The partner schools belong to four European countries (Italy, Romania, Spain and Turkey) and have a various students' background. Students are between 16 and 18 years old, come from middle-class families and are not good at interacting with different life models. Belonging to different cultures and lower social classes often entails cases of marginalization. Their other peculiarity is having poor cultural interests and low self-esteem. The project initially planned to last three years, than increased by one year due to the COVID pandemic, encouraged students to grow as European citizens, discuss themes of integration, social inclusion, participation, work sharing and mobility. The project also improveed learners' linguistic and technical skills. The project involved 25 students and 6 teachers. Further support has been given by the internal technical staff. Local public authorities, companies and universities contributeed to the project. The participating students worked together on issues closely related to integration and inclusion. In particular, the following topics will has been discussed: 1. Emigration: from the history of emigration of each country students overcomed the stereotypes of modern society, becoming aware of the situation of migrants and of the opportunities that migratory flows bring. 2. Solidarity as an individual responsibility: students participated in laboratories linked to responsible consumption and solidarity-based economy. They learned some mechanisms of the world economy and gained greater awareness of the individual consumer’s responsibility. 3. Tolerance and brotherhood: the Turkish students presented the philosophy of Mevlana, the places in which he lived and discussions on the subject of tolerance has been proposed. Students overcomed at least some stereotypes about countries like the Arab world. 4. Education without borders: comparing the differences among the educational systems involved in the project we discussed the possibility of creating a European learning area, as the key to create a knowledge-based society. The topic of mobility within the ""European Higher Education Area"" has also been addressed. This information and reflections stimulated the interest in seeking study opportunities abroad. 5. Gender inequality: students analysed the statistics and compared the situation of women in their own countries. At the end they had a greater awareness of gender gaps. 6. Sport as a vehicle for integration: through the description of each country's national sport we introduced the concept of health (also for people with disabilities). Reflecting on the fact that sport addresses everyone without distinction, speaks a universal language and promotes the spread of fundamental values such as integration, merit, commitment and equality, students has been encouraged to reflect on their lifestyle and on mutual aid. The teaching team experimented innovative, flexible and inclusive teaching. The activities will be mainly based on lab experiences, role-play games, simulations, testimonies and debates. The results of these activities has benn recomposed in an organic framework and returned to the territory during a final conference and other local events, and are available in multimedia format on a dedicated website (available in English). All educational materials produced has been published as open-content (free license that explicitly allows copying and editing by others) that can be re-used to create new ""learning objects"". The achievement of the objectives allow us to re-propose this type of partnership and other forms of cultural exchange in a structured way to students and teachers. The richness of these formative experiences that put students in direct contact with other worldviews, with different social contexts and with other languages fostered the social cohesion of the whole community through the enhancement of the knowledge, skills and competences of their human capital."

Especially for young people, for whom the horrors of the two world wars are past history, who only know Europe without borders and who grew up in relative prosperity, the search for the traces of common history and identity is important. Only by becoming aware of one's own identity and recognizing common values European youth can succeed in further developing and successfully shaping the European project. That is why we have chosen a project that deals with identities in Europe. Possible project goals:Strengthening of intercultural competencePromotion of language skillsChange of perspective and awareness of one’s national and European identityDevelopment of media literacyStrengthening of self-competence through the organization of the staysDevelopment of social competence through cooperation in international teamsAwareness of European valuesPossible project result: On the basis of the following task: ""Present different identities in Europe with the help of photographs and videos and design an exhibition"", a documentation is created containing 20 photographs and audio documents, which will be selected carefully after the end of all mobilities.Possible project schedule: About 20 students from 4 countries aged 15-18 will participate. The project period is 2 years. The coordinating school is Heinrich-Böll-Gymnasium Saalfeld. Consequently, Heinrich-Böll-Gymnasium submits the project application to the national agency, the partner schools provide additional work by describing the specific content for their period as hosts. Each school organizes a stay of about 7 days. The partner schools send 6-8 different students per mobility and 2 teachers. The students are accommodated in host families. In addition to cultural activities, work on the project theme is the focus of every mobility. To do this, the hosts must select 3 locations or events on European identity in the past, the present and the future in the preparatory phase and organize the actions. This preparation is done by the students of the host country. The guests document their perspective of these places with photos and videos. At the end of each mobility, five of these perspectives should be selected. Here, similarities and differences of identities should be addressed. In addition, the students should justify their selection in an interview, which can be integrated into the exhibition with the help of the QR code. In order to carry out the actions, it is necessary to prepare the pupils for their technical and content preparation in advance of the mobilities.Project presentation:Finally, the exhibition will be presented in Klaipėda in an appropriate framework by young people from the participating countries. Subsequently, the result will be presented as a traveling exhibition from school to school."

