"“Come Together!"" focuses on how we might influence our future in positive ways. The main goal of the project is to bring positive and long-lasting benefits. The effects of the project cover the understanding and better reaction to social, ethnic, linguistic and cultural diversity. The understanding of the cultural diversity means the understanding and respect for human rights and democracy and encouraging tolerance and respect for other people and cultures. If we communicate and work together, we can gain competences and qualifications in Europe and beyond. Also, people's meetings reinforce people's motivation to learn less widely used language, English and German, so this project has a positive impact on a more active participation in society. This project allows us to have a more positive attitude towards a European project and EU values. The project pursues four themes that include family life, traditional dances and music, traditional meals and traditional handmade products. These themes allow us to incorporate goals and hopefully results of the project in the curriculum, in order to encourage didactic approaches, innovative strategies, creativity and to build the spirit of teamwork through modern technological communication. We will also use our shared project meetings for presentations. Being 6 schools from 6 countries we want to create a sense of European citizenship based on understanding and respect for other people and their cultures. The innovation of the project is based on the fact that it covers the school communities understood as a whole system involving students, teachers and families in planned activities so that we can reach the general public. Our goal is to disseminate the ongoing development of the project through internet, live broadcasts, local newspapers, radio and television. The project will have approximately 120 employees and students employed in 6 mobility in Germany, Turkey, Estonia, Lithuania, Netherlands and Serbia for a period of 2 years. The full list of project results include the following:-6 short student exchanges, in which students will work together to develop collaboration skills, communication skills, problem solving, teamwork, critical thinking and learning about different cultures of countries;-students will train their peers when they return to their schools;-collaboration in eTwinning;-selecting students and implementing the project. The benefits of the project are priceless and long-lasting, because our project has the social and educational values of Europe's cultural heritage. It will contribute to job creation, economic growth and social cohesion. The basis of yhe project is the development of both teachers and pupils, from a cultural point of view, to respect different religions, beliefs and skin color and to help minorities’ and migrants’ inclusion in our societies. We are all different, but at the same time we are all equal. For a lovable Europe that lives in peace, values people for being human : COME TOGETHER"

The idea of the project started from the fact that we all need this environment because there is nowhere to go and environment and also natural resources have an end and if we don't stop wasting all these resources and contaminating we won't be able to leave any of these beauties to the next generations. We thought that it is the young generation responsibility to take action and protect the environment. Our project’s main objectives were targeted for our students, teachers, families and local community: -to encourage students to protect the environment and save energy - to minimize pollution because of the daily usage including energy and noise pollution - to decrease our carbon footprint - to enhance the usage of eco-friendly products- to increase students communication, cooperation, groupwork, ICT skills -to increase students self confidence on making public presentations in mother tongue and English - to develop knowledge and understanding of the cultural diversity in Europe and educational systems, preparing students to face the possibility of having to move abroad Each partner institution had a both teachers and students who were directly involved in the projects, meaning they also took part in mobilities and indirectly involved, meaning those who participated in local activities. Directly involved there were a flow of 4 students/country and 1 or 2 teachers/ country in the LTTAs and 3 teachers/country in the TPMs. Indirectly involved we had around 5000 participants, including students, teachers, families, local community, other organisations involved in the project but not formally participating in it (universities, Botanical gardens, Agencies for the Environment protection, NGOs).The activities of the project were done according to the application form, i.e. 3 and 3 LTTAs Other activities carried out during the project were: the creation of the website of the project(http://eco-partners.weebly.com). This was used as the main container for activities of the project, to track project progress, as well as dissemination and a place to establish the impact of the activities on the learners. Students also took part in workshops which helped the students’ research for the 5 mini projects. A Facebook page was also created with the intend to raise awareness of the environmental problems and need for action as well as a promotion tool for our project (https://web.facebook.com/racovitaromania/?ref=bookmarks).Students and teachers gathered paper in collaboration with the local municipality, created objectsfrom recycled materials, took part in Workshops in protected areas, they presented papers in national and international symposia, Flash mobs. Results for students: environment awareness; ability to work in groups & active involvement in designing and running the Project, critical thinking, motivation to study foreign languages, European cultural awareness, improving self confidence and social abilities. 1. The context of our project is on the one hand the acquisition or the deepening of the German language and on the other hand a collaborative creative learning experience.2. In addition to dealing with language as part of cultural identity, there is an opportunity for shared and shared values or To experience values.3. These are young people aged 15-19. We are planning a total of six meetings, at which 4 to 6 pupils take part, that we are going out with 24 to 30 young people per school. In addition there are 1 to 2 teachers per school for each meeting.4. Activities and methods: At every meeting we deal with a short text from the host country (in German and the mother tongues). We use methods of creative writing and deal with the question of the shift in meaning in translation. We will offer writing workshops with authors. We work with changing text and staging in short game units. In the end, a book with the pupils' literary texts will be published.5. The adolescents develop their language skills, expand their literary knowledge and learn how to deal with older texts and approaches to artistic transposition and ideas of synesthetic effects.6. In the long term, the young people will acquire a deeper understanding of their own cultural roots or their cultural identity. This also grows an understanding of other people and their ideas, needs and attitudes. We expect teachers to have greater access to learning opportunities and potential.

Fair Play is a catchy concept that is used in various sports. Nations, international organisations and associations promote Fair Play through various actions. The football association FIFA, for example, defines fair play as playing according to the rules, using reason and respecting team mates, referees, the opposing team and fans. However, the concept has been expanded to fight racism and build bridges between opponents. This is where we start and ask ourselves:-How can Fair Play promote an education of positive values among the pupils, how can we fight against racism, discrimination and exclusion?-What experiences do pupils make in their social environment that help to apply the rules and values of Fair Play to other contexts?-What role does Fair Play play in economy and politics? In our projects we will search for answers to these questions. In a variety of very different game situations (theatre, movement games, board games, role plays, sports games) the pupils will have experiences while playing and interacting which they will reflect and document in various forms.Games from the European regions are reinvented and reinterpreted, with the focus on the fact that every game needs rules which must be fair and transparent for every player. Different activities are planned inside and outside of each school, with a different focus depending on the country. Each country has a different culture and its own traditional games. In this project we will learn the traditional games of our partner countries and thus realise intercultural communication. This project will thus also contribute to the promotion of cultural heritage in the partner countries. Fair rules of international cooperation will be simulated and tested in a political and economic game. All our project partners are teachers of German in their countries. At the request of our partners the project language is going to be German. For this reason, the project will also contribute significantly to the more effective use of the German language in the partner countries and to the promotion of German as a foreign language. Nevertheless, English will also be used by all students as their demand of English as a second language will most probably be stronger. These games can be repeated and taken up in everyday teaching at the various schools. The experiences gained should motivate the pupils to shape their cooperation in other contexts according to the rules of fair play. The documentation of our work results via video, podcast and a European game book, which we will publish on the appropriate platforms, will offer access and suggestions for fair play to all interested parties. The main goal of the project is to raise the students' awareness of morally correct behaviour, tolerance and respect for human values. The focus is on the acquisition and use of foreign languages in addition to the playful and sporting components. The pupils communicate in German and English and are supported by the foreign language teachers of the respective schools. The expansion of foreign language skills (both as the person who has to speak the foreign language as well as the native German speaker who helps the guest students to express themselves) is another learning goal. The participating students will be between 15 and 18 years old and will be in grades 9 - 11.
