    << Objectives >>Ipazia is a STEM-based project that, involving local VET providers aims to:- actively stimulate young people's creativity and involvement in the fight against the climate crisis.- be an input for VET providers to find innovative solutions to overcome the skills mismatch between the education sector and the local labour market.- enhance the attractiveness of VET providers, especially for girls, using a hands-on approach to show them how they can be leaders of long-lasting change.<< Implementation >>The project is built around a challenge VET students involved will:- analyse the local environmental context and sources of pollution.- undertake a survey to discover what the the biggest challenges that local business have to overcome to reduce their environmental footprint.- develop, supported by their STEM teachers, a solution to those challenges that, using natural resources, is long-term sustainable.By the end of the project they will meet to share the results and choose a winner.<< Results >>Ipazia aims to:- raise enviromental awareness among young people while supporting them in learning how to develop the skills to be drivers of global change.- bridge the gap between formal education and the labour market, with an activity that proactively engages students.- support the formal education sector in the development of inclusive activities.- share the importance to address environmental challenges jointly across countries as the only way to fight climate change effectively.

    "<< Objectives >>S.O.1 Develop an international network of primary schools working toward EU biodiversity goals through education;S.O.2 Support teachers of different disciplines (science, art, foreign languages) and countries to integrate biodiversity education in the school system;S.O.3 Provide learners with opportunities to understand, engage with and value the natural world and its biodiversity, and use creativity to design solutions to the biodiversity crisis.<< Implementation >>The project will develop the School Biodiversity Alliance network with min. 6 European primary schools which will work together to integrate biodiversity education in their curricula. STEAM and language teachers will meet in a transnational mobility to exchange practices, learn and network. Finally, the project involves the organisation of an art contest and online conferences for pupils to discuss EU and local biodiversity issues and solutions.<< Results >>The results of the project are:R1 By the project’s end, an international School Biodiversity Alliance network is created with min. 6 EU schools and 2 schools outside Europe.R2 By the project's end, 16 teachers have a stronger understanding of biodiversity education and are engaged in biodiversity education activities.R3 By the project’s end, at least pupils have participated in the art contest “Together for Biodiversity"" and learnt about biodiversity conservation."

    "<< Objectives >>Climate Connect aims at ""transforming schools into hubs for climate change advocacy by exchanging youth-led EU good practices and by creating innovative campaigns to raise the voice of young people"". This will be achieved by sharing good practices at EU level, engage students with fewer opportunities in creating climate change campaigns and empowering teachers and students through an international mobility.<< Implementation >>A1. Research and Exchange of good practices regarding youth-led climate change CampaignsThis activity involves online sessions and group works to analyse youth-led climate change campaigns in Europe and exchange the ideas and methods among schools.A2. ""Climate Connect"" mobility for students and piloting of the newly created climate change campaignsThis activity includes a mobility and the subsequent creation of innovative campaigns led by students.<< Results >>The project aims at increasing the competencies of students to work together for the delivery of climate change awareness campaigns. By the project end, we will create 4 new climate change campaigns and reached over 500 young European students. 24 students with fewer opportunities will have developed key competencies and took action against climate change. 10 European teachers will have networked and implemented innovative, creative-based, cross-curricular learning approaches."
