    "Изпълнения проект се основава на анализа на следните основни документи на ЕС:1) Стратегия „Европа 2020“, приоритет, свързан с приобщаващ растеж и икономика с висока заетост за постигане на икономическо, социално и териториално сближаване;2) 3/8 области на действие в стратегията на ЕС за младежта - 1) заетост и предприемачество 2) образование и обучение 3) социално включване;3) Приоритет (според председателя на ЕК за 2016): ""Европа трябва да инвестира силно в младежта, търсещите работа и новосъздадените предприятия"";4) Декларация на ЕС, свързана с терористичните нападения от 13 ноември в Париж, изтъкваща необходимост от ""насърчаване на толерантността и недискриминацията, взаимното уважение и разбирателство"";5) Една от целите на „Националната стратегия за младежта 2012-2020 г.“ в България - насърчаване на младежкото предприемачество за насърчаване на социалното включване на младите хора и представянето й като възможност за съживяване на икономиката и създаване на истински „европейски предприемачески дух“; 6) Образователната инициатива на ЕК и Стратегия за ефективно прилагане на ИКТ в образованието и науката на Република България (2014-2020 г.); 7) Целите на Еразъм + за повишаване на уменията и пригодността за заетост на младежите с акцент върху предприемачеството.Основната цел на изпълнение проект беше да насърчи предприемачеството като средство за борба с младежката безработица и социалното изключване чрез:- Обмен на най-добри (обучителни) практики за младежко предприемачество, с фокус върху социалното предприемачество;- Транснационално сътрудничество и изграждане на мрежи между ФБП и PBL Institute, насочени към проектно-базирано обучение за насърчаване на компетенциите на младежкото предприемачество.Целевата група на проекта обхвана младежи и младежки работници. Над половината от младежите бяха от неравностойно положение поради социално-икономически причини, идвaщи от региони с различен етно-религиозен състав. Разширеният състав на целевата група обхваща и представители на заинтересовани страни вкл. практикуващи неформално образование обучители, учители, представители на предприемаческата екосистема и НПО сектора. Дейностите по проекта са разделени на: 1) Подготвителна и организационна част; 2) Образователна част; 3) Разпространение и анализ на резултатите; 4) Подготовка на окончателен доклад.Методологията на работа обхвана следното: цялостна методология за ефективно и ефикасно упрaваление; обучителни методи на неформалнoто образование: активни, интерактивни и ситуационни методи за неформално обучение, допринасящи за личното развитие на участниците и социалното им включване, както и за развитието на ключовите компетенции на инструмента ""Youthpass"".В рамките на проекта бяха реализирани следните резултати: - Изграден експертен опит на 10 младежки работници в проектно-базираното обучение с акцент върху предприемачеството (21 -27.10.2017);- Развитие на предприемачески компетенции и трансверсални умения на 30 младежи от България и Литва, над 50% от които попадат в неравностойно положение поради социални и икономически условия и произхождат от отдалечени географски райони, (7-13.06.2018);- Повишен капацитет на 10 младежки работници (20 - 24 ноември 2018) от двете организации в проектно-базираното обучение, чрез прилагане на методите на неформалното образование, така както и генерирани добри практики за насърчаване на иновациите в образованието на национално и европейско равнище и подобрения на методологията на Проектно-базирано обучение /ПБO/ след обсъждане/ тестване с представители на заинтересованите страни от различни области - образование, предприемачество, бизнес, публична власт и НПО;- Разработена методология: “Проектно-базирано обучение за развитие на предприемачески умения у младите хора“ и създаден в процеса на нейното разработване примерен Учебен план;- Наръчник: Методическа книга за фасилитатори (книга, тираж 650 бр. и он-лайн версия), базирана на методологията, чиято цел е да обогати дидактическата култура по отношение на традиционното обучение в училищата, както и неформалното образование. Акцент се поставя върху предимствата на обучението по предприемачество чрез неформални методи, разкриващи корелацията между ПБО и предприемачеството;- Образователна онлайн платформа - включва както новини за изпълнението на проекта, така и анализи и статии за ПБО и предприемачество, тяхната корелация и редица видеоматериали, свързани с темата. Постигнатото въздействие и дългосрочни ефекти от проекта обхващат:- Прилагане на добрите практики, базирани на интердисциплинарен подход в проектно-базираното обучение;- Използване на методологията и учебния план;- Насърчени иновации в образованието чрез приложения на създадената по проекта иновативна обучителна методология и базираните на нея наръчник и учебен план във формалното и неформалното образование, както и на образователната платформа.- Насърчено международно сътрудничество между двете държави и международното измерение на организациите."

