We will work with them on the importance of diversity, of knowing and respecting different cultures in order to achieve a more inclusive, respectful and egalitarian society. We will address creativity, knowledge of foreign languages and entrepreneurship among other skills and values.<< Implementation >>The activities we will carry out will be:•Development of a ""Methodological Guide of Theatre Techniques for Young People"" that will serve as a reference to intervene in the theatre workshops that we will carry out in the following activities.•Two transnational activities in Romania and Spain that will consist of the development of Theatre Workshops for local youth through which interculturality and creativity will be worked on. They will include a final performance.<< Results >>With this project we hope to:•Create an intercultural dialogue and make young people reflect on diversity and inclusion.•Systematise the process of designing and creating theatrical workshops for young people and collect the good practices that are carried out in existing workshops.•To bring theatre closer to young people and promote its use as an educational tool.•To develop the creative capacities of the participants.•To work on education in values through theatre."

We focus on building local partnerships with cultural institutions, district councils, NGOs, schools and local government by combining artistic and handicraft activities with social activation.Main objective: Activation of the local community through artistic-handicraft activities and development of intercultural competences.<< Implementation >>The project will consist of 2 blocks which will be filled with international and local activities based on the working method proposed by the Polish side ""socially engaged handicrafts"".- 2 cycles of local arts and crafts workshops for the local community in each country. In Poland these will be felting workshops, in Spain - intarsia workshops. - 2 visits to partner countries- activities related to the promotion and dissemination<< Results >>Within this project we expect the following outcomes:- To create an intercultural dialogue and make participants reflect on diversity and inclusion.- To systematize the process of designing and creating handicraft workshops and to collect good practices that are implemented in already existing workshops.- To bring handicrafts closer to the local community and promote its use as an educational tool.- To develop the creative skills of the participants."

To understand the learning needs of young people and understand what conditions encourage ‘natural’ and self-directed learning using the outcomes of a research on learning environment.2. To encourage cooperation between formal and non-formal education. 3. To share theories and concepts on learning and facilitation of learning.4. To set up local and transnational workshops and trainings to explore how creativity and unconventional environments can provoke new perceptions about learning.5. To explore new educational methodology and to create innovative educational tools for a broad range of young people, including young people with fewer opportunities.6. To support participants to identify their own natural way of learning and explore how creativity and environments can provoke changes in our learning efficiency. This long term project was developed between March 2015 - February 2017 by 4 non-governmental organizations (Humana People to People in Latvia; Youth Exchange Service and Stichting Merakel from Netherlands and Promesas from Spain), and 2 governmental entities: Gulbene Municipality council (Latvia) and Maracena Municipality (Spain). Besides coordinating organizations, a broad range of stakeholders and educators from the Netherlands, Spain and Latvia were involved in the project to explore creative learning environments together, share good practices and implement new ideas and tools in existing structures, therefore bringing innovation to their own surroundings.During the project following intellectual results have been created: 1) State of Art research ""The First Looking at Learning"" - the study outlines problems in the area of creative learning environment in Latvian, Dutch and Spanish education systems, simultaneously viewing education policy documents and inspecting the actual situation in educational establishments.2) eduesc@perooms - developed practical learning tool to foster creative learning process 3) Research “The Key Elements of Creative Learning Environment: a case study from Latvia, Spain and the Netherlands”. The main aim of the research was to summarize the study results obtained in three research phases in each country and present the key elements of the creative learning environment, their characteristics and the best practices developed during the project.Besides created intellectual results, 2 international training courses have been held, 5 transnational meetings and many local activities - experiments with creative learning environments carried out by 28 educators and involving 1941 young people in all 3 project countries."