In order to respond to these changes, education institutions also need to change themselves in a timely manner to provide their students with adequate school preparation which in turn, will build them as young professionals highly competitive on the European labor market. This requires the introduction of new pedagogical training methods as well as ICT solutions in the learning process. In order to accelerate the adaptation processes to the new realities, three schools from Bulgaria (Profesionalna gimnaziya po transport I agrarni tehnologii ""N.Y.Vapcarov""), Italy (Istituto Tecnico Industriale L. da Vinci) and the UK (Sir John Hunt Community Sports College), each experienced in the respective pedagogical field, join hands and form a partnership within which they will exchange good teaching practices in the following areas:1)Implementation of ICT in the teaching process and development of digital competences2)Application of creative learning methods3)Inclusive teaching approaches for working with students from vulnerable groups (ethnic minorities, refugees)The main objective of the project is to enhance the quality of the training offered by the three schools, complementing it with new teaching methods reflecting the contemporary socio-economic realities. In this way, the young learners will be more prepared for the real life, more competitive on the labor market and will find better professional realization after their graduation. In line with this objective are the specific objectives of the project:1) creating a more attractive and more practical learning process2) enhancing the linguistic and digital competences of teachers and students3) strengthening the profile of the teaching profession by supporting teachers to provide high quality education and adopting new teaching methods and tools4) reducing the number of early school leavers5) promoting the European cooperation in the field of education and exchange. These goals will be achieved through 12 learning teaching training events (6 for teachers and 6 for students), in which the three partner organizations will exchange pedagogical experience and good practices in the area where they have proven expertise. The learning teaching training events will be aimed at both teachers and students in order to demonstrate better and from different perspective the new pedagogical training methods. Thus, the teachers' groups will observe, discuss and exchange ideas and good practices while and those of the students will test the effectiveness of the new learning/teaching approaches in a real educational environment. The events will be held as exchanges on a rotation basis in the three countries - Bulgaria, Italy and the UK - one short-term joint staff training event and one short-term exchange of group of pupils will be held simultaneously between one sending and one host organisation. The training methods that will be used during these events will be in the form of presentations, workshops, group discussions, simulations, case-studies, etc.The main groups of participants from the 3 partner organisations who will take part in the project will be the work teams of each of the schools that will administer and manage it, 20 teachers, 30 students and 6 accompanying persons who will be involved in the planned mobilities.Upon the completion of each event, the participants in it will receive a Europass Mobility Certificate to certify the knowledge, the competences and the experience gained. The expected results from the implementation of the project are:- improved language and digital competences of the participated teachers and students to work with the new ICT in the learning process - multimedia, interactive boards, virtual labs, 3D simulations- taken steps towards implementation of the latest ICT in the learning process- adopted creative teaching methods (learning games, role-play, visual associations, design thinking) as well as those for work with students from vulnerable groups (representatives of ethnic minorities and refugees) by the participated teachers and their subsequent implementation in the teaching activities- increased interest of the students from the three participating schools to the learning process- reduction of the early drop-outs after the first year of the project in the 3 participating schools by min.10% - developed ready-to-use pedagogical materials - presentations, articles, interactive tasks, etc. - on project topics and their distribution among other schools in Europe. The exchange of good learning practices and the implementation of innovative learning approaches will contribute to the updating of the learning process in the three schools, and thus benefiting not only the direct participants, but also current and future teachers and students, thereby achieving sustainability project results."

As a result of this, students question whether it is possible to avoid social and economic exclusion through the creation of social enterprises.Likewise, our project, given its innovative and social character, and since it promotes European values, it has been positively valued by the pedagogical commission made up of all school members. Our Project provides a European added value because, along with the collaboration of 6 high schools from different European countries, it will increase the sense of belonging to an economic-political institution such as the EU producing synergies with other educational sectors such as universities and business organisations. Our objectives for this project are the following:1.To find solutions to social, cultural, or environmental issues through social entrepeneurship.2.To develop the entrepreneurial capacity of our students creating an international social Company3. Identify the role of the human factor in the social Company. 4.To know which documents are necessary for international trade and to be aware of ethical values.5.To prevent the disadvantaged social, cultural and financial groups from being deprived of their right to learn, avoiding or reducing absenteeism and dropping out of school.6.To increase the knowledge of digital competences. 7.To improve and develop the different communication competences in English.8.To make a multi-cultural community and to develop the ability for teamwork. About 2000 students of six countries will participate in our project and they will be divided into two different groups. The target students are 144 students of the business subject who are distributed in 24 international groups from six countries and who will participate in the mobilities. On the other hand, the non-target students are students who will not go to the mobilities but will participate in the project through various activities. The profile of the participants is varied: on the one hand, students who come from unfavourable socio-economic situations; students who for this reason are receiving funding for both the school canteen and for the purchase of school materials through scholarships. On the other hand, students who show a high level of interest in participating. So this European International Project favours equal opportunities for students who couldn’t take part otherwise due to socio-economic problems aggravated by the economic crisis undergone throughout the last decade. Given its relevance, it is a 2-year-project during which different types of activities will be carried out both in the mobilities and through the Etwinning and twinspace platform. These activities will be evaluated and they are logically articulated according to the Schedule;the chronology of activities goes from the generation of the idea to the final result which is the social company. The methodology used is collaborative work promoting the work with the students and through innovative tools. Our Project has two type of activities:-activities carried out in 6 countries with a total of 120, with 20 activities per country during 5 days of collaborative work.-activities during no mobilities:International student groups will carry out activities that will be uploaded to the etwinning platform and Twinspace sharing them with target and non target students. As a result of the activities, we will get project results divided into tangible or strategic, being the following the most relevant ones:-Tangible results: Brainstorming list for social companies; excel business budget sheet; list with business terms;excel profit Company sheet; Business plan;ansoff´s matrix, advertisements for products;a corporate video;product brochure;promotional advertising; podcast;organisational structure graph;webpage of the Company;job design document;video of interviews simulation etc-Strategic results:Participation of students with grants and at risk of exclusion due to absenteeism ; to reduce by 10% school dropouts;20% of target students get B2 English certificate; improving academic results.-Impact:Social Company;glossary;E social Guide and e-journal.Our project is expected to have a high impact on the educational community of each centre through the training of teachers in collaborative methodology and our desire is to include certain activities in the curriculum in years to come. The impact generated is high thanks to the use of diverse tools such as the etwinning platform, written press, radio and television and through student exhibitions and it also involves various agents such as:-the educational community including universities.-business associations.-public administration.Due to all its characteristics, we think that our project has a big potential to provide long term benefits