    "The project was developed in response to deficits common to the two countries, identified by representatives of the target groups: 1) Relatively high% of young people with secondary and lower education who are not involved in any form of education, training or employment, so called NEETs (37.5%, Bulgaria and 38% - Lithuania), defining the need for opportunities for developing entrepreneurial, social and civic competences; 2) Low levels of tolerance among young people in both countries and the need to counteract this by promoting European values - according to a report (EP, 2016) ""the lack of knowledge among young people about democratic values is a potential factor for radicalization among them""; 3) The GDP for both countries per capita is smaller than the average for Europe, respectively 50% of it for Bulgaria and 78% for Lithuania of it, which reveals the unused opportunities for entrepreneurship and imitativeness. The project aims to create an innovative and integrated methodology based on problem-based and value-based training and the implementation of digital technologies in non-formal education, as well as to develop the capacity of youth workers to apply it, to train young people and to transfer best practices among representatives of other youth-related sectors.The project's specific objectives are:1) Developing an innovative training methodology (targeted at young people at risk of marginalization), including training materials building upon the good practices of the partner organisations; 2) Skills development in young people and youth workers, including initiative and entrepreneurial competences, social and civic competences.3) Developing values in young people and youth workers by promoting a positive attitude towards the European Project and comprehending the power of shared European values4) Тransfer of good practices and the training methodology among representatives ofothers related to youth activities, sectors: formal education - school / university; social services; entrepreneurial ecosystem; informal education; The target groups of the project include: 1) Young people (15-24 years of age) from Bulgaria and Lithuania, including disadvantaged people due to different ethnic and cultural backgrounds and / or low social status, originating in remote areas; 2) Youth workers originating in remote areas of both countries; 3) Representatives of others related to youth activities, sectors: formal education - school / university; social services; entrepreneurial ecosystem; informal education.The following activities are envisaged:1) Gathering good practices and developing an innovative training methodology incl. training materials, a handbook, online-based educational platform;;2) C1 ""Training, 5 days for 20 youth workers"";3) C2 ""Blended mobility"" training, 7 days for 40 young people from Bulgaria and Lithuania;4) C3 ""Training, 5 days for 20 youth workers 5) Dissemination of results and communication.Expected results and impact:1) Created an innovative and integrated methodology building upon the good practices of the partner organisations specifically targeting young people at risk of marginalization including a handbook and an online –based educational platform;2) Held two trainings for youth workers and developed of 2 groups 20 youth workers each to apply the methodology;3) Developed skills and competences for 40 young people (ages 15-24) from Bulgaria and Lithuania, including disadvantaged young people due to (different ethnic and cultural backgrounds and / or low social status);4) Encouraged cross-sectoral interaction through transfer of the developed training methodology and good practices to minimum 40 representatives of youth relatedsectors: formal education - school / university; social services; entrepreneurial ecosystem; informal education;Expected long-term positive results:1) Encouraged social inclusion in both countries, contributing to the building of educated, open-minded, innovative, enterprising and inquisitive young European citizens;2) Promoting quality and innovative approach in youth work;3) Provision of educational resource with free access from anywhere in Europe and the world: an innovative teaching methodology for working with young people (specifically targeting young people at risk of marginalization), as well as accompanying training materials - a guide and online training platform."

