EMIEW is an adult education project carried out in partnership with universities, institutions, and associations from Turkey, Germany, Portugal, and Slovakia. EMIEW is an initiative to meet the work and social insurance needs of less educated or non-employed women of low status and prestige. Therefore, the main target group chosen for our project is either unemployed women or working women workers. EMIEW is designed to improve the opportunities of disadvantaged women.Five intellectual outputs were presented within the scope of EMIEW. The first one is a need analysis shaped by the partners at the beginning of the project and applied to 218 people in four partner countries to develop the output of the training modules. The needs analysis was designed to ensure that the training modules are of high quality, and 22 training modules were prepared in 5 main categories from the need analysis results. The booklet of training modules was written in English, Turkish, German, Portuguese, Slovak (860 pp.) to increase women's skills in starting a business, finding a job, holding a job, personality development, and socialization. The online learning platform, which is another output supporting the training modules, was created under five main headings: Information and Communication Technologies (3 Modules), Career Development (5 M), Social Skills Development (6 M), Entrepreneurial Skills (3 M), and Professional Skills (5 M). Supporting the modules under each main heading, video footage, PowerPoint presentations, pdf texts, forum page, tasks, tests were created. If 70% success was achieved in the process, participants were given the opportunity to receive online certificates. Participants were allowed to receive 5 different certificates in 5 main categories in 5 languages. With the idea of supporting the online learning platform, the entire project website was designed in five languages to reach more disadvantaged women and to increase the dissemination of the project.Another important output created to increase the impact and dissemination of training modules is “Adult Education Courses.” The training was held in 4 partner countries with 59 participants. The training curriculum was completely prepared based on the training needs of the participants and 3 teaching methods (interactive presentations, brainstorming and video training) were used. At the end of the training, all participants were given a certificate and a 72-page booklet (En-Tr) was created with the data obtained.Test and Analysis report was produced as another output to evaluate the online training platform, the training modules it contains and other outputs. By using a questionnaire, participants (756 participants) were asked about orientation to work, evaluation of modules, evaluation of online learning platform and other outputs. The analysis results of these questionnaires, which were asked under 3 different titles, were reported in detail, and a Test and Analysis Report (71 pp. in En-Tr)booklet was prepared. The final intellectual output handbook provides an introduction to employment types and social security issues in the four partner countries. The technical handbook supporting the working life, rights and responsibilities of employees and the benefits of the social insurance system was written as 125 pages in English and Turkish (in 5 languages on the website).Various communication platforms such as Slack, Skype, mail group, Twitter, Google drive were used in the project process for effective communication and cooperation. Again, during the project process, efforts were made to increase the project's quality by conducting project internal evaluation analyses every three months. Five transnational meetings (initial and final meeting in Turkey; once in Germany, Portugal, and Slovakia) were planned to talk about measures to improve international issues of working women, the inconvenient conditions, and to shape the course of the project. Slovakia meeting and final meeting were held online due to the COVID-19. Multiplier effect meetings were held with broad participation to promote and develop the project in Turkey, Slovakia and Portugal. A copyright-free international book related to the project was written, and the project was promoted in local, national, and international media. As a result of the project implementation, women learned about the benefits of their rights and appropriate employment conditions. Awareness has been raised to ensure that unemployed women or women with low-quality job skills gain skills in some jobs such as house cleaning and childcare. Also, that awareness helped women to prevent from working without insurance. Women learned to start their own business, be the employer of their own business, and insured women employment was encouraged. You can access information such as general promotional videos, brochures, detailed information about partners, social networks and links on our website named https://emiew.duzce.edu.tr/.

In REHAB the European partners from Turkey, Germany, and Spain were collaborated on inclusive targets for the development of their regional project: high-level educational supply for learners who need special support. The partners are innovative developers of new methods, of their organization and practices toward multi-professional networks to support vocational learning and employment of the target group. This Project promotes equity, social inclusion and active citizenship for drug addicts and their families who are from disadvantaged backgrounds and have special needs to succeed in adult education. This project focused on adults who have drug addiction problem and it aims to provide psychological support and socio-cultural reintegration to these individuals and their families. The aim of project was to improve the reintegration of adult drug addicts under probation into the society and helping their families psychologically in coping with substance related problems through developing, piloting and implementing innovative training modules. In order to achieve these aims, materials about psychological rehabilitation were produced in many formats and delivered to the target group and their families in workshops and seminars. If it needs to be clearer, during the project, an innovative training module and other related materials were developed and implemented on target group in Turkey. Before implementation of training program, pilot study of it utilized on related target groups and beneficiaries. Project materials and outcomes were actualized through adult reintegration training in order to lead a productive live to addicted individuals and their families. Materials produced in this project will help drug addicts who are under probation to successfully reintegrate into society by developing their skills and qualifications all other European Countries. Educational materials and training modules that have been produced so far was evaluated by projects partners. Project partners intend to implement these materials and modules to at least 100 drug addicted adults and their families at the end of the project. But, before that final implementation, project partners planned to carry out a pilot training for testing the effectiveness, applicability and usefulness of these modules and materials. Therefore, 3 pilot training were organized in three cities in Turkey and in three partner countries in order to test and evaluate educational materials and training modules. 1.A pilot training was organized by SAMDER and Abant İzzet Baysal University, in Bolu. 2.Another one was arranged in Sakarya University, in Sakarya.3.One of them was organized in Sima Special Education and Rehabilitation Center in Bursa.Project coordinator AIBU and the partner Sakarya University contributed considerably to the creation of training modules and organization and implementation of the 3 pilot training. Their REHAB staff is academics of sociology departments; who have various past studies on drug addiction. Thus, training were of high quality. All lectures in the training were given by these academics. All the developed materials were provided face to face, in workshops and through website to the target group and their families as mentioned above. The impact of the project is expected that adult education methods are extended to a new area. In addition, it can be contribute with a general vision of the target group and in the family training and all factors which determine their situation regarding to rehabilitation sector and adult training. I can be said that REHAB project definitely raised the awareness for drug addiction problems, crime and rehabilitation of drug addicts in local area while developing new methods, models, approaches and promoting guidance and counselling at all levels. As a result of the strong composition of the partners, we had a great opportunity to work with various experts from universities, rehabilitation centers and public institutions. A website has been created to integrate digital integration in learning, teaching and education; an environment has been created to give information about the effects of subjects related to the addiction for the drug addicted individuals and their families. This study will contribute to the increase of the achievement level in Europe. The work has been meticulously prepared within the framework of scientific ethic rules and presented as a contribution to the literature on addiction. Thanks all projects partners for their invaluable contribution to the preparation and translation of this scientific work on drug addiction, which is both an important and difficult subject, the innovative and complementary project were finished successfully. Hopefully, the researchers and projects members will contribute to the literature on addiction and thus the science with their future studies carrying social sensitivity.
