This gap is to be filled by creating a standard for the new professional role of ""Mental Health Leader"" – which is responsible for the coordination, professionalization and regularity of companies' activities in the field of mental health.<< Objectives >>The goal of the project is to create, test, implement in testing companies and promote a new professional role (function), referred to as ""Mental Health Leader"" (until 31.12.2022), operating in the fields of:•building systemic support for mental health in the organization,•coordination of activities - prevention / coping with a psychological crisis;•peer-supporting managers and employees;•promoting behaviors that help maintain good mental condition.<< Implementation >>Achieving goal will be possible by developing complementary solutions:•standard of the new role (professional profile);•description of the process of selecting (selecting) a new role;•recommendations on the implementation of the new role;•a detailed description of the development process (syllabus / training program + trainer manual);•practical tips for performing a new role (handbook);•enabling the promotion of a new role in the organization (educational and promotional materials).<< Results >>All results will be developed in close cooperation with the target group (design thinking and users experience methodology, consultation of each result), which guarantees their adequacy and increases sustainability. The immediate target group are working people who are ready to take on the role of MH Leader, as well as organizations employing them, under which the new role will be implemented. The constitution of the new role means that the project has an impact on a wider group of recipients - employees of the companies in which the Leader will operate, and organization of the business environment with which he will cooperate (NGOs, administration etc.). The project also has an overall impact on raising awareness of the importance of mental health in the workplace. The innovation of the project is to create a systemic, comprehensive solution developed in the ""ready to self-use"" formula that is extremely practical; is directly in line with the VET priorities, has a strong justification in research and market need (and is not available on the market) and whose importance was highlighted by the epidemiological crisis situation, gives the possibility of rapid implementation without the participation of external advisors; responds to the professional needs of employees and has a direct social impact - touching on a topic that is important from a professional and social point of view, which is at the forefront of the challenges facing Europe in connection with a) rapid increase in indicators regarding mental condition, b) breaking taboos around mental health; Thanks to complementary design solutions, it will be possible to achieve long-term results - creating a new professional role (ready for implementation in any organization), promoting the role of Mental Health Leader as a support tool in solving mental health problems and promoting / promoting mental health in the work environment, creating a standard for professional development and implementing a new role (educational materials) and increasing mental health awareness in companies. The project has pan-European significance, creates an easily transferable solution and fits in with VET's priorities regarding work-based and job-based learning."

It is also to adapt the tools to be used by adult education structures not only throughout the partners' countries but also throughout Europe. This project aims to design innovative and adaptable training programmes and resources for adults’ education workers and their beneficiaries. Thus, they will have the possibilty to enrich their participant’s professional path by helping them acquiring an experience abroad and developing competences that will be complementary to their educational process. The MOBILITY+ project partners are located in territories on which unemployment has an impact and where opportunities such as European mobility programs are less present. People who are far from employment must be remobilized and accompanied in basic knowledge and interpersonal competences. These prerequisites need the pursuit of actions adapted to individual situations. The target groups will mainly be workers of the adults’ education field, future participants to mobility projects and also their sending organisations. Even if some of the beneficiaries of such non-formal adults’ education projects are more autonomous than others, it seems very important to accompany them all deeply before, during and after their return from abroad to ensure that they all get the most out of their mobility experience. The MOBILITY+ project will directly involve 40 workers of the adults’ education sector and 50 participants to mobility projects, including at least 20 with fewer opportunities. The partners of the project will therefore undertake the realization of 4 intellectual productions: an ""Information and Orientation Training"" to improve the adults’ education workers’ knowledge of programs and projects of mobility. It will be the opportunity to promote a more adapted and personalized support and guidance of future mobility participants; a ""Competences Manual"" for professionals in the adult education field that can help them understand and explain the key competences to their beneficiaries. The output will be fully adapted to the adults 'education sector; a ""Path Definition"" developed in the form of a portfolio and a pedagogical video to help adult education workers establish a link between needs and expectations of their beneficiaries with the aim of obtaining a reinforcement of competences and finally a ""Valorisation Workshop"" and its guide to monitor the follow up of participants upon return of mobility projects and reinforce the benefits of international mobility for workers in adults’ education field. All four outputs will be user-friendly, consultable, downloadable and available in 4 languages (English, French, German and Estonian). The impact of our project will be on the number of adult education workers involved, trained and empowered to support future mobility participants. It will also be on the future mobility participants that will receive a personalised support in order to be well oriented and prepared to benefit from this mobility experience in terms of competences, professional and personal experience. Also, by maximizing the follow up of participants by adult education workers and the capacities of the people with fewer opportunities while undertaking a mobility experience, the desired long-term impact is for them to have more opportunities to access employment and to be socially integrated after their return. Finally, the impact will be on the degree of added-value that the development of strong active partnerships between sending organisations and their network of adult education workers will bring to the partner organisations. This will strengthen their cooperation and help in the good orientation and support of the beneficiaries of the adult education sector. education."

