The project intertwines artistic expression with technological tools in a path that makes cinema and animation incisive means of communication and at the same time means for personal development. From the analysis of the context of the single schools it emerged that all the involved institutions have as their priority objective the complete development of the person. The theme of the project can help this development in various ways, stimulating creativity, the ability to collaborate, entrepreneurship, the ability to communicate, the ability to express ourselves. No less important is the fact that the theme of the project offers the possibility of including everyone, even students with learning methods different from the mass, thanks to activities and means capable of enhancing their abilities and facilitating their participation. Another objective that emerged from the mediation between partners before drafting the project is the will to teach pupils to use ICT in a conscious and creative way, understanding at the same time their potential and risks. There are six project partners from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Turkey, Greece and Romania. The schools have been chosen for their interest in the topic, for the skills of the involved teachers and for the characteristics of the nations that offer interesting ideas for the project. During the two years all the partners, teachers and students, both those who will take part in the mobility and those who will work in the project in their school, will follow a process that will lead them to learn the techniques to make cinematographic products (spot, video tutorials, animations , movie) and to reflect on the elements connected to this objective. Starting from the knowledge of the history of cinematographic animation and retracing the most significant periods, they will learn to search and capture images suitable for background, curate the scenography, record a personal soundtrack or choose music without copyright, create tutorials, spot, movie planning every single moment and learning to have ""new eyes"" and to analyze different points of view. The used methodologies will mainly be those of the Learning by doing, the Flipped classroom, the Debate, the Cooperative Learning. All the work of the project will be carried out in collaboration and continuous communication with the partners through the eTwinning platform that will offer a virtual space to the project, its TwinSpace. The TwinSpace will also be the ideal space for discussions and brainstorming, voting, shared choices, collaborative writing. For this the partners will use Forums, chats, eTwinning Live videoconferences and all the tools that eTwinning can make available. The tutoring work between partner students will also be significant. The students who will participate in the mobility and workshops that will be organized during the LearningTeaching Training activities (workshops to learn how to make the required products) will create tutorials for peer partners that, while remaining at home, can learn through their tutoring. eTwinning will also provide the opportunity to live the workshops organized during the LearningTeaching Training activities live so that all the partners can keep up to date and follow the work of the workshops live. A rich series of activities will complete the design process: the creation of collaborative writings for the animations to be implemented, exchanges of skills and materials, discussions on forums, live debates, production of collaborative materials, videoconferences. The collaboration will be guaranteed not only by teachers but also by the eTwinning platform and the numerous web tools that will be proposed and then used. Particular attention will be given to inclusion also thanks to the contribution of specialists present among the partners. The richness and diversity of the skills of the partner teachers and the proposals coming from the territories of the schools will enrich the project with visits to cinema museums and workshops also outdoors. The didactics will explore all aspects and techniques starting from the historical foundations, the traditional animation tools and techniques, passing through the newest digital techniques, up to the most modern softwares for graphics.Upon completion of the project, a valid action of verification and evaluation of the project action will be planned and carried out. The dissemination will be widespread and will be guaranteed by the project website, the eTwinning platform, the events to which entire communities will be invited, by the press that will be called to inform, by social networks in particular Facebook and Twitter. The project will offer pupils great skills that can be spent in a working future."
