The intention of the Project with the countries involved (TR, PL, BG, RO ) is to promote students’ awareness of a healthier lifestyle regarding eating habits and sports activities. They also learn how to develop and market an economic product.Nowadays (young) people all across Europe eat a lot of fast food and lead sedentary lives due to overuse of technological devices, thus becoming unfit, more obese, and with an increasing tendency to become ill. It’s a main objective of the project to foster nourishment information and healthy tasty dishes for young people in every partner school so that each can benefit from the experience during the project and afterwards and school canteens can change their menus according to the project results. Starting from the students favorite dishes the students, after analyzing the nutrition facts, develop healthy tasty alternatives based on their shared national favorites. Those new creations they photograph, describe and present in an infobook from teenagers for teenagers and on the internet. In combination with the meals the students develop an international fitness-circle based on the favorite sports/fitness exercises of the participating countries and students. The newly created exercises and their presentation in photos and descriptions created by their age group (book) and on the web shall get students interested in starting exercising. Web presentation is crucial, for the computer is the students favorite free time activity. Here they shall be picked up and be coaxed into sportivity.Development of foreign languages and ICT tools, private-public partnership with NGOs and other private establishments, involving all group of participants which are experienced in the field of the project and also unexperienced, disadvantaged, social excluded, creating a so far singular product (infobook for healthier life for students) and creating marketing strategies selling the book for real (design, fair) are the strategy of our project. There are 4 schools from 4 different countries and there will be 64 mobilities of teachers and 64 mobilities for students + 16 accompanying teachers; in February 2015 in Bulgaria and in February 2016 in Romania it will be hold Learning/Teaching/Training Activities for 5 day with the participate of the 8 pupils from every school. The key objectives, expected results and impact of the project are -to improve the knowledge about healthy nourishment and physical activities in daily routine of students in ten European partner schools, -to enhance the students understanding for and liking of healthy food alternatives and sport activities. - to enable the students to develop an economic product (info book) and to merchandise it.- to increase the students’ awareness of the connection between bad eating habits, lack of exercise and health these topics will be addressed by teachers in biology, nutrition and physical education lessons. Here also the topic of obesity will be addressed. - to make the general school public aware of the necessity of healthy nourishment the ongoing process, recipes and health tips will be made available for everybody on internet platforms and social networks. - The school canteens will change their menus according to the results of the project and plan special days with dishes of the partner schools. -By setting up an international fitness circle we try to make the students aware of the connection between health and exercise and the necessity of including sports activities in their daily lives. - By introducing widely unknown special national sports activities from the partner countries we try to overcome the lack of enthusiasm for including exercises in their daily lives. - By combining the national sports activities a sport circle is created which able to deliver full body workout for eager students. The circle is set up in such a way that single exercises can be taken out for a five minutes exercise thus doable for everyone in a short break. - marketing, sponsoring, sale = intro in business worldWe are four partner in this project and we will include 700 students 40 teachers families and some other establishments.Every school has common tasks and some specific tasks to follow on. We ill have four project meeting during two years. There are different sub-topics for every meeting. Schools will do the definite activities for their whole pupils and choose some of the pupils to participate at meeting of the project. During this time SEN students will also be included in the activities. In the meeting time the schedule will be applied. After the meeting dissemination activities will be done. In the beginning of the project start activities will be done by every partner. At the end of the project end activities will be held and project will be completed. << Background >>The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are 17 goals defined by the United Nations to tackle the world's biggest problems by 2030. The goals derive from the United Nations’ international agreements on processing towards explicit sustainability in 2030. They are unique in that they call for action from all countries; poor, rich and middle-income alike to promote prosperity, all the while protecting the planet. The goals form a useful lens through which to look at the most pressing global issues. Hundreds of millions of people don't have enough food to eat; women still earn less than men and have fewer rights; plant and animal species are rapidly vanishing; and the gap between rich and poor is getting wider.More than 40% of the global population are between the ages of ten and 24 – the largest youth population ever. To solve the world's problems, the next generation needs to know what those problems are. A good way to ensure this is to teach them about the SDGs.Studying the goals is part of a broader, international approach to learning. This will improve their academic skills, helps learners’ mental and moral development and motivate them. It also helps students find jobs when they leave school. For schools, there's a positive influence on their ethos and relationship with the local community. The project unfolds the United Nations’ sustainable development goals through students, 14– 18 years old, and their participation in a cross-cultural and cross-educational context. The project will focus on developing the needed tools and methods in order for children and teachers from different countries and educational and cultural environments to work together (co-creative) on global topics related to the sustainable development goals. Participants from each project country (children and teachers) will work in close cooperation among them and with the project partners (cross-border learning) on SDGs, to identify different ways of tackling and/or solving the same problem regarding the sustainable development of the world. The UN 17 Sustainable Development Goals are about problems