Federico García Lorca,Grundschule an der Burg KloppFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2020-1-DE03-KA229-077421Funder Contribution: 69,263 EUR"In the present project we both intend to encourage and demand reading aid in communication, taking in and perfom information, documentation (also media-aided) examing facts and own thoughts and feelings as well as reflecting written statements of others. At the same time we want to have a close look at the pupils reading motivation. By interchanging their reading preferences, becoming aquainted with texts and customs from foreign countries (e.g. traditional fairy tales), trying out different methods of improving their personal reading skills and abilities, students learn that reading can be a pleasure. Further on, they will realize that practice, concentration, attent readiness and interest are essential for their own progress.Concerning the studens, the objectives of the project are mainly the developement of reading skills and abilities. Increasing reading motivation and to confirm reading comprehension. The students should realize that both, ability and readiness to read are important basic requirements for their own holistic development. Teachers' goals are to continue their (own) education are ""reading in class"", reflecting and evaluating their way fellow teachers from their partner schools (Italy, Greece, Spain, Germany). Thus all participants make profit from one another to improve the quality of their methods of teaching.During the project teaching examples or ideas from different partner schools are regularly contributed. They can be used for individual topics, e.g. reading methods, favourite literature fairy tales and then tried out and evaluated. At first, methods of reading practice are carried out and evaluated. The subject of fairy tales will also be handled with more comprehensiveness. In order to give pupils a framework in which they regard contents and thus make own impressions they may improve their personal reading skills in an interest-driven way. At least one fairy tale which is well known in all participating countries will be handled in terms of contents and language. So, through the interchange of typical fairy tales the children gain an insight into the culture of foreign countries.Throughout the entire project period, there is a lively interchange on various methods in order to improve reading skills so that both, teachers and pupils, will have a range of methods at their disposal. The individual methods will be handled in four phrases. 1. Theory (coming aquainted with the method) 2. Sitting in on classes (in which the respective method has already been introduced) 3. Implementation in the own class 4. Evaluation and reflection of the method by pupils and teachersIn the end, each participating school will have a wide selection of methods, addresses of cooperation partners in their home area, and concrete project opportunities. In an adapted form, they may be used to promote reading skills, reading abilities, and reading motivation. As a further result, there will be the ""fairy tale book"", which shall include traditional fairy tales from all participatin school as well as a travel diary as a result of the project mascot "" A bookworm on the road"".For the long term, participating in the project will support the development in the involved schools. Even after the conclusion of the project all teachers can have all the results of the project at their disposal, e. g. videos, photos, the method catalogne, read texts and so on. By getting to know each other cultures the children will become open minded towars cultural diversity."

Now it's high time, when the transparency in job recruitment has taken place. Challenges and competition are the part of today's society, and therefore, CAREER PLANING is the only task, which can guide us to do what we want to do in our life, rather than just aimlessly changing job all the time in future.CAREER PLANNING serves as a key to success. Pre-planning would be effective and would give him/her benefits after achieving educational targets effectively. The Internet had destroyed 500,000 jobs,in the previous 15 years but at the same time had created 1.2 million others, a net addition of 700,000, or 2.4 jobs created for every job destroyed. The growing role of big data in the economy and business will create a significant need for statisticians and data analysts; we estimate a shortfall of up to 5000,000 data scientists in a decade. The idea of the project was created on this problem statement. So at this project we aim to let the students gain the 21. First Century skills and know more about Future jobs and experience them. So after searching the literature Five Profession were decided to work on and experience. This project is based on ""Design Labs"". Our first aim is to improve their awareness about future Jobs and employment and let them create an effective Career planing. Second important aim is giving a chance to students to experience these jobs for a week by the LTT activities.1. DATA SCIENTIST - Turkey2. USER EXPERIENCE DESIGNER- GREECE3. SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCER -PORTUGAL4. SOFTWARE ENGINEER- LITHUANIA5. DRONE PILOT -SPAIN. Four students and two teachers will attend these LTT activities and after the LTT activities each participant teams will organize a meeting and they will share their experience and knowledge with the students and teachers at their schools. The similar activities that will be implemented at the LTT will be held at the school level.By the help of these activities they will learn more about the jobs and by the help of all activities they will improve their 21. Century Skills. •To improve Learning & Innovation Skills (Critical Thinking and Problem Solving, Communication and Collaboration , Creativity and Innovation.)•To improve Life & CAREER Skills (Flexibility & Adaptability, Initiative & Self-Direction , Social & Cross-Cultural Skills, Productivity & Accountability, Leadership & Responsibility)•To improve Information, Media & Technology Skills (Information, Media & ICT Literacy)At the end of the project all participant, students, teachers, parents and other educational institution have great awareness about future jobs. Outputs of the project will be shared by at the local, national and international level. Schools students guidance services will get the outputs and try to adapt their framework and these outputs will be used next years. All dissemination materials will be used at the Web Site for five years. So will try to reach more people. Students have a chance to adapt their skills to new era."

