Lack of such knowledge causes the loss of migrants, lack of ability to move in a new social environment and their behavior contrary to the accepted social norms, which in turn causes the hostility of the population of the country of residence for newcomers. This situation results in difficulties in social inclusion, in finding employment, causes a danger of exclusion and deep frustration. At the same time causes a lot of difficult situations for the host countries. The aim of the project was to exchange experiences and good practices between countries with very different and different experiences with migrants. During the project we sought to develop a model and tools of intercultural education (of a maximum universality, applicable in different national and linguistic migrants). Targeting migrants from different countries and backgrounds, bringing them closer to European values, European social norms, the rules of functioning of the democratic state and civil society. Since the ethnic diversity of migrants is very large and many of them do not know enough about the language of the country they are in, or English, the project was to develop a universal education model that could reach different groups, regardless of their nationality and language, and appropriate tools. The project was designed to improve the qualifications of adult education staff in the partner countries, who were able to familiarize themselves with good practice and receive new educational tools.3 educational organizations from Poland, Spain and Italy, including 2 non-governmental organizations (from Gdańsk - an organization with an educational profile leading to various social groups including migrants, mainly from Ukraine and Poggiardo - a business-focused organization for young adults from different African countries), and Albunol's adult education center for adult education, including a large group of North African travelers, primarily Morocco.During the project (successively in all participating countries), 3 partner meetings took place (successively in all participating countries), exchanging experiences, acquainting themselves with the migration situation in the country and with educational practices, and working on a model of education and educational tools . The education model included the following modules:1.Prepare educators and teachers2.Welcome workshops for newcomers3.Intensive learning of the host country language4.Simultaneous with language education, cultural and practical education led by active metrics in pleasant forms5.Selection, adaptation to the labor market in the host country - vocational education, professional activation by educational methods6.Involve in social life.7.Educate the community where immigrants liveEach partner worked on educational tools in his country, working with a group of migrants in his city who participated in testing tools, assessing their suitability and effectiveness. During the meetings a discussion on the model of education was held and finally common principles and assumptions were established. For partners from Spain and Italy this is a collection of experience so far, something completely new in Poland. New educational tools for immigrants have been prepared - urban games, cartoon films and comic book elements. These tools are simple and varied because of the level of immersion in the immigrant's language and the time spent in the host country. Prepared and tested in Poland and Spain, may be subject to substantive and linguistic adjustment used in any other country. The adult education staff of the partner organizations have improved their skills in intercultural adult education, expanded their knowledge of the migration situation in each participating country, improved their skills by contributing to the development of education and learning tools, and deepened their professional experience and developed their creativity and ability to work international team. The organizations participating in the project have adopted new good practices, gained new educational tools, and benefited from improved qualification of personnel. The impact of the project on the immigrants involved was also favorable. Testing of educational tools was an educational experience for them - participants acquired new knowledge needed in new life. Participation in a project in which they actively participated, where they were asked for their opinion and had their comments taken into account, had a significant positive effect on their well-being in the host country - they felt equitable and respected. Migrant communities have acquired a new educational offer. Using it positively affects their understanding of the host country's situation and functioning properly under new conditions. Derivative of this is better relations with local host communities.

Thus we will have 3 such programs implemented during the international mobilities which will benefit the target groups. The proposed activities combine 3 elements: social, educational, cultural and artistic, aiming to educate and provide a recreation space for participants of all ages. The Educational Impact of the activities developed in the local communities for each group refers to: personal development, increasing personal confidence, improving life skills, promoting the well-being of the individual, education. The social impact is about increasing social cohesion, establishing a common ground between young people from different countries, increasing awareness and active participation, strengthening young people's capacity to act for social change on one side and on the other side diversification and development of such activities at our communities’ level. Cultural and artistic impact refers to increasing awareness on European space, awareness of European culture as a means of human development, providing a constructive leisure alternative for disadvantaged children, youth and elderly of the local communities.Added value relies on social-personal development (exploration of volunteer skills, problem solving and group creativity, team building, conflict management, ability to communicate, relationship, respect for others' opinions, public speaking skills) and developing skills for planning / implementing and evaluating volunteer activities, budget planning and resource allocation according to needs, development of ICT skills, organizational skills, coordination, analysis, self-evaluation, evaluation of learning outcomes, how to self-evaluate, how to evaluate the results of a learning in multicultural context. The participants will be confronted with different cultures and they will be exercising international team work, they will have to adapt to different cultural or learning styles which will facilitate respect for others, also the LTT will facilitate the acknowledge of similarities and differences between young people from Europe, they will get to see different life styles, exchange ideas about the involvement and will show a high interest to transfer positive practices on themselves and in their own local community. Not only that they will get in contact with other youngsters from the group, but also with foreign local communities through the activities which are strongly connected with local communities, this will increase the European citizenship apartenence and sense of belonging.