in the world – not about problems in one country. It is about problems that can only be solved in the cooperation among countries. Therefore, it is important that the work centered around the SDGs in schools is taking place transnationally. The project will be implemented by 5 partners organizations from 4 EU countries, which respond to the exigency of creating a unitary approach & common operating procedures in promoting & raising awareness on SDGs and cross-border cooperation/co-creation:1.SOSU OSTJYLLAND (Denmark)2.C.M. SKOUIDI & SIA E.E. “p-consulting” (Greece)3.PRIVATE SCHOOL THEMISTOKLIS S.A (Greece)4.Fundatia Ecologica Green (Romania)5.Giovani Valdarno Società cooperativa sociale (Italy)The project will meet the needs of the partnership through the development of innovative tools & results, that can be useful to support children (14– 18 years old) and their teachers on working cross-border with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and exchange of ideas on developing a project that contributes in succeeding with 17 SDG. Working together with students from different educational and cultural environments on the 17 SDGs is innovative and will meet the needs of the partners to learn through each other.<< Objectives >>The project is aiming to:•Raise the awareness among children 14–18 years old about the 17 goals for Sustainable Development;•Provide to teachers and students in primary/upper secondary schools the knowledge, skills, attitudes and values necessary to address sustainable development challenges;•Promote the benefits and challenges of using the Sustainable Development Goals with learners in schools;•Promote transnational cooperation between young people regarding the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals;•Develop intercultural competencies between teachers and students in primary/upper secondary schools from different countries;•Built co-operation between pupils regarding sustainable development;•Identify different ways of tackling or solving the same problem referring to the Sustainable Development Goals.•Improvement of language competencies through communication about the relevant and meaningful topic with young people from other countriesThe objectives of the project are to:•Train the children 14–18 years old to work together on innovative solutions/practices/methods regarding how we succeed in the areas targeted by 17 goals;•Train and develop intercultural competencies among children 14–18 years old and their teachers;•Stimulate and train their competencies in speaking and writing English among children 14–18 years old;•Stimulate the children’s understanding, that “we” cross border share the challenges and share the responsibility to solve the challenges reflected in the 17 goals;•Develop the teacher's competencies to bring their pupils and students into trans-border cooperation when it comes to learning and the achievement of 1 to 5 in the most pedagogical and didactical profitable way;•Be inspired by the different countries works with the SDGs<< Implementation >>For the purpose of monitoring the project implementation, the activities which are going to be implemented are:•regular online & face-to-face partner meetings (TPs). "The project entitled ""Exchange of good practices for excellence"" is about simulation, exchange of good practices and quality in healthcare education. The project aims at increasing the quality of the training provided by the partner institutions through a series of activities run at local and transnational level, putting together expertise and good practices and valorising the results from previous Erasmus + projects. The partnership in this project is made up of 5 VET schools in the field of Healthcare, coming from different cultures and with different models of caring for people, Romania, Turkey, Spain, Denmark and Portugal, eager to put in common expertise and resources to create a Compendium of good practices in HC education and to further work in simulation offering a new tool to help teachers work with simulation, that is a Train the trainer Manual in simulation. The latter one, together with other 3 resources , a Handbook on how to implement simulation in any HC college, a Guide on how media can enhance and document simulation and a Guidelines on how to write good scenarios, materials created in the Erasmus + project entitled E-(m)PACT will be disseminated in other schools, to determine the mainstreaming of the simulation method in HC education.Simulation in HC education is essential for developing practical skills, but also empathy, awareness raising about the responsabilities and attitudinal competences towards the patient but mostly because it offers a work based learning experience in a safe environment for the students. Simulation, as understood by the members of the partnership is destined to determine self reflection, critical thinking and non judgemental behaviour. 4 out of 5 partners in this project created the starter package for simulation and wanted to take it to the next step and design a manual for training other teachers. Meanwhile simulations will be run in the partner institutions, involving more students and teachers in creating scenarios, running simulations and debriefing. As added value, there is a new partner in the project to start working with simulation helped by the materials created in E-(m)PACT, testing thus the material. In order to ensure the proper transfer of innovation, the method of twinning will be used. The project tangible results will be developed through a series of local and transnational activities involving teachers and students : 3 short term joint staff training events and 2 blended mobilities. During the 3 joint short term staff training events 4 teachers from the partner institutions will develop their personal and professional competences, will create the trainer's Manual, will identify examples of good practices from their activities/previous projects worth to be disseminated to other institutions and will create a Compendium. The partner chose to involve students during the project because they are the main beneficiaries of the simulation method. Four students from each partner country will take part in two blended mobilities aiming at improving their personal and professional competences, doing simulations in a multicultural context, working in teams with students from other countries, taking part in a skill contest and making a video to show how simulation is integrated in their learning. At institutional level, the project will strengthen the cooperation between the partner institutions. The project will have an impact not only on the direct participants and their institutions, but also on other institutions , at local and national level, offering a tool for teachers to multiply the method of simulation in other schools, but also by offering inspiration to do better and different."