Their intellectual abilities are shaped and most innate predispositions develop (including the ability to learn). Therefore, it is the best period for educational and upbringing activities that, adapted to the child's abilities, support and stimulate their comprehensive development. The knowledge, attitudes and skills that young children acquire in the younger grades of primary school pay off in their school education (e.g. in the form of better academic performance, as well as better social and professional functioning in adult life).Having it in mind and responding to the 2006 and 2018 European Parliament and Council Recommendation on key competences in the Long Long Life Learning process, we want to develop the selected key competences and strengthen students' skills to enable them to achieve educational success, and in the future- life and professional success. Through the project activities we want to help students to adapt to dynamic civilization and social changes taking place in the modern world. This will be favored by local ACTIONS and educational activities and situations which are planned for 6 LTTA. They will cover various areas of students' interests and topics expanding the core school curriculum and include:- gaining new experience and skills involving mind and hands by the participants- realizing the purpose of learning and the value / usefulness of what is being studied- basing on participants' potential, commitment and independence- accurate selection of the content of tasks, methods, forms of work as well as techno-didactic means and materials- helping project participants to develop according to their individual capabilities- preparing them to function in society, to use national heritage and cultural goods- equipping with useful skills and general knowledge (including e.g. knowing oneself, one's predispositions, emotions, dealing with various situations, establishing relationships, acquiring and using information, cooperation in a group, and solving problems). As a RESULT, participants will strengthen:- effective communication- understanding in English-creativity-logical thinking-emotional intelligence- constructive problem solving-teamwork- consciously managing the process of own development- the ability to consciously and purposefully plan, set goals (educational and life), constructive planning of activities that allow the achievement of intended goalsProject results will be made public through the eTwinning platform, EPRP, project website, social media and traditional communication channels. Material results (brochure, guide, SS products, and others) will be used as teaching aids and included in school resources.Goal assessment tools:- quantitative indicators- preliminary / final surveys- feedback documents- assessment documents- direct observation-interviewsTARGET GROUP consists of 180 students of partner schools aged 7-12, including 120 participants of mobility and minimum 50 students of each school participating in project-related local activities (workshops, cultural events, lessons incorporating project issues). Participants will be assisted directly and indirectly by teachers (60), school administrations (30 people), student families (about 600 people), community and local authorities participating in cultural events. The methodology of activities will include a number of activating and problem methods that develop the ability to think critically - quizzes, crosswords, puzzles, rebuses, brainstorming, City Quest as well as expression and impression methods focused on emotions and experiences (drama, simulation method, didactic games). Graphic recording methods will be used, e.g. poster, snowball, association map to teach participants to make decisions independently. Exercise improvement tasks will also be included in the program. Participants will acquire knowledge during many workshop activities. They acquire a lot of new knowledge and learn a lot of new activities. By working and having fun in an international group, they will break down language and communication barriers and improve cooperation skills.Cultural diversity and diversity of the tradition of Europe considered to be a community of contrasts and opposites, isalso a feature of our partnership bringing together schools of various sizes, numbers, profile, location and experience in implementing European education projects. Thanks to the project, we can learn a lot from each other and jointly build a sense of unity among our students. To teach them mutual understanding by referring to common historical and cultural roots of our countries and based on mutual dialogue and respect; build and broaden the sense of common identity, promote cultural diversity (unity in diversity), develop the cultural expression of students (Lisbon Strategy) and strengthen skills that fit into the ideas of LL Learning.

