Through the sharing of good practices and exchange of experience we presented the councillors how to work with young people in the towns and villages, and what tools to use to render the locations more youth-friendly. Through this method of education we intend to increase the offer of informal education and leisure time alternatives, to engage more youth in the dialogue with the decision makers in the planning and offering such services in the short-term and to make the home town more attractive to young people in the long-term. The principal goal of the project is to apply the efficient method of education for the target group 40+ in order to instigate communication between the decision makers and young people; to share experience and identify tools for a town which is open and friendly to young people. The secondary goal is the awareness of how important it is to integrate youth of all age and social groups as well as to integrate youth with special learning needs and/or limited opportunities. A long-term goal is the improvement of quality of public domain by availability of informal education and alternative leisure time activities for youth, their engagement in the civil and community life. By meeting those goals, a negative phenomenon – migration of young people from the country to the city and loss of connectedness to the place where they live – will be eliminated in the long term. The project is a continuation to the outcomes from our previous KA2 project, Education of decision-makers and social services providers - quality in care. Its realisation did prove the importance of the target group in community development education, as it includes the corner stone of a civil society, education and integration of youth, socially challenged and handicapped persons. The course of the project has also revealed the pitfalls of providing education to the target group due to their age, lack of foreign language skills, low time availability, and introspection skill. The project focuses on town and village councillors and youth workers in rural areas. Those participants suffer from the disadvantage of their geographical location and the size of their population. They do not have access to education and to the necessary knowledge and skills in rural areas. Through participation in the project, they can discuss with counterparts from abroad and compare the conditions and differences in the systems. This will enable them to identify a method for efficient coping with problems in a specific rural environment which suffers from poor transportation, low density of population, lack of services for young people as well as absence of resources for their integration and engagement in public life.Beyond Improvement of educators’ competences we plan three blended mobilities as a main learning activities for target group. Having visited the partnering organisation, engaged in discussion and seen the practice, the participants will be able to better reflect on their own work; they will understand the importance of engaging youth in the community and which solutions do or do not work. We are convinced that examples of good practice will deliver a “wow” effect – the most important first step towards change. If the assumed goals of the project are met, the project shows potential for long-term sustainability. We recognise the sustainability especially in the key collaboration of the councillors and youth workers with the partnering organisations whose subsequent activities and competences can support municipalities in the deployment of community tools and tools for the integration and engagement of youth. All collaboration initiated by the project between the project organisations and the target group will educate and motivate regional key actors to search for and adopt sustainable solutions in the mission for social development and inclusion of the population in need.

With the transition of partner countries to the market economy, globalization of world markets, intensification of competition before domestic entities, problems arise in finding new ways to ensure long-term existence and success. Today, strengthening basic skills and developing key competences for adults is a requirement of time. Often the key to success in the fight against competition is the social inclusion of disadvantaged groups. The main goal of the Project is to educate adults on strengthening basic skills and developing key competences of socially excluded people. Specific objectives:- identifying the educational needs of adults from disadvantaged groups- activation and motivation of target group representatives to undertake active educational activities- effective tools for raising key competences of adults- promoting the concept of lifelong learning among adults- strengthening basic skills representatives of disadvantaged groups- developing the key competences of excluded people as the key to a better tomorrow- presentation of examples of successfully implemented projects on adult education and social inclusion.Participants:- Short-term joint staff training events - 7 employees (including volunteers) from partner organizations (during 7 days),- Blended mobility of adult learners - 5 adults, including the socially excluded from Poland, Croatia, Serbia and Italy (during 5 days).Education in Project will contain 7 elements:- 4 Short-term joint staff training events:1. Identifying the educational needs of adults from disadvantaged groups2. Activation and motivation of target group representatives to undertake active educational activities3. Effective tools for raising key competences of adults4. Promotion of the concept of lifelong learning among adults- 3 Blended mobility of adult learners:1. My basic skills2. Classes will include group and individual work. The trainers will be people who not only have knowledge and experience in the subjects they will discuss, but will be practitioners who use this knowledge in everyday life. In addition to strictly educational activities, participants will learn about the culture, art and history of the host