Kocani), Greece (Esperino Geniko Lykeio Grevena), Romania (Liceum General) and Spain (Grupo Sorolla Educación) have joined in. III Colonel Dionizy Czachowski Secondary School in Radom who is the coordinator of the project takes part in it for the first time. The rest of the partners have already participated in the previous editions of the program. All schools wishing to join the program have declared to implement the project related to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle. The aim of the project is to make young people aware of the risks stemming from an unhealthy lifestyle, just as much as to develop healthy attitudes among project participants and their families through a number of attractive activities conducted primarily at school, as well as outside of it, and to raise young people’s awareness of the direct correlation of a healthy lifestyle with their health. As part of our activities, we want to draw from the knowledge and experience of partner schools that have already participated in Erasmus + programs. One of the goals is to develop high language competence, both for students and teachers, which we will accomplish through a language course for teaching staff and direct contact with our partners during trips and communication with them via online platforms. Thanks to this, we will build our mutual network of contacts and exchange good experiences. Another goal of our activities will also be strengthening of IT skills through the use of various computer programs. Our project will expand knowledge and skills, develop students' creativity and make them more open to the world. Our actions will be aimed at strengthening healthy attitudes among our students and their families, and will indirectly affect other recipients of the project. By sharing knowledge on how to protect yourself against threats, even in the form of some civilization diseases (e.g. diabetes, obesity, hypertension), which are associated with poor eating habits and lack of physical activity, we may not only contribute to raising awareness of project participants, but also to their better physical and mental health. The project is directed at students aged 14 - 19 from five partner schools, teachers and the local community. Five students from each partner school and two teachers will participate in the mobility, while the entire school community, parents and representatives of the local community, will be involved in the activities of the given school. We want to achieve the planned goals throughout modules spread over two years, organizing:- a series of workshops - e.g. on health education, relaxation techniques, art therapy- theme-based lessons,- mobility - visits of partners in Poland, Romania, Greece, Northern Macedonia, Spain,- holding video conferences,- competitions , e.g. for the project logo, for a healthy daily menu, for the best composed weekly lunch box, origami or kirigami sculpture, ""Count calories""- joint development of leaflets, posters, postcards, t-shirt designs/bags with theme of the project,- a series of sport and recreation activities,- meetings with specialists: with a physiotherapist and masseur, dietician, etc.,- other events - 'Dance Day', 'Party Taste', 'Spring Picnic', 'Winter Taste', 'Live Pictures',.- promoting the results of activities on eTwinning and MobilityTool +, in the form of vlogs, films, presentations, avatars, quizzes etc. and on social media. The activities planned by us will have a very specific impact on the goals set in the project. Health-related activities, learning foreign languages and increasing digital competences correspond to the challenges of the modern world, giving the possibility of a comprehensive approach to comprehensive development. The use of a foreign language especially during everyday activities, joint conversations or trips will help break down communication barriers, giving measurable results. Our activities will also translate into acquiring better interpersonal skills and in shaping a conscious - healthy attitude and openness to the surrounding world and its requirements. Thanks to our project activities, we hope to achieve specific results that are related to the goals and priorities set. The result of the project will be the formation of an open graduate who, together with the acquired knowledge, will be able to acknowledge the world and the environment in a conscious, yet responsible manner. The activities planned by us will undoubtedly contribute to increasing health competences of the project participants, giving measurable benefits to everyone. We are convinced that the participation of everyone involved in the project will result in shaping future healthy attitudes of our students, their families and local communities."

The pressure from societies, the environment is sufficiently and increasingly deteriorating sufficiently and increasingly so that in the near future ""ecosystems with no longer have the capacity to sustain the fabric of life"". This appeal to the whole world therefore testifies to the absolute urgency of taking action. Recently, twenty years after its first report, Living Planet 2 published the grim report of a 60% decline in the population of wild species in less than forty years. For WWF, if we want to ""live in a healthier and more sustainable world, for the benefit of people and natural systems"", we must stop and reverse the decline in biodiversity; it is ambitious but achievable. We must act now and today, future generations are involved in maintaining and restoring biodiversity in the world. The ecological transition requires education. As UNICEF3 points out to the necessity of raising, this requires ""raising awareness among children and young people, but also raising their awareness of the need for action"". Youth must be able to be educated and become a full partner in achieving the 17 Global Sustainable Development Goals set in 2015 to achieve the goals by 2030.As part of a project approach and thanks to cooperative mechanisms establishing an authentic democratic life, this Erasmus+ project proposes that the student, as a future responsible citizen, can express his ideas, confront them with others, and in particular imagine how to participate in the necessary transformations of society. By referring to a certain number of values such as listening, respect for others, sharing, mutual aid, solidarity, responsibility, autonomy, cooperation and by developing a cooperative pedagogy that gives meaning to learning, this project is also fully in line with the objectives of the teaching. Mobility in each of the different countries is essential to study biodiversity on a larger scale and above all to become aware that it is an international, even global, concern. A limited number of ""ambassador"" students from his school will participate in each of the mobilities so that the group of high school students trained on site is not too large and allows exchanges and visits to the sites in complete safety. For the diffusion at different scales, all the activities carried out by the students before, during and after the mobilities will be grouped on a twinspace. All communication will be in English. The link to access the twinspace will be available from the sites of the 5 high schools (from a tab dedicated to the Erasmus project on the high school website). Local media will be involved in all partner countries (radio, television, newspapers,...)The benefits provided to participants in direct connection with the subject matter will be: - to encourage citizen engagement in the ecological transition,- to develop the practice of civic, argumentative and scientific debate,- to share and share best practices between different countries to take care of the planet. In the project approach, pupils are actors, sometimes even authors of their learning; thus, they learn to become autonomous and responsible (individually and collectively), skills that are essential in the long run to be a responsible European citizen in terms of ecology. Students engage in activities whose meaning they perceive and which renew their interest in their studies (fight against dropping out of school). The actions required to carry out the project are ways of mobilising acquired knowledge and developing new knowledge, particularly in English. The actions to be carried out must take into account economic, material, time and human constraints, which is formative for the students who may one day have the responsibility of setting up the same project. This European project makes it possible to open up to others, to other institutions, to share competences, to compare opinions...Finally, active participation in the project implies a collective life and therefore training in civic life."

God therefore wanted a new beginning. This story serves as a basis and metaphor for our planned project. In many areas our students have realized that they or the generations before them no longer deal well with our earth and environment, which in various ways now affects our students' everyday life. They have realized that these environmental problems know no borders and that they have to collaborate with other students from different countries, exchange in a common language (English) about environmental problems and their solutions in order to avert the threatening danger of Nemesis towards a more environmentally friendly way of life. Therefore, various countries of the European Union and its partner countries (in our case Italy, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Germany and Norway) meet on the Ark at five minutes to twelve, just before it is too late to save the earth. As they head towards a new beginning in a more environmentally friendly world, they will encounter various environmental problems on their journey on the Ark that they will tackle with sustainable solutions. They take these sustainable solution products with them on their Ark and distribute them to their school communities to ensure that the world they are heading for is a more environmentally friendly one. Thus, symbolically, after each visit to a ""port"" of the partner country, an object is placed on the Ark. The last port will be the joint implementation of a sustainability week involving the whole school community, other surrounding school communities and various local institutions. Our vision is that a sustainability week will in the future draw circles and be carried out in various school communities and cities of the EU."
