When they live in these different countries, they face with a lot of obstacles. For instance, there is a problem in the equivalence of universities in different countries. In addition, accommodation, conditions of student Visa, SAT exams, type of education, legal procedures of education and life, educational costs, life conditions, and other issues about education are also make international students’ life harder. These problems waste students’ time, money, and motivation. So they need a facilitator connection. In today’s world this connection is provided by mobile applications. SOS is designed to enable international students living in a different country to live a more comfortable life. The aim of this guide is to help international students. So its shortened name is “SOS” which means Software Of Students. This guide will be produced in the form of a mobile application. Every international student can easily download and access to this application. International students face many problems in the countries which they studies. It is not easy for anyone to get used to a new social life, social and educational rules, laws, culture and people of a different country. Thanks to this application, international students will be able to reach detailed information about their new education countries. Also international students will get rid of wasted information. Some education consulting companies misguide these students. Thanks to SOS students will reach proper and actual information. For example, they will be able to see the city bus and metro route, learn the procedure of equivalence of universities, get opportunities of accommodation, learn educational conditions, be aware of the content of SAT Exams, adapt to general conditions of a different culture, etc. Also they will be able to search the dormitories which are close to their universities, and scholarship institutions. Thus we will avoid wasting time in other areas more than necessary for international students. Together with the ease we provide, we hope that they will be more successful in their education lives. For young people who want to study in a different country, Turkey would be a reason for preferring with SOS.Together with our project partners, we will discuss about the same problems of international students because they also have this problem in their countries. We choose our partners consciously. They are separated two groups; the one that Turkey sends students to them, and the other one is that they come to Turkey to study. Turkey has 125.138 international students. According to researches, Turkey places in the top 10 countries which sends young students abroad for education.Turkey has an important place in the international education market (Karaca, 2016).We aim to have a solution to the problems that international students have with SOS. At the end of our project, international students will be informed about SOS. When the students who use SOS start to solve educational and social problems in their lives, SOS will be dissemination. For all that, students can prevent the waste of motivation, money, and time. Moreover, this project will be trustworthy towards people because it will be made by Erasmus+ Projects. Solutions of similar student problems in partners' countries will be included in the software with the support of the participants. Thus, the output of the project will benefit every country. It will be an international application when it is used in different countries. The additional information about the usage in other countries are necessary since it requires a specific study about every country. The relevant language options will be available by means of the contributions of France, Romania and Ukraine. The user guide of the SOS will be translated into the partners’ languages with the help of them. The number of the international students in our partners’ countries is significantly high, especially in France (5th in the world).(UNESCO,2016). Many problems faced by the international students in our partners’ countries have been revealed by the needs analysis. It has, also, been revealed that there is a desperate need for the young students in our partners’ countries. The partner countries will make contributions to the mobile application and guide prepared by the coordinator country both by using their language support and by giving suggestions to the problems in their own countries. Hence, the software will meet the needs of the people in our partners’ countriesSOS project will be carried out under 4 stages:1st Stage (6 months) / Survey – Evaluation and Expectations: 2nd Stage (9 months) / Developing the Application SOS: 3rd Stage (6 months) / Training of Universities and NGOs and Multiplier Events: 4rd Stage (3 months) / Closing Workshop and Final Report
