You need to be attentive to the verbal, or non-verbal messages that he conveys. Certain parental statements may cause communication and relationship blockages that may put you as a parent. You ask yourself: Why is my child no longer talking to me? Why does my child turn his back and close in his room? The relationship between parent and teenager is a definitive and indestructible link, and it should be the closest and strongest possible bond between people. It is very important that the relationship between parents and children, especially those in the teenage age, is a successful one and full of understanding, respect and love. As a teenager, it is very important to keep on a straight line, ie to be careful to keep control of the behavior under so many temptations, or to know NOT to influence the negative influences of the entourage, to make mistakes that go beyond certain limits and who could cause great problems. Adolescence is, by definition, the period of life in which we learn to become autonomous. The adolescent begins to detach gradually from the family environment to the group of friends, but at the same time, he seeks that family environment, those parts that will allow him to become an adult, modeling his behavior according to parenting patterns; is a child and an adult at the same time ... and he lives this contradiction, it's not easy at all ...Communication is often blocked by the way the adolescent parent addresses it:• Moralisation - telling him what he should do, preaching him for a quarter of an hour or more about how he should have a certain behavior• Advices - Give solutions to your child without asking for it• The orders - the teenager's orders that you want to do without taking into account his opinion• Criticism - the negative assessment of the person, his attitudes or actions• Appraisal praise - evaluate the teenager in general terms• Excessive use of questions - can lead to an elusive response or the use of one word that does not clarify the problem• Labeling - Use labels to characterize the child• Threats - Command the adolescent's actions through threats, about the negative consequences that will arise• You should do ...• Deviation - distraction from the interests of the teenagerIt is good for each member to make an effort to maintain a certain balance, calmness, and show understanding and respect for other members of his family, especially parents. Parents are the ones who lead the children on the road of life, they always guide them to make the best choices in life for them, they not only figure their way, they are next, for good and hard.In this context, we come up with the proposal ""Talking to my teenager"", which aims to share the experience and practices between partner organizations in Romania, Italy and Cyprus, to create an optimal approach to communication between parents and adolescents, promoting at the same time, better cooperation and communication between partner organizations. The objectives of our project can be summarized as follows:- Teach parents to be effective mentors for their teenage children- Encourage parents to detect, understand and prevent risky behaviors (smoking, drugs, unsafe sex, effects of psychological disorders, etc.)Our project will include 5 intellectual results: a parent's educational ability questionnaire, a practical guide, educational materials, a video course, and a platform to prepare parents with adolescent children. All intellectual results will be translated into 4 languages (English, Romanian, Italian, Greek). Experts from partner organizations agreed on topics that will be in the resulting materials, namely: Developmental Psychology, with special emphasis on adolescence, parent-child interaction in adolescence, parent as coach - coaching strategies, Internet safety, education for secure relationships and positive, understanding of behaviors and personality, managing emotions, preventing risky behaviorsOur project will provide free and open tools to help parents with their teenage children, including the use of MOOC (Masive Open Courses Online)."

One main issued address in the report was that although until 2013, there were efforts being made on the part of public authorities across the European Nations in order to increase the level of health-enhancing physical activity ( HEPA), the number of people who were not enrolled in routine exercising was still lower than necessary, with 60% of them rarely engaging in sports or regular physical activities. The report also included a list of recommendations for ensuring a fast growth and sustainable ecosystem for more European citizens to be more active, more often. Since 2013 the Fitness and Wellness Industry grew at a very fast pace and the trend rapidly picked-up among all nations in the Union, but the focus was still being kept on the issue since the social-economic impact of the wellbeing of its members played such an important role. Nevertheless, since Covid 19 Pandemic began, life came to a halt for many. With fitness clubs and gyms being closed for periods of times, recommendations and restriction being made for group gatherings, quarantines, and lock-downs being imposed in the case of some Nations, sports activities and competitions being suspended, and park and stadiums being closed temporarily, many of the once-active people were found with little to no options in carrying their routine exercises. Not being able to be active brought unease and increased stress levels to an already very harmful situation. During these times, the World Health Organization raised considerable concerns regarding the public mental health and wellbeing, trying to find solutions for people to cope easier with increased levels of stress and anxiety, change of the day to day lives routines, increased depression, loneliness, and hopefully lower the usage of alcohol and substance drugs and self-destructive behaviors. With this context in mind, we bring forward our project that can come as a response for the predicament that once active people find themselves in and a solution for them to be able to continue being active once again, this time in a more creative and sustainable way. Our project's main objective is to help active people restore and reshare their exercising routine and with that their mental and physical wellbeing by introducing them into an online holistic health ecosystem that will make their journey sustainable. Reshape: Active movement through creativity is a program that defines a new frame of reference on the way people can improve their mental and physical health. provide online creative courses to be able to be active in a variety of on-hand setting ( home, at the office, outdoors) creates a new online electronic platform for active people to use regularly build a new ecosystem will stimulate their creativity and make them part of a community with similar interests, focus, and results. The main objectives of the program will be the following: Give a new alternative to active peopleDesign an ecosystem with the right courses and methodology for them to embark on in doing sports and physical activities Learning and developing creative ways to approach sports and fitnessReshaping the mind and body through creative, artistic, and mindful habits Improving their physical and mental health and their overall well being We define the main targeted groups as follows: Primary group: People that used to go to fitness clubs and gyms, dance groups, yoga, and pilates studios.Secondary group: Fitness and Yoga teachers, gymnasts, ex-athletes, who not only want to share creative ideas but who's inspiring input in the creative process will help us develop a strong, diversified, creative network. The digitalization of fitness and active lifestyle will soon become the new norm after the Covid19 Pandemic, meeting the needs and aspirations of previously active people while transferring them into an online ecosystem that has all attributes of the previous experience while adding to it: belongingness, creativity, flexibility, integration, learning and sharing aspects, basic intrinsic human needs, is the strong objective that guides us in this project. Why should this project be carried out transnationally? We intend to take this program transnationally for the reasons that follow: The problem arose after the Covid19 pandemic impacted all nations in the European Union, our program therefore can come as a solution for all the EU nations. The platform could be accessed by anyone who is interested, videos will be available in all 5 languagesthe diversity in skills, culture, and value that can be added to the program by the international partners is complementary and we view it as closing the circle of knowledge and creativity.

Relevant and updated content. Mainstreaming the topic on detection of risky behaviour will give chance for many security guards to be adequate to current pressing security issues. The online learning platform will allow continuous update of content in light of changing nature of terrorism, which will ensure that learners are always in line with recent and emerging trends in the field.3. Flexible and individualized learning. The online mode of delivery will allow for 24/7 self-directed learning process. The user will have the option to plan its own pace of acquiring knowledge and the timing for passing the different modules.4. Peer collaboration. The online training platform will have the functionality of allowing learners from different countries to communicate and exchange information, which will further foster the quality of the learning process and in long term aspect the harmonization of job requirements.5. Common framework of learning outcomes. It will offer the first set of learning outcomes on the topic of detecting risky and deceptive behaviours, which can serve as a reference point for current training provision in the field.EU-PROTECT’s impact will contribute to improving the overall quality of security services in partner countries and across Europe. The evidence base collected during and after project end will add momentum to the long-term negotiations between European decision-makers and representatives of the private security industry in establishing commonly agreed standards in training of private security staff.
