According to the US Media Literacy Index report, fake news inEurope are considered much more reliable where three variables predominantly occure: level of education, freedom of the media and social trust. By averaging these three elements, Italy and Portugal are in the more or less median part of the ranking, while countries such as Lithuania and Bulgaria are among the last for each category. Spain has been at the center of a recent scandal on Twitter, which has closed many accounts with Spanish ID that spread fake news and made pro-government propaganda with fake news. Denmark, on the other hand, represents an admirable example for each variable, for example reaching a score of 70 points about the usability and freedom of the media and its participation will be crucial in the implementation of the project. Precisely for this reason the main objectives of the project are:-provide the tools to counteract disinformation and the phenomenon of fake news in an active way- Development of a critical attitude towards information with low reliability- Improvement of the usability of the opportunities of the European Union, through the promotion of European information channels- More responsible use of online media by young peopleThe selected participants will be boys and girls between 20 and 30 years old, 8 from each country. For being protagonists of the digital age in which we find ourselves, it is necessary to provide them tools to manage the Internet world, especially in terms of information and community policies from which they can benefit. Specifically, the project is aimed at these young people, in particular to those who are in situations of risk of social exclusion and who therefore have fewer opportunities than their peers participate in similar experiences. These are people who for geographical, economic and / or social reasons do not have the opportunity to travel, get to know people from other countries and live enriching experiences from a personal and professional point of view. In fact, many of these young people live in remote regions and not very connected with themetropolitan centers, or find themselves in economic difficulties that do not allow them to grow and make full use of their skills, or still live unfavorable family or social conditions. Once the participants have been selected, 5 workshops dedicated to the topic of fake news will be organized: through non-formal educational activities, it will be analyzed statistics on the incidence of the phenomenon in the various countries , government policies and social initiatives put in place to combat the problem (highlighting best practices), some of the main fact-checking tools will be addressed with the participants, testing them with a final simulation. Participants will gather the materials and skills learned to develop a toolkit, as the final result of the project. This will be available for free in PDF format and will be a tool made available to every European citizen in order to learn about the best practices adopted in various European countries at a political, social and legal level to counter the phenomenon of fake news and to learn firsthand how to use fact-checking tools. At the conclusion of the workshops, it will be organized a ""Blended"" mobility at the Portuguese partner's headquarters, to give wide visibility to the project, involving the participants directly to promote the launch of the toolkit, which will take place at the end of the third transnational meeting. The expected results therefore concern an increase in awareness at community level of the problem of fake news, of their impact on civil society and of the danger they constitute to solidarity at European level. Furthermore, the collection and exchange of good practices adopted to combat fake news, starting from a study of the sources, of the functioning of the fact-checking IT tools will be useful to citizens to have concrete tools to become actively involved in the detection of fake news. Providing digital skills to citizens, giving them a collection of good practices adopted in Europe against fake news will be the main impact of the project in the long run, thanks to a free toolkit that will be always available to everyone and will ensure its sustainability even involving other countries not directly involved."

The project is articulated through the realization of 5 transnational mobilities for the exchange of good practices (4 transnational meetings and an international training activity), the development of new management strategies, the strengthening of the partnership and the creation of new relationships and collaborations establishment of European sending and hosting organizations mainly in the tourism, hotel and food and wine sectors, aiming to establish a first network that aims to share methods and procedures that represent the outputs of this project. The network will be constituted by the partner bodies of this project and organizations can be added in order to disseminate the results of the project, applying them in their operational modalities. The network will be built by sharing a MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) signed by every organization that wants to be a partner. The starting area is represented by Sardinia, where the candidate has his local headquarters, which today presents a very low number of companies involved in community projects and a strong need to improve the tourism and cultural sector which is a fundamental resource for its economy. The partners involved have detected the same problem and they too have a lot of difficulty involving companies, particularly micro and small businesses, in ERASMUS + projects. In the case of Sardinia, moreover, the Region also has a high level of youth unemployment and secondary school dropout, so opening the companies of the Region to the opportunities arising from the ERASMUS + project could be a good opportunity to do so:1) increase the level of knowledge of the ERASMUS + program;2) increase the number of Sardinian companies involved in the ERASMUS + program;3) improve the management capabilities of the sending / hosting organizations for the internship period;4) support the process of Europeanization of an island like Sardinia;5) create more and better opportunities for students and students who want to get an internship in Sardinia or who want to move abroad from Sardinia, improving their percentage of employment even at European level. To achieve these goals the purpose of the partnership is:1) identify and share the best methodologies to support companies to be involved in the ERASMUS + project;2) increase the awareness and knowledge of the ERASMUS + program to facilitate the involvement of companies and qualified organizations that will host vocational training students in Europe;3) work on sharing best practices on the management of sending / hospitality organizations that will involve VET learners in mobility projects;4) share the best practices that could have an impact also at ERASMUS + level.

