adult education at European level. Our activity is a niche substitute since it is a fact that within the field of adult education there have been few improvements to target the adults less concerned by the socialnetwork and no longer really achievable for the education system too.

"The economic changes, technologies, globalization and society development have a big impact on the labour market. Nowadays the “job for life” does not exist anymore as it was 50 years ago. In turn it influences on the youth unemployment. At this stage entrepreneurship and in particular social entrepreneurship can become an effective way to confront the problem. It is how young people can get needed experience, become responsible and create their own jobs. NGOs can help young people to develop employability skills and involve them into entrepreneurship. At the same time NGOs also can benefit a lot from learning social entrepreneurship as they also face different problems regarding sustainability. But there are not many NGOs which are competent in this topic. The project ""360 Degrees Entrepreneurship"" aims to develop youth workers skills on entrepreneurship and in particular social entrepreneurship, creativity, financial management, strategic planning, employability and entrepreneurial skills in order to overcome the youth unemployment and to make NGOs sustainable. They will have the opportunity to not only learn these skills, but also to implement them in starting up their business, collaborate with other startups and be mentored through the business incubator model. The main objectives of the project are: 1) To develop creative thinking, innovation, employability (soft) skills, financial management, strategic planning and entrepreneurial skills of youth workers. 2) To share knowledge on the establishment and sustainability of business incubators as a sustainable measure of supporting entrepreneurship on a long term basis. 2) To create a training module on how to develop, validate and implement social entrepreneurial projects and enterprises. 3) To work with and train mentors in how they can support young people in developing entrepreneurial paths. 4) To explore practical ways of supporting young people and NGO set up social enterprises, taking into consideration legal, financial, management and social requirements.5) To create new tools and methods designed to develop entrepreneurial skills among young people. 6) To provide young people with a platform where they can exchange experience and expertise in the field of social entrepreneurship. 7) To develop solidarity, promote tolerance and foster mutual understanding between generations and cultures by creating a common platform for development that includes a wide variety of generations and cultures 360 Degrees Entrepreneurship was implemented with 9 partners including Science Park, companies, university, NGOs from Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Estonia, Italy and Turkey.