countries, thanks to which it will be possible to understand the national features of the Partners, get to know different cultures, and overthrow many stereotypes. This will definitely facilitate future transnational cooperation and strengthen European ties. The international nature of the Project will allow the transfer of good practices between participants to support personal development of representatives of disadvantaged groups. As a result of participating in the Project, its participants:- become acquainted with the methods of identifying the educational needs of adults from disadvantaged groups- broaden their knowledge of the activation and motivation of target group representatives to undertake active educational activities- learn about effective tools for raising key competences of adults- broaden their knowledge of the promotion of lifelong learning among adults- strengthen the basic skills of disadvantaged groups' representatives- develop the key competences of excluded people as the key to a better tomorrow- present examples of successfully implemented projects on adult education and social inclusion. As a result of combined mobility, in which there will be almost half of participants with fewer opportunities, the barriers resulting from general stereotypes related to the personal development of socially excluded people will be leveled, key competences of participants will be developed. Socially excluded people will strengthen their faith in themselves, their own strength and the possibility of positive changes in their lives. The results of the Project implementation will be actively used in the long term not only by direct participants of the project but also among other employees in organization to which the participants will return. Electronic notes and a film on the project activities will be available for download on the Partners' websites and the Project fanpage and sent to the institutions of all Project participants. Cyberbullying of vulnerable young people is a reality and an increasing concern among all Erasmus+ countries. The recent events and heavy reliance on the internet caused by the COVID-19 pandemic highlight the need for an urgent response that will enable both young people and youth workers to better deal with cyberbullying. At this critical point in time, the RJ4All International Institute brought together a strategic partnership from four Erasmus+ countries to address multiple Sectorial and Horizontal programme priorities. The project will exchange its results at national and European levels, helping in this way to achieve the objectives of the new EU Youth Strategy and the Erasmus+ Inclusion and Diversity Strategy in the field of youth. In particular:YOUTH: Promoting quality, innovation and recognition of youth workThe projects aims to support youth workers and other professionals working with young who are at risk of cyberbullying. It will increase the skills, knowledge and confidence that will allow these professionals to foster their young peoples' resilience as well as knowledge in using the internet and being safe from cyberbullying. This will be achieved through the project tailored and evidence-based accredited training and other social actions, which will drive innovation and quality in European youth work. The project will accredit these courses with a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) status, certifying all trainees and in this way promoting the quality of youth work and validating a grey area of youth. The strategic partnership has been formed in a way that it will allow it to pilot the project's training tools adapting them to (a) local needs (b) EU wide context. In particular, the project will disseminate at national and international levels innovative tools (1 course, 1 e-course, 1 ebook) for the development of skills and competences. These results will also include inbuilt assessment tools creating for the first time educational and training material that are CPD accredited and which will help prevent cyberbullying with an emphasis on sexual orientation. HORIZONTAL: Supporting individuals in acquiring and developing basic skills and key competences & HORIZONTAL:Innovative practices in a digital era:Among the main priorities of the project is to support opportunities for all in acquiring and developing key competences and innovative practices in a digital Era and the strengthening of professional staff in all participating organizations and institutions, raising the quality of innovative education to the exploration of new methodology for the safe use of the internet. To improve the quality of the implementation of the curriculum improvement in this area will bring a high level of knowledge about cybersecurity. Our aim is also to improve young peoples' digital literacy and the use of technology in a safe way. Enhancing this knowledge and experiences will enable our target groups' adaptation to the digital age and shape their future professions. We will increase the quality of the implementation by trying to get the tutors' knowledge about safe use of the internet and cyberbullying. The project also aims to minimize the harassment of students that have bad habits with the use of the Internet through innovative education. In order for the project to achieve its goal, the following objectives need to be achieved:O1: to understand the extent, seriousness, and dynamics of cyberbullying,O2: to recognize and respond early and effectively to behaviors that can lead to cyberbullying, O3: to learn about new, effective strategies for controlling bullying.O4: to raise awareness among the youngest regarding the problems that emerge from a wrong use of the internet, such as social media. To this end, we will deliver 3 Intellectual outputs:IO1: Preventing Cyberbullying: Curriculum and implementationIO2: Accredited e-course for cyberbullying prevention.IO3: E-book consolidating and comparing the learning from the project and including policy recommendations. In addition, we have planned 1 LTT, 3 national and 1 international multiplier events.
