The aim of this project is to help low-skilled or unqualified adults, identifying transverse skills that have acquired a long-term life span and have not validated either in their jobs or in their formal or non-formal education, and their further recognition according to the European Framework. It will be encouraged the self-knowledge, job placement or increasing European employment and mobility. The identification of these transversal competences will be done through a technological tool in web format and a mobile application, free and predictive for easy use. It will be carried out under a solid and technical design that ensures their correspondence with the European parameters and fundamentals and with the labor needs of the 21st century. This project is aligned with the Erasmus + program priorities for adult education: • Achieving high quality skills and competences: we support people to acquire and develop transversal competences, including mathematical and digital competences, to boost employment capacity, socio-educational and professional development. • Social inclusion: Through integrated and innovative approaches we will favor social inclusion, reducing the social diversity caused by training and unemployment. • Open and innovative practices in the digital age: We will develop a technological tool that can be accessible to everyone, on mobile devices and computers • Educators: Educators will be provided with the knowledge for the effective use of the tool being developed, thus updating their knowledge. • Transparency and recognition of competences and assignments: Through the framework that defines transversal competences according to the European Framework, we aim to facilitate employability and learning. We will connect the results of the project with the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System. The target group are adults with needs of training (or learning), however other stakeholders will be involved in the project:-> Adults are the main beneficiaries of this project and will be those who collaborate in the realization of each of the IOs. A minimum of 500 adults have participated during the project in the elaboration of the IO. -> A minimum of 50 educators have taken part in the development of IOs. -> For the multiplier events, more than 100 participants have participated, including adults in learning situations, educators, leaders of training organizations and political agents and other stakeholders. Main activities established as IOs have been carried out. So chronological ordering reveals the structure of the process. IO2: Creation of a technological tool in web format to be used from any computer and in mobile application format so that it can be used from the mobile of any smartphone device. IO3: Have feedback and feedback from adults and adult educators of the mobile platform and application already developed. The methodology at all times has been teamwork and distribution of tasks. It is led and supervised by the University of Valladolid and by the head of each of the IOs. This methodology has been key in dealing directly with the target group throughout the project. All partners have been responsible for their tasks and active participation in each of the IOs. The expected impact on adults has been achieved. Currently, the importance given to transversal competences from employers is similar to technical competences - if it is not greater - but there were no control or valuation parameters. This project has achieved a tool capable of assessing the level of transversal skills of a person, allowing the feedback of information so that they can improve them. In the long term, through the use of this tool, it will be possible to increase the level of skills of the adult population, and more specifically of those adults with low qualification and difficulties in accessing formal education. In the same way, it will help to reduce the existing social differences produced by the lack of access to training before.

"WOW for Youth! is a project where informal learning, and peer-to-peer learning, empowers young individuals to engage in social and democratic processes that enhance their self-esteem and hence employability. It builds on the methodology of peer learning about topics that the young target group may not be particularly excited about learning: labour regulations on national and EU level, rights and duties on the labour market, the need of tackling unemployment as well as NEETs and the young peoples own responsibility in the process. The needs to be addressed involve increased level of key competencies and skills of:- young people who are voluntarily active in youth work, - youth workers,- young people who are out of work and/or unskilled. The objectives we work towards are:- promotion of participation in democratic life and the labour market in particular,- increased sense of social inclusion and solidarity,- empowerment of the individuals and the group as a whole towards enhanced employability and youth work,- promotion of mobility and cooperation between youth from Programme and Partner countries,- raising the awareness of the EU Citizenship though peer-to-peer learning and finally- improvement of the capacities of involved organisations. The latter is a highly prioritized objective with focus on informal training in leadership and influence of youth organizations on youth policy, labour marked and national and European stakeholders (i.e. the activity ""Opinion Leader Training"").The proposed activities will include exchange of experiences and innovative approaches to learning about the national and European labour markets, as they will foster active citizenship and actively use YouthPass to document the competencies acquired through these activities."

