    << Background >>As the International All Youth and Sports Club Association, we carry out activities on civil society dialogue at local, regional and national level. We have decided to carry this experience we have gained at the national level to the international arena. With the activities we will carry out with our project, we want to bring more young people together with European opportunities and benefit by producing sustainable projects not only during the project but also after the project with international youth work. The topics we will deal with during the project will be on the concepts of which projects and activities can both increase institutional capacity and bring more youth together with youth opportunities. Our project is aware of the processes of weakening post-activity communication and decreasing communication after the project is over, especially in project activities that take place in EU projects. After our project was over, we considered creating a civil society diplomacy as a necessity. After the project is over, we want more young people to benefit from Erasmus + opportunities by continuing the project production processes with the right communication.<< Objectives >>We want to establish a civil society dialogue with youth organizations that have not met before but are experienced in youth work. With this dialogue, we will establish a civil society diplomacy. With the new networks to be established with our project, we will produce innovative and volunteer-oriented projects after the forward-looking project. In this way, we aim to increase both our project partners and indirectly the number of youth organizations that will want to produce projects with the outputs of our project. Our main goal is to realize sustainable projects with the networks to be created after the project. At the end of our project, we will also create an informative e-book about sustainable partnerships and project creation in youth work. In this way, youth organizations that carry out youth work at local, regional and national level will also have a roadmap to follow in establishing the right partnerships, producing and managing projects.<< Implementation >>The main activities that we will implement during the project are;What is Youth Work and Professional Youth Worker?Communication between Non-Governmental OrganizationsWhat are Volunteer Projects (ESC)? Which ones are applicable?Ability to Acquire International PartnershipsErasmus+ for Sustainable Youth WorkWe will conduct workshops and study visits under the above-mentioned topics.<< Results >>– Actively involve young people, youth organizations and organizers of other youth work, in policies that affect young people's lives at all levels;– Supporting youth representation at local, regional and national levels, recognizing the right of young people to participate and self-organise;– supporting the EU Youth Dialogue to involve the diverse voices of young people in decision-making at all levels,– Promote the development of civic competences through civic education and learning strategies;– support and develop opportunities to ‘learn to participate’, to increase interest in participatory action and to help young people prepare for participation;