Specifically: - The European cooperation in education/training (ET2020) - The European social inclusion framework (2016) - Supporting the objectives of the EU Development of Skills Policy & 'Rethinking Education' (2012) initiative - Supporting EU leaders Covid Recovery Plan objectives SCRIPT also contributes to the promotion of European values, in accordance with Article 3 of the Treaty of the European Union. ""Youth unemployment is a European-wide phenomenon... and NEET rates are alarmingly high"" (Better in Europe). Criminologists have concluded that such extensive poverty and social exclusion is a ""...strong driver of offending amongst young people."" Young people (aged 18-25) have been found to be at the greatest risk of offending in European statistical analysis. Since the Covid crisis, marginalised people have been hit hardest, particularly marginalised young people. The power of using drama and creativity based learning programs to tackle social exclusion - particularly when engaging with young offenders and those risk of offending is championed by most criminologists, as an effective means to counteract their sense of isolation and exclusion. Following the impact of covid, there is a significant lack of covid suitable outreach youth work projects on a European scale. SCRIPT addresses these European needs.SCRIPT is a drama, performance and multimedia program, specifically for practitioners working with marginalized young people aged 18-25 - in particular young offenders, those at risk of offending, NEET's, those with addiction issues, and those from migrant communities.Using a European model of co-production, SCRIPT has developed, tested & embed a package of mutually reinforcing digital training & educational resources to improve the learning opportunities of socially excluded young people, suitable for delivery within post covid Europe. The SCRIPT methodology provides a bespoke approach to learning, to suit the different, complex needs specific to the individual young people participating to provide alternative pathways into further learning, education, training and employment. 605 participants have taken part in the co-production of SCRIPT across the partner countries, including 165 marginalized young people, as well as youth work practitioners, youth work organisations, delivery settings and policy makers. Activities within the SCRIPT project have included – -3 transnational project meetings in the UK, Greece, & Spain -1 online EU Multiplier Event -3 Local Multiplier Events in the UK, Greece & Romania -1 Short term learning mobility for youth workers. -1 Blended Learning Mobility for 2 marginalized young people from each partner country. - 2 Piloting phases of the SCRIPT resources, producing 6 original Pod Plays, written, recorded & performed by the marginalized young people participating. The SCRIPT Results - O1 - The SCRIPT Handbook: an innovative informal learning resource for the use of outreach youth workers, detailing a program of drama exercises and multimedia techniques, through which marginalized young people can design, create, perform and produce their own Pod Play. O2 – ME: A self evaluation toolkit for the socially excluded young people participating in O1. O3 – EQUIP: A training module for youth work practitioners, engaging with the SCRIPT target group. O4 – JOURNEY: An impact assessment guide for youth work practitioners and organisations delivering the SCRIPT program The SCRIPT results can be used as part of a set of mutually reinforcing resources, or as stand alone tools. Throughout the lifetime of SCRIPT, 3 specific groups were targeted:-Marginalized young people aged 18-25, in particular young offenders, young people at risk of offending, NEET's, those with addiction issues & young people from migrant communities (specifically the Roma community)- youth workers from a variety of youth work fields/expertise including: NEET support, addiction support, prison education, arts practitioners.- Delivery settings including: community centres, prisons, young offenders institutions, residential drug & alcohol centres, education settings. The quality & innovation of SCRIPT’s training products for outreach youth workers, not only supports new practitioners but also offers opportunities for continued professional development in this field, which can be transferred to engagement with other marginalised, socially excluded groups, in a variety of delivery settings within post covid Europe. Users of SCRIPT have also benefited from the cross-pollination of ideas across Europe, sharing experience of what works in the field of outreach youth work for 18-25 year olds, & development of training modules – improving the outreach youth work provision across Europe, now & in the future."
