    """Partnership for Innovative Entrepreneurial Education"" was a common initiative of Armavir Development Center (ADC), Project Spirit (PS), EuroDemos Youth Mobility (EDYM-NGO) and Research-Intellectual Club “Dialogue of Generations” (RICDOG) NGOs. All consortium organizations had a common challenge-employment, which was identified from consulting with their target groups. They all enhanced their capacities to mentor young people to find jobs, start their own business, self-actualize and self-develop.The aim of this project was to build capacities of consortium organizations in promoting innovative entrepreneurial education in youth work for benefit of young people's personal development in entrepreneurship and employability. The specific objectives of the project were:1. To develop an innovative manual in English and native languages of participant countries for youth workers to foster personal development of young people using mentoring as a tool for promoting entrepreneurship and employability.2. To facilitate cooperation, sharing of best expertise and using of the innovative manual among consortium organizations for innovative youth work in sharing entrepreneurial attitude among their target groups.3. To promote the open access to educational materials, documents and media on entrepreneurship and mentoring that are useful for learning, teaching, training. 4. To empower youth workers to act as mentors providing young people with entrepreneurial competences.The project will laid a foundation for elaborating and implementing an innovative approach of youth work in promoting practical entrepreneurial experiences using mentoring as a main tool. It created mentors' groups in the consortium organizations, who provide personal development plan for education, entrepreneurship and employability for the target groups of participant organizations.The materials produced beyond the project useful for learning, teaching, training and youth work are available to the public, in digital form, freely accessible on the Internet under open licences, with possible limits linked to relevance, privacy and respect for intellectual property in an open online portal.The innovative solution in the portal is the online database of public, private and businesses involved in social entrepreneurship, technical education and training.We included other youth workers/leaders, institutions in different activities of the project, like mapping, information sessions, training course, job-shadowing and conference. This multiplied the scope of project outputs in terms of awareness raising and project perspectives."

    "Inclusive Youth Work project with Erasmus Plus Key Action 2 program under Strategic Partnerships for youth is the initiative of 4 organisations from 4 different countries to join forces for one main objective of building capacities of participating organisations in improving and innovating inclusion of youngsters with disabilities through fostering specific competences among youth workers of benefit to young people’s active participation in society and youth work. The Project Objectives are the following: 1. To empower youth workers by providing methodology and trainings in topic of inclusive youth work. 3. Creation and development of training module about inclusive youth work in 5 languages based on current best experiences of the partner organisations reflecting country reality 4. To rise awareness about social inclusion and youth with a disabilities and establish new approaches of youth work by integrating social work, non-formal learning and youth work 5. Creating international social network of inclusive youth workers to support their everyday work. In order to reach above mention goal and objectives, it is anticipated to conduct following activities: Local activities in national working group to settle the ground for initial planning and assessing current needs, expectations and fears to be discussed during the 1st Transnational project meeting. 1st transnational project meeting with an aim to coordinate the project activities and create the most effective grounds for most effective cooperation. Then study visit will be followed with an aim to share and learn the example of Armenian reality of cooperation of different youth centers and projects that foster inclusive youth work without financial support of municipality or government. 5-day seminar in Slovenia aims to create training module ""Inclusive youth work"" based on partners’ experiences, study visits and involved specialists. Online meetings aimed to form and design training module will be done in order to finalize the first version. 5 days (+2travel days) training course ""Inclusive youth workers” will be conducted for youth workers who are working in youth center/projects to develop their competences and knowledge for including youngsters with and without disabilities to their everyday youth work in centers/projects. Training course and its online continuous learning activities aim to build capacities of organisation through enhancing the competences of their youth workers. Practice period is an essential part of manual development process for adopting it to local reality, testing created manuals and at the same time supporting young people directly. Final transnational meeting will be gathered for evaluation process, finalizing the module after the gained feedback/practice, sharing of the results and discussing follow-up dissemination strategies. In order reach as wide audience as possible, project results will be shared with youth workers, state institutions, universities, schools, NGO workers, social workers, NGO leaders as an important added value for the project."

    The aim of the project is to help young people who have fewer opportunities to find jobs on the local labor market to get access to the international labor market using the means of Internet and modern informational technologies. Our final beneficiaries are the young people coming from non-capital, small cities, rural, distant areas – those, who do not have much choices to find appropriate career opportunities locally. Our target groups – those who will be directly positively affected by the project actions – are the youth workers and non-governmental organisations from EU and Eastern Partnership countries.Objectives:- to learn about global job opportunities (including their future tendencies) for young people and scope of skills they require;- to share experience in training and support of young people aimed at their personal and professional development;- to share experience in development and usage of online youth services;- to develop, test and launch an online course for young people aimed at their development and helping them to find their places on the online job market;- to train international group of youth workers to become coaches and mentors for young people in their self-realization and future career; - to support organisations working with young people and provide them with the innovative tools aimed at youth development;- to promote international cooperation and capacity building in the field of youth work;- promote transnational non-formal learning mobility and exchange of experiences between Programme and Partner Countries.The main project activities are:1) Study visit to Hungary. Sharing experience between partners; learn about the experience of Hungarian partner in training and support of young people and development and usage of online youth services. 2) Research on the online job opportunities (including their future tendencies) for young people and scope of skills they require. 3) Working meeting in Ukraine: summarizing the research results, to planing future activities and spliting tasks. 4) Developing online course for young people using the capacities of one of the open online education platforms. Course will cover the following issues: how to find job online; online entrepreneurship; online education; how to work online: which skills are required.5) Training course for youth workers: coaching and mentoring of young people in their career building on the online job market. 6) Test launching the course: local activities of the partners.7) Finalising the online course, launching the open access, dissemination of the project results. Evaluation.4 partner organisations (from Ukraine, Hungary, Armenia and Romania) will develop the course. 4 other partner organisations (from Italy, Georgia, Macedonia and Poland) will join the project on the stage of training course and further.The Duration of the project is 16 month.
