    << Objectives >>The main objective of the project is the development of competences, exchange of experience of the education staff of Foundation and the EKO partner from Greece in the field of educating the public on the topics of sustainable development and ecology. The specific objective is, am. others: increasing the knowledge and skills of 10 people from the partners education staff in the field of methods and tools used in environmental education as well as methods and tools used in the education of senior<< Implementation >>As part of the project, 5 mobility will be implemented, including: 2 mobility of the management staff of the foundation, 2 mobility of educational staff such as Short training programs for employees (for a total of 10 people) 1 mobility of the type: Combined mobility of adult learners, in which seniors from both organizations will participate partnerships (16 people in total).<< Results >>1. Conducting a total of at least 80 hours of workshops / training during the 3 mobility for education staff and seniors participating in the mobility.2. Raising the level of knowledge and skills of 10 people from the partners education staff in the field of methods and tools used in environmental education as well as methods and tools used in the education of seniors during the 18 months of the project, through participation in training and workshops carried out as part of mobility.

    << Objectives >>According to Eurostat, in 2020, 25.4% of young people aged 15-29 were at risk of poverty and/or social exclusion. Recognizing the potential of art and culture to enhance the development of young people, this project's general objective is to promote access to artistic and cultural practices by young people, fostering their development and promoting their social inclusion.<< Implementation >>1. Regular Activities: includes activities of Management and Coordination; Planning and Preparation; Monitoring and Evaluation; Communication and Dissemination.2. Youth Workers - Sharing of Practices: includes mobility for youth workers; evaluation and dissemination of activities; and virtual cooperation.3. Youngsters - Experiential Learning: includes local experiential learning; virtual cooperation; and a mobility for young people; and evaluation and dissemination of the activity.<< Results >>Immaterial results:- Development of key competences in youth workers and youngsters and professional competences in youth workers;- Learning about social inclusion, social cohesion, equal opportunities and social participation;- Learning about working methods and tools through NFE and EI and artistic and cultural practices;- Appreciation of art and culture as enhancers of young people's development.Material result: Development of a Practical Manual.

    "<< Objectives >>The aim of the project is to provide climate education workshops and conferences for YP to make an important step towards achieving the SDGs. We will show how everyone can help to protect the environment and to reduce the impacts of climate change in different areas of life. By providing youth climate conferences in different countries, we will offer the youth the opportunity to discuss climate-related topics with politicians. The target group are mainly migrants and social disadvantaged youth.<< Implementation >>We will offer four workshops in each country in schools or as after school-activities related to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. Decisions made by consumers, businesses and politicians in the global North can have consequences for the environment and climate in the global South and we will aim to thematise this in the workshops. Each organisation will provide one youth conference with the aim to write ""manifestos for sustainable development"" and to present them decision-makers.<< Results >>Our primary objective is to contribute to a greener and more sustainable future for the EU as a whole. Through engaging with YP, we will provide them with the opportunity to make an immediate contribution to achieving the UN’s sustainable development goals, to combatting climate change and to making their countries and the EU as a whole more environmentally friendly. YP in three different European countries will have the chance to exchange experiences and ideas and to learn from one another."

    CONTEXT Europe is increasingly a diverse, inclusive, innovative and renewed place. However, due to the globalization process, young people face certain problems that condition their transition to adulthood.Currently in Europe the number of young NEET; unemployed, at risk of poverty and social exclusion, among others, is high, so this project want to combat these problems of young people. The solution to be developed involves the development of the key competences on young people and youth workers and the investment in entrepreneurship and social innovation, taking into account young people's aspirations, creativity, talents and needs. PROBLEMThe social problem is the social and professional exclusion of young people, due to the lack of development of key competences and the lack of stimulation of the entrepreneurship and social innovation.OBJECTIVESGeneral: Foster the social and professional inclusion of young people, namely through the development of key competences and stimulating entrepreneurship and social innovation. Specifics:-Promote the empowerment of youth workers to improve their work with young people, namely in terms of social inclusion, entrepreneurship, social innovation, non-formal education, key competences, employability and education;-Implement non-formal education and informal education in youth intervention, involving the needs, problems, aspirations, challenges and expectations of young people and in complementarity with formal education;-Encourage entrepreneurship and social innovation as a solution for equal opportunities, social inclusion and improving young employability;-Sensitize the associative, school/academic, political, social, among other relevant sectors, to the need to develop synergies with the youth sector, supporting the development of young people;-Develop a guide of good practices, which can be generalized and applied to different contexts, allowing the improvement of the quality of the youth sector, based on social entrepreneurship and social innovation.PROFILEYoung people:-18-30 years;-Preferably with fewer opportunities;-With entrepreneurial potential (young people with a project idea;-Motivated to participate actively in all phases of the project;-Committed to developing their key competences;-With the ability to influence peers and the community and to disseminate the project.Youth workers:-18 years or +;-Professional or volunteer who works with young people to support their development;-With knowledge of @:--social issue;--project themes;--entrepreneurship and social innovation and/or interested in developing competences in this regard;--and/or interest in the non-formal methodology;-With the ability to:--transfer the competences and learning developed and to implement them in the intervention with young people (leading the intervention);--influence other young people, the community and stakeholders to promote personal, social and professional transformation of young people.ACTIVITIESa.