EduApp project is about joining forces and expertise to create the framework and resources for digital education and communication in the partner institutions, as an answer to the challenges of the 2020 pandemics. No matter which country we come from, during the pandemics, when the education moved to online, we faced the same challenges: insufficient degree of digitalisation in our institutions- in terms of teachers' digital skills, but also expertise in organising e-learning or blended learning, equippment shortage or insufficient digital learning resources, too many channels used for communication and not enough expertise in shifting from traditional classes to online. Our project proposes a solution for the above mentioned needs and challenges, with long term benefits, and effects, consisting in digital resources, a training program for teachers on how to develop digital resources and an application for mobile devices for each partner school. It is a partnership between 5 institutions, FEG, from Romania, SOSU Ostjylland from Denmark, Stichting Landstede from Netherlands, Instituto Politecnico de Santarem, Portugal and IES El Rincon from Spain who will create a set of tools that would built digital education readiness and will reduce the impact of the crisis in the VET field. The partner schools have expertise in healthcare education at different levels , in using ITC in education and two of the partners, in programming applications. The objectives of the project are:1.To increase the access to digital learning resources for all students by creating a collection of video courses, tutorials and other resources used in teaching, learning and evaluation, that will be available online and offline.2. To develop the digital pedagogical competences of 16 teachers from the partner schools who will be trained into the e-learning and blended learning pedagogy and into creating video courses, tutorials and other educational resources specific to their subjects and who will peer train other colleagues. 3. To facilitate and increase the communication between school, students and teachers by developing an application, EduApp, free and open source, customised for each partner school. The main expected results of the project are:1. EduApp -an all-in one application for desktop and mobile devices aiming at facilitating communication between school, teachers and students, with a notification pushing system, links to courses, activities and other resources available in the institution and a Guidelines on how to set up and use the application EduApp, including tutorials for teachers, students and staff members 2. A collection of digital learning materials containing 30 video courses transposing the content into audio-video materials, 15 tutorials for practical training ,15 evaluation resources and other materials, to be used in online, blended and distance training and a teachers’ Guide on how to create effective digital learning resources 3. EduPlatform- a Moodle based platform containing all the resources created during the project and a State-of-the Art Report based on the results of the needs analysis carried in the partner institutions.Besides these tangible results, we expect the project to contribute to the following: the schools' readiness to incorporate blended learning and e-learning, increased communication by using their own application EduApp, customised after their needs, increased access for the students and the teachers to online and offline digital learning resources. the schools' increased capacity in running EU funded projects and all the good practices captured and transferred in the partner institutions. Another important results is the fact that some of our schools are, for the first time, developers of multi media content for their training program, fact that will lead to an extension of the ITC use in VET education.EduApp project will involve over 46 teachers, 300 students, 6 managers, 6 technicians and administrative staff in developing, testing and revising the project final products. The project includes, besides management activites (local and overall management, 4 transnational project meetings, monitoring and evaluation) and dissemination activities ( local ongoing publicity, 5 multiplier events and a final conference), 3 Short Term Joint Staff Training Events, during which 16 staff members will be trained into e-learning and blended learning pedagogy, in how to create digital learning resources (DLR), will share good practices and work together to elaborate the Intellectual Outputs, which is another activity in the project plan. The technicians involved in the activities will develop, test and adjust EduApp a strong tool that would facilitate and increase the intra, inter and external communication in the school. The project will produce and make available all the necessary resources so that it could be multiplied and serve as inspiration for other teachers and schools.