    Both Europe and the world face challenges related to climate change&the Industrial Revolution 4.0.In response,EU's ambition is to build an economy that is at the same time low-carbon,circular,entrepreneurial&digital.That is related to changing the way we think - through education for safeguarding the valuable natural resources and making full use of their economic value,guaranteeing sustainable development and green growth for the generations to come.In this regard,after a number of online meetings for exchange of experience&ideas held in English,the innovative Private School“Tzar Simeon Veliki”,together with “PBL Institute”, Lithuania - with expertise in the implementation and development of project/problem-based learning,and “EcoCenter”,Hungary - linking environmental&education issues,have initiated this project entitled:Development of Eco-Entrepreneurship competences for Green and Personal Growth.The target group for the project are:on the one hand students in lower secondary school (12-15 years) and on the other:lower secondary school teachers and natural science teachers.The main objective of the project is to create an innovative methodology helping natural science teachers to form key competences among students from the upper-secondary education level related to entrepreneurship in the field of environmental education through active transnational cooperation and transfer of innovative practices.     "Recognizing the need to build new digital educational resources, skills and competences to deal with the current crisis caused by the Covid-19 virus, which has significantly accelerated the need for odernization and digital transformation in education and training systems across Europe and based on: 1) The second of the 6 priorities of the EC (2019-2024) ""Europe prepared for the digital age"" provides for ""modernization of education through digital technologies"";2) EC Communiqué (02.2020) ""Building Europe's Digital Future"", which identified ""competences"" and ""digital tools"" as tools for digital transformation;3) Digital Education Action Plan (2021-2027), outlining the EC's vision for ""high quality and affordable digital-based education in Europe"", related to: * adapting education systems to the digital age and * lessons learned from the Covid crisis -19, imposed unprecedented levels of use and need for technology in the educational and training process; 4) Recommendation of the Council of the EU of 22.05.2018 on the promotion of common values, inclusive education and the European dimension of teaching; 5) The objectives and priorities of Erasmus + (KA2) related to international cooperation between partners from different countries and increasing their capacity to meet new challenges;6) The Strategic Framework for European Cooperation in Education and Training ET2020, CSU ""Tsar Simeon Veliki, Bulgaria in partnership with Medical Vocational High School ""Dr. Jovan Kalauzi"", RN Macedonia and Problem-Based Learning Institute, Lithuania proposes a project , which will create capacity for the implementation of school education in an online environment.The target groups from the three countries (s) are: 1) Teachers in the pre-high school / high school stage in the field of natural sciences and / or STEM from the three countries, including from remote areas; 2) students aged 10-18, including disadvantaged students due to low social and economic status, originating from more economically backward, remote areas with interests in the field of STEM and / or natural sciences.The idea for this project arose during the online meeting ""Challenges for education systems in connection with the recent sudden transition to online learning in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic"" (01.10.2020) - a group of teachers and educators from the three countries found similar the three countries problems 1) Significant increase in the social vulnerability of school-age people, especially among the group of so-called ""NEETs"" in connection with the pandemic (according to data from Eurofound from 17.08.2020); 2) Relatively high% of young people belonging to ""NEETs"", (17.5%, BiH and 12.95% -Lithuania and 19.4 RN Macedonia), above the EU average, determining the need for access to quality education in pandemic conditions to address the growing risks of social vulnerability; 3) Need to develop innovative online resources with a view to quality and inclusive teaching of science and STEM and the development of specific digital competencies of teachers. The project should be conducted as an international, as it is initiated by teachers and educators from the three countries and meets the specific needs of the three countries, as well as in line with the pan-European efforts to support education systems in the country.Europe.The main goal of the project is to build capacity in teachers teaching science in junior and high school through: * development of digital pedagogical competencies and * development and implementation of innovative online resources so that they can provide high quality, motivating and inclusive digital education .Specific objectives of the project are:- Identifying and summarizing proven good practices for providing high quality, motivating and inclusive education in an online environment through cooperation and sharing of expertise between partners;- Development of innovative online resources and tools - Online based platform and widely available online resources with free access (OER)- Integration of problem-based learning in the process of providing high quality education in an online environment;- Development of a curriculum and implementation of trainings for teachers teaching natural sciences in the pro-high school and high school stage, developing the necessary digital and pedagogical competencies;- Development of online training resources with the direct participation of their users - students in high school and junior high school and receiving feedback and recommendations from them."