"Context/background of the project:Migration has always been an important aspect and defining element of different cultures in the world. And still today, the world is on the move. Reasons for migration are, for example, the economic or political situation of the country of origin or destination; own safety; work and education; and family and friends. Leaving the home country can be the only option or a potential solution for a better life. In Europe, its principles and policies are challenged by increased movement of migrants, on how to share the responsibility and integrate them into the societies. In addition, Europe has become more unequal and divided, with big differences in unemployment as well as social and economic opportunities. High unemployment and unsecure futures push especially young people to try and find new opportunities in another country. Mobility is one of the core values of Europe. Therefore, new methods and tools are needed in order to get a better understanding of the root causes of migration and include migrants in the society and the labour market. Objectives:The aim of the EU-funded project Innovative inclusion/integration of young migrants and refugees into the labour market in Europe was to: •Examine what pushes and pulls young people to migrate; •Analyse the labour market inclusion or exclusion of young migrants; •Approach the cultural differences and norms in the countries’ labour market and in the social life. As an outcome, a Toolbox was created for individuals, social partners, non-profit organisations and the public sector, to guide: •WHY people are on the move and why it is important to understand the differences between the European countries in cultures, social systems and working life; •WHAT people shall consider before moving abroad, and what organisations shall know about migration and can do to get them integrated; •HOW people can get relevant information about different countries prior to migrating and how the organisations can take part in the integration process. Number and profile of participating organizations: We were six participating organizations, FIC, 3F, Dev-Aid, GEOECO-POL, Ofensiva Tinerilor and Solidar, from four countries, namely, Denmark, Romania, Albania and Belgium. The organizations are a mix of NGOs, Trade unions and Networks. Description of undertaken main activities:As mentioned, we have conducted an analysis on the push and pull factors for migration and an analysis of the inclusion/ exclusion of migrants into the labor market. These analysis’s have been made into reports, from Albania, Denmark and Romania. Further, the analysis has resulted in a Toolbox webpage, where migrants or organizations/institutions dealing with migrants can seek advice and information about migration and the needed integration. Additionally, a tv-program has been made, which raises the main issues in regard to migration and tells some personal stories of migrants from Albania and Romania, and migrants living in Denmark. Results and impact attained:There have been a strong impact on the participating partner organisations. The cooperation among us have become stronger, and will be beneficial in future projects. We have learned from each other. We have all learned about migrants realities, through our interviews with them.As an inspiration from this project the participating partneres have set up own national activities with given inspiration from this project. As an examble the Danish leading Partner FIC have initiated a national project ""Together though we are different"" based on migrants living in Denmark, which have been a direct results ant initiated by this project. Similar activitees have taken place i other partner orgaisations. Our internal and external communication have improved substaintially. If relevant, longer-term benefits: The long term benefits will for sure be the use of the digital platform, which were created in the last period of the project, and will be beneficiary not only for the partners but for other NGO´s, stakeholders and individuals."

Cyberbullying is classified as a computer crime, and despite differences among definitions the following elements have been identified as common features of cyberbullying: the use of electronic or digital means; the intention to cause harm; a sense of anonymity and lack of accountability of abusers as well as the publicity of actions. This type of bullying has recently become a large problem, especially within the youth. The EU institutions have recognized the dangers posed by cyberbullying. Cyberbullying is as a common threat to children’s well-being. According to an academic article from 2016 reviewing recent literature on cyberbullying, being the victim of bulling – both traditional and online - is associated with significant short- and long-term mental and physical health issues and academic achievement problems. Cyberbullying among young people seems to be a new form of a long-established problem and as such requires more attention and new approaches – especially with a greater and greater percentage of European countries’ young people being online regular-users. Victims of cyberbullying and other harmful actions online must be assisted to find effective ways to combat it. Likewise, youths who are perpetrators of cyberbullying or other harmful actions need to be informed about the consequences of their behaviour on the Internet. Therefore it is important to tackle cyberbullying and harmful behaviour online. Moreover, the awareness of bullying online and the sharing of good practices in this area across the EU should also be strengthened. This project wishes to address and combat the behaviour and harmful activities that European youth expose to each other online. More specifically, the focus will be to address and combat cyberbullying, and hereunder other harmful actions such as writing threats or hateful and abusive comments, non-consensual sharing of nude images/videos, and intentionally or unintentionally sharing other content that has a hurtful outcome for another person.Specifically, we will facilitate an international training activity (TA1) where a group of young people, named the frontrunners, from different countries gather to learn about cyberbullying and how to fight it. The training activity will give the youth skills and tools to fight and tackle cyberbullying. For example: how can you create campaigns against cyberbullying; how can you help victims of cyberbullying; what makes people do cyberbullying etc. After this training activity, the frontrunners will plan and coordinate a one-day national training activity (TA's) in their respective countries to reach a higher amount of youth who will fight cyberbullying. The topics of the one-day national training activities will be similar to those mentioned for the international training activity. Based on the topics and learnings of the training activities the content of the digital platform (O1), the application (O2) and the e-brochure (O3) will be concluded and executed. Besides the content on cyberbullying, the digital platform will entail a chat forum, which the frontrunners will be in charge of. The content of the digital platform will be developed in cooperation with the youth and the partner organisations, thereby ensuring that it will be at eye level with the target group. Therefore, whether the subject is challenging, difficult, fun or sensible, the content is easy to understand, share and approach. This will ensure that a wide variety of youth can be reached. Therefore, the combination of the training activities and the digital tools is an innovative way of improving young people’s motivation to participate in the fight against cyberbullying and establish good practices in this area across Europe.