The title is a pun, in which the word EURO stands out, and refers to the fact that it is a European project, the nEURO unit in turn forms the word neuro, referring to the study of neuroscience as a fundamental part in development and child learning, where multiple intelligences play a fundamental role. Lastly, the word nesting refers to the theme of birds and the environment and 3.0 to the use of new technologies. With this project, we intend to incorporate our specific knowledge of the birds from our environments and countries, of the migratory movements to other parts of Europe and to be aware of their importance and of the environmental impact of the danger of extinction of some species. We believe that a project, undertaken with other European schools with the same needs, helps to strengthen and promote experiences and knowledge in a more effective, positive way.The range of activities will be carried out using active methodologies and will be extended via different multiple intelligences working on different aspects of the topic in a more specific, scientific, linguistic, naturalistic, mathematical, intra and interpersonal, musical, spatial and kinesthetic way.The objectives we intend to achieve, with the consequent European added value, and which refer to the needs of the centers, are reflected below:-Share with other European schools active methodologies-Get to know other European school realities-Increase awareness of the importance of environmental care for the conservation of species-Develop students’ interest and curiosity in the world of birds-Know and compare how students from other countries work on the same content-Give opportunities to children to communicate with other children through eTwinning, video conferences, e-mail, and face-to-face in meetings through the planned mobilities using English as a vehicular language-Provide a real context in which students can learn about other countries and cultures within Europe-Use the international dimension to provide added value for students and teachers-Provide a real context to develop innovative use of new technologies for communication between schools-Promote teachers’ professional development through international cooperation by sharing good practices and acquiring new approaches and thus enriching our curriculum-Enrich each other through peer training-Facilitate the acquisition of key skills and social skills-Offer more complete and real learning by applying activities that develop multiple intelligences in the classroom-Promote educational innovation by implementing the use of active methodologies in the centersWe want to be a school open to Europe, to learn and integrate in the day to day of our school those relevant European aspects and new practices that are done in other schools. The project is divided into 7 sections. Each section will work on one or more multiple intelligences:SECTION I “NESTING ON RELATIONSHIPS” based on Intra and inter personal intelligenceS II ""NESTING ON LETTERS"" based on Linguistic intelligence S III “NESTING ON NUMBERS” based on Mathematic intelligenceS IV “NESTING ON MOVEMENT” based on Kinesthetic intelligenceS V “NESTING ON ARTS” based on Musical and Visual-Spatial intelligenceS VI ""NESTING ON NATURE"" based on Naturalistic intelligenceS VII “NESTING ON EUROPE” based on all of the intelligencesThe results and products of the seven sections will be:-Project logo, Video presentation of each school and its environment-Filming of an advertisement about the importance of caring for the environment to protect birds- Bird calendar with environmental care standards-Training sessions with different experts on birds and active methodologies-Multilingual Dictionary with the name of the birds in the different languages of the project countries with their origin in Latin-Digital prototype with photos and information of the surrounding birds-Euro-Booklet of poems, riddles and fables about the birds in each country.-Exhibition and compilation of material about birds in the school Erasmus corner-Comparative graphs (bird size, speed, weight, wings opening ...)-Map with the routes of the migratory movement of birds- “Talking walls”: Art exhibition: painting with feathers, symmetry, feeders and bird houses ...- Innovative approaches and active methodologies workstations- More modern, dynamic, committed and ready environment to integrate good practices and new methods in the daily activities of the centers- Greater capacity and professionalism to work at European level"