According to global estimates by the World Health Organisation, ""one in five (22.1 per cent) of the adult population in conflict-affected areas has mental health problems. That baseline is about two to three times higher than the level in people in general, according to other studies"". These are very high numbers, and now, on top of the problems they already have, there are those of the pandemic. If it was already difficult to overcome their anxiety and depression, with COVID-19 these illnesses increase. All this background is linked to the priorities of recognising young people's work and their sense of initiative, since without mental stability, they will not be able to have the entrepreneurial spirit that we want to achieve, so that all refugees can be trained and have their working future among their priorities.Psychosocial problems are compounded by school dropouts, lack of integration into the labour market and social isolation, among others, but it should also be noted that they have great resources because they have managed to escape from their countries under very difficult conditions. That is why we want to emphasise that they have the initiative and the desire to learn the language, the culture and work, but we must help them to achieve this, as one of the problems they have is the lack of socialisation with the rest of the local youth. In order to help them to get good job recognition, the importance of psychosocial well-being must be emphasised. Having good education and learning activities increases self-esteem, reduces depression and improves resilience, regardless of previous adversities.Although there are several organisations and volunteers helping refugees, we would like to stress that there is no close relationship between these young people and the locals. That is why we see the need to establish a connection between them so that they can have a good relationship and so that the refugees can overcome this barrier of sociability and integration. We want to achieve the results of the priorities: intercultural dialogue, knowledge and recognition of diversity and the promotion of tolerance are key to this priority. That is why we see a great need to realise this project, as there are currently many migrants with primary needs in our environment. Thanks to the realisation of ""YOU4mi"", we will be able to help and achieve a better integration in different cities in Europe, with the intention to extend this idea to many more cities.<< Objectives >>The aim of this project is the integration of young migrants in Europe, following the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. Due to the crises that many young people live in their countries of origin (economic crises, wars, political conflicts, etc.), many of them are looking for a way out to start a better life. That is why for many years these migratory movements have been taking place in various countries around the world. We will focus on these movements in Europe. We want to facilitate the way for all these young people who arrive in a country without knowing anything, so that they can be helped by the local citizenship, thus supporting a peer-to-peer methodology. It will consist of each partner bringing together a number of refugees and a number of local young people so that they can be trained in different subjects and enriched by each other. A series of training materials will be prepared and explained by the locals to the migrants, so that they can be more autonomous and trained in different areas. It will also be a great opportunity for both groups to get to know each other and to establish friendships that will last into the future. In order to gather all these materials, a web platform will be created where both partners and young people and anyone interested can access to learn more about the project, having the material available at their fingertips. The importance of integration among young people and how some of these problems can be solved is fundamental. Newcomers are in a process of transition and often integration is complicated and they find themselves isolated, not only physically but also personally. This will be the best protection against segregation, isolation in parallel societies, otherness, lack of affiliation and, in the worst case, attraction to banditry and radicalisation.<< Implementation >>There are three sections to be highlighted: the results, the multiplier events and the training activities. The aim of all of them is to achieve intercultural understanding and socio-cultural integration between local and migrant youth. This will be achieved through the activities carried out and the methods taught.PROJECT RESULTS:For each outcome, different methods will be achieved and the following objectives will be reached:-First result ""Analysis and research"" (R1): Thanks to the research and analysis of the migration situation in each partner country, a comprehensive report on the needs in each region can be elaborated and a bridge between the core concepts and the practical integration and intercultural understanding among young people can be achieved.-Second result ""Recruitment and training of young migrants"" (R2): The target group of this result is migrants, so it will be necessary to find out their needs in order to meet the project objectives and to reach as many refugees as possible so that they can improve and broaden their training.-Third outcome ""Recruitment and training of local youth"" (R3): In this case, we will focus on the training of local youth, who must be familiar with the activities to be carried out in order to be able to explain them to the migrants later on. It is essential that they are participants who are willing to collaborate and are not prejudiced, in order to achieve good integration.Fourth result ""Migrant and local programme"" (R4): The aim is to bring together local and migrant young people so that they can exchange their experiences and empower themselves, improving their self-esteem and learning capacity, achieving this involvement among all of them.-Fifth output ""Web Platform"" (R5): In order to make participants feel more involved, although MAD for Europe is responsible for making the website, everyone will be able to contribute with their suggestions and ideas. Thanks to this platform, it will be possible to store all the activities carried out, including the network guidelines and the integration tools produced by the participants themselves.MULTIPLIER EVENTS:The aim of these events is that participants can disseminate the training learned and their testimony, so that they can reach more people and serve as something useful for the future. The impact will be very positive, and so will the empowerment they will gain from belonging to a supportive community.TRAINING ACTIVITIES:In order for the staff of each organisation to be well involved, the coordinators will organise a training course and in each transnational meeting there will always be a training part, thus being able to get a full knowledge of the situation of migrants in Europe. The aim is to present, train and achieve a common understanding of the conceptual basis and its practical implications for the project activities through common exercises and reflections. In addition, young people are also to be trained before engaging with refugees by teaching them a variety of creative and ""non-verbal"" methods and mixed group interactions.