<< Objectives >>By the end of this project we want to have a successful STEAM platform launched that will include a range of activities in a video format. These videos will be tutorial demonstrations that initiate with a problem, that young people have to solve through using their skills in STEAM and the resources provided to them. We want this platform to act as replication model for other organisations to use for their own activities, we hope for a wider effect throughout Europe as many young people benefit.<< Implementation >>- An engagement process between the two partners which will include extensive work on content creation so that both partners can share their skills and input on what activities should be undertaken in the tutorial videos. - An exchange take place in Cyprus where recording of these videos will take place.- The launch of a STEAM platform online, this will coincide with an in-person event broadcasted live through a webinar. - A dissemination and evaluation report which be publicised.<< Results >>- Instill a resilience in young people, and improving their STEAM skills and competencies by overcoming problems using the skills they learn during this project. - Impact many organisations around Europe as they adopt our STEAM platform model for replication in their own organisation. - Create a positive atmosphere for STEAM learning and helping young people love STEAM activities so that one day, they will hopefully progress to third-level education in STEAM and complete a third-level degree.
