The objective is to facilitate access to Erasmus mobility programmes, to remove obstacles and to strengthen the European apprenticeship community by developing the skills of the supervising entities.<< Implementation >>The activities related to SO1 focus on the pedagogical content of the game based on the PM² methodology applied to mobility, integrating recommendations and a cultural intelligent approachThe activities related to SO2 focus on the whole technical process to conceive the Serious game: design document; script design; model/test; deploymentThe activities related to SO3 aim at communication and visibility actions.The activities within SO4 are dedicated to Project Management and coordination<< Results >>•Strengthen the capacity of institutions dealing with apprentices and mobility•Improve the quality of work implementing the PM² framework of the EU•Remove obstacles to the mobility of apprentices•Improve the quality of international work with Cultural intelligence•Motivate the target audience to participate in Erasmus•Improve the impact of learning with gamification•Contribute to strengthening the European apprenticeship community

Thus the overall objective is the upskilling of non-IT-staff confronted with increasing requirements of digitalisation.<< Implementation >>Main activities will be:- the systematic analysis of the opical, educational and technological success conditions of the project- the development of learning tools and materials for cybersecurity and data privacy in the working context of smaller businesses and organisations- prototypical conduct and systematic evaluation of the course concept aligned with the tools and materials in the partner languages- conduct of courses and other exploitation activities- varied disemination activities.<< Results >>Main results will be:- reports on the topical, educational and technological backgrounds of the project- course outlines aligned with training tools and materials in different languages- the provision of such courses to a high number of learners- a framework for dissemination and further exploitation of the mentioned results.