<< Results >>In order to ensure that the results are kept active and can continue to be used, MAD for Europe will keep both the web platform and the social media active, with no expiry date. This means that all the material created for the project will be publicly available for anyone interested to access and use, free of charge. It is important to note that everything will be freely accessible. This is because there will be several organisations that are in contact with the project partners and want to obtain the materials, in order to make a good dissemination of the project. In addition, we will also publish the activities related to the project that will be published later on, once the project is finished. We will encourage partners to send us messages about similar activities to be posted on the website and social media for further dissemination. But the dissemination of these results will not only be on the project's media and social networks: we also want to publish them on specific platforms related to the main topic, both on European project portals and on organisations specialised in refugees. In this way, it will be able to reach a large impact to various users. As mentioned above, you do not want to impact only the partner countries, but you want to reach more European countries, so that they are well aware of the project and can make use of it.There will be two types of activities to achieve a good dissemination: a strategy that directly targets specific target groups, and a strategy that targets a wide audience. To achieve both, the following tools will be used:1) Web platform (R5): being an open and free of charge website, it will reach many people in an easy and accessible way. At the beginning of the project, all activities and results will be published on the website. The working language will be English, although each partner will translate it into their own language to put it on the websites of their organisations. The URL address of the official website will be linked to the main search engines on the web (e.g. Google, Yahoo, etc.).2) Social networks: channels will be created on different social networks such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, being able to connect in a direct way with young people, as most of them are very active on these platforms. Attractive publications will be shared so that they can be shared by users and reach more people.3) Project Logo and Information Leaflet: each country will have to prepare a leaflet in their language and disseminate it to different organisations and institutions. It will contain the Erasmus+ logo on the homepage, the project logo, project introduction, objectives, scope, activities, website, contact email and partnership addresses.4) Publication of digital articles on different web platforms of the partners to generate local media impact.5) Audio-visual products: partners will have to take photos and videos of all their activities and publish them, thus keeping the project active.4) Press releases to achieve a wider local diffusion and also to announce the participation to the events, e.g. for multiplier events."

But these represent not only a rich and complex interwoven tapestry combining tradition, heritage, culture, skills and design but also a mirror of the diversity of European cultural identity. In most cases, the biggest endangering on these priceless cultural values is the age of people who know and practice them - usually oldsters with artistic skills, handicraft masters, but illiterate in the fields of IT and entrepreneurship (representing indispensable competences for making their crafts to survive). 3. ICT skills are, sometimes, more important than writing - in these days to know or to not know how to use a smartphone, an application for on-line shopping or a platform for on-line communication can make the difference between life and deathNot at least, EU itself face with a strong identity crisis due to an increased lack of trust even from many EU ”fans”. In this context the main goal of the project is to contribute to facilitate a bigger participation of senior artisans with strong handicraft skills but illiterate in entrepreneurship and ICT and with a high level of Euroscepticism, in educational activities aiming to improve all lacking competences they need in order to promote and give forward their arts and keep, in this way, the EU’s ”united in diversity” heritage.Specific objectives:1. enhancing the professional development of 154 adult educators by equipping them with important knowledge, improved abilities and behaviours needed to make them more flexible in adapting their educational tools to the need of a resistant and Euroscepting generation of senior artisans 2. increasing the entrepreneurial and ICT competencies at the level of 280 senior artisans and fostering European identity and awareness both at their level and at the level of at least 21 small communities they are living in - by developing and testing new, innovative and flexible (easy to adapt) training materials that use the expertise of 7 countriesThe project is developed by a partnership including 7 organisations covering the whole Europe (from North - Poland - to South - Italy and from West - Portugal to East - Romania) with different backgrounds, expertise and approaches of adult education issues, particularly with senior learners. So both the intellectual outputs and all the activities of the project will combine the skills of experts - trainers, tutors, researchers, technical staff etc. from all partners' countries, which means that a wide range of tools will be used. We will produce 3 intellectual outputs and make them public in an attractive on-line interface - we will buy a domain having the word ”artisan” in the name and the first image will be a handmade gift box with a bow. When users click the bow the box will open and 3 smaller boxes will arise, having different inscriptions: - ”Collect raw materials” for IO1 (an overall view of the ”state of art” related to senior artisans with strong handicraft skills but illiterate in entrepreneurship and ICT and a high level of Euroscepticism - in each country, common points and possible areas of transferability)- ”Create” for IO2 - an educational path to be used by professionals in adults’ education dealing with such kind of seniors- ”Admire (and buy, if you like)” for IO3 - a digital archive with stories about products, aiming to facilitate senior artisans’ educational process but also to support them in marketing their products. It will be an on-line museum of arts and crafts across Europe, from which many of them are in danger of disappearingWe will develop activities both at international and national/local levels as follows:- 5 transnational coordination meetings - local and transnational activities for developing the intellectual outputs;- 2 short-term joint staff training events, - one blended mobility for learners - local piloting activities, aimed at testing the methodologies created by the project on 140 professionals in adults' education (20 in each country) and 280 senior artisans with strong handicraft skills but illiterate in entrepreneurship and ICT and a high level of Euroscepticism (40 in each country)- one international multiplying event (RO)- 6 national multiplying events (IT, MT, UK, PL, PT, ES)