We have completed our project with talented, art loving, researcher, sharing, learners who are disadvantaged in art education open to innovations and new information. We have created a suitable studio environment for our learners. We bought various art materials and books for this studio. We bought sculptures like tors busts to make them draw in 3D. With the support of projection, internet and computer, we watched art history lessons, artist biographies and various art films. Apart from painting, we gave information about other kinds of visual art and organized workshops. We attended contemporary art history trainings organized by university teachers. We visited the Faculty of Fine Arts at Marmara University and the Fine Arts High School in Poggiardo. For quick sketches, photoshop programs were taught by smartphone or computer. We transferred various information on our website, facebook and instagram pages. At the same time, together, we have made art lessons step by step. We visited artists' workshops for mobilities. We met them and got detailed information about their work. We did art works together. We watched the works of all famous artists in various museums and galleries. We gave information about the important art techniques of each country. We visited many galleries and exhibitions in 2 years. We visited the Venice Biennial, which is the most important event for contemporary art.As a result of all the information provided, not only painting but also sculpture, ceramics, print and videoart, contemporary art works were done.We organized various exhibitions for the art works. For our project supporting contemporary art, we took a walk on Istiklal Street with our paintings. We organized an exhibition supporting dissemination, in the café. We participated in festivals held in the square. In Italy, we painted on the street in Poggiardo. Our Greek and Spanish partners also organized separate exhibitions. Several of the learners participated in a group exhibition in Bulgaria. They participated in various art contests. The students applied their works to a gallery to organize exhibitions by organizing a professional file. Ankara Mustafa Ayaz Museum approved the exhibition of the works in January 2020. The last project exhibition was held in Antik Cisterna in Istanbul with the works of all participants. The photographs of all the works were taken one by one and uploaded to sales sites such as Society and Saatchi. Thus, the reduction of financial disadvantages was supported. In exhibitions, some learners sold their work. At the end of the project, the students made contemporary art works. Their self-confidence increased with the exhibitions they organized, the artists they met and all other activities. They decided to establish a studio together for the next artworks. They continue to work, as well as organizing an exhibition, they aim to gain. It's great to see they have such goals. In adult education, it provided them with complete and meaningful learning for disadvantaged groups, bringing them together with learners from other cultures, making them work together, and bringing together important artworks and activities for art.We can see this clearly with the original works they have done and the changes in their perspectives on art. They began to see art as a way of life, not as a hobby. We shared this project and our goals and the end of the project with other adult education institutions. And we have created awareness for them to give their learners more diverse and additional information. Our survey results and dissemination activities also support the success of our project.

Health and longevity, mediterranean way of lining based on an ideal diet that is connected with the traditional cooking and family, society, culture values is something important that can be learned, promoted and supported.Cooking traditionally helps people to avoid more and more the processed foods and appreciate homecooking meals, pure igredients, cook and eat with company and family. Cooking traditionally also helps the organizations to keep alive the traditions and organise open food festivals that brings people together and contribute to social cohesion.Cooking traditionally is at the basis of the mediterranean diet and cuisine. Sharing food and feelings with family and friends, using the local products that differ from season to season give a special meaning and can have an important impact not only on health, social cohesion, family life but also at the local economy and tourism. This project aims to prove how following and supporting the mediterranean diet & cuisine and especially the locality can help people to get improved as personalities but will can use the learning results as efforts to the tourism sector and to those who produce local products.Culinary tourism is not just a new trend. It shows how much people are attracted by traditions, by the need to have a look back to the routes and learn , save some values, nabits and datas. Mediterranean diet and cuisine is a valuable key for the development of tourism especially at the rural areas of Europe that need support. Is a great suggestion for younger people to stay at the rural areas and develop a new alternative tourist product. This new tourist product can enrich the tourist product identity in the euromediterranean area and can be developed in a more firendly way for the environment, for the culture, for the local societies and economies. Our project will comtibute to building trust to a euromediterranean tourist product to the people who travel and will contribute to the euromediterranean brand of the mediterranean diet. Our project will strengthen the idea of the cooperation in Europe and Mediterranean area and the intercultural dialogue. In the frame of the project another value will be in the epicenter: the intergenerational exchange between ""mentors"" (older people that will offer their knowledje, their experiences, their recipes and secrets and they will explain how the diet and cuisine are connected with the traditional habits, the religion, the seasons, the way of living) and ""trainees"" (younger people that will share their passion for new knowledge about tradition, about mediterranean diet & cuisine, about healthy food and longevity, about new way of living and about new style enterpreneurship - eco and culture friendly. Our project will be based on understunding, on intercultural dialogue and on cooperation by plan and inspiration! The training activities in local level but also in the different countries will esnure the understunding and learning by doing, lifelong adult learning.Τhe engagement of all participants and partners (authorities, enterprises etc) in the project will result in a social and cultural dynamic action. The open local and mediterranean food festivals will be more attractive to all and will be upgrated in general. Our website will be a treasure box as it will be open data to everyone who is interrested to Mediterranean Diet & Cuisine and it will show reality in Mediterranean countries and authentic social action.Mediterranan food means GOOD FOOD and the cultural value that is connected with it as also health and longevity means GOOD MOOD and that is what our project aims to bring!"
